The Day Of The Hunt

The next day came sooner than you planned. Being wrapped up in Zak's arms last night felt great. Now you were standing outside in the cold right next to Nick who was holding the camera facing towards Zak who was interviewing someone about the prison that was being haunted. There was a lot of death, and murder in the Missouri State Penitentiary. 3 hours before the lock down everyone had dinner and then you guys went back to the prison to start the investigation. Zak smiled at you and gave you a camera. Everyone went in and tried to get the spirits to come out. You were not scared, not all. Even though Zak thought you were. After awhile of being in the prison you went back to base camp and Zak was left alone for awhile in the prison. He was trying to talk to the spirit in one of the cells. Then started complaining of stomach pain. He came back once it became worse. Talking to the camera complaining how bad it was. "Wasn't there someone who we interviewed said there was a prisoner who's guts got cut out?" Zak asked as a sound was captured at the station. "Yeah, yeah there was" Nick nods. You sat there quietly. Zak sat down next to you, saying the pain became worse. He rubbed at his ribs cage down to his stomach. You kind of felt helpless. Everyone then decided to split up and you got a room to yourself. Trying to provoke the spirit you felt a burn on your arm but tried to ignore it. You walked along the hallway. You heard a really loud growl. "Hell" You say and turn the camera to face you. "Active spirits. That's a plus for me!" You smile and turn the camera around, looking through it to see where you were going. Behind you there was a loud bang and turned around to capture it on your camera, a cell door had moved. Everyone heard it. "Did you get that on camera?" Billy asked you through the walkie talkie. "Yeah, it was a cell door!" You reply
"Come on out!" You yell to the spirits. After being at the prison for such a long time it was time to go. That was good for your first ghost hunt.
