After a weekend with the guys, I'm honestly glad to be back at school.
Even Shehry had confessed his feelings, well I mean thanks to Atif, because Shehry was too chicken to do it.
I was looking around for one of the guys cause they were not replying to texts or calls. I noticed Amber by herself and went with her.
"Hey,"I said.
"Hi,"she said, looking back away.
"Look at me,"I said, as I had just noticed something.
She did.
"What's wrong? Why're you crying?"I asked.
"Bad test grade,"she said.
"I thought you trusted me,"I said.
"I do,"she said.
"Then why're you lying?"I asked.
"Waqas,"she said.
"Be honest with me,"I said.
"I am"she said.
"Lying,"I said.
"I have to go,"she said & got up to leave but I grabbed her arm.
"OUCH!!"She said. "Waqas, stop that hurts!"
I wasn't even holding her tight.
I pulled her back gently and rolled her sleeve up.
"Who did this?"I asked.
"It's nothing. Just..."she said but I didn't let her finish.
"Amber, whoever did this should be behind bars,"I said.
"Waqas, please don't do that. Please,"she said, her voice cracking.
"Fine,"I sighed.
Out of no where she hugged me. It took me a second to return it.
"Thank you,"she said.
