••Alex's POV••
"There's so many dresses." Summer said in awe as we walked in a dress store
"It's a dress store what did you expect?" Jeannie asked
"Hush." Summer said
"What color dress are you gonna get?" Maddy asked me
"Something with black." I laughed. She chuckled and shook her head
"But a little bit of black, come on Alex it's prom!" Summer whined
"Ok ok fine, just the top part black and the rest any other color yeah?" I asked
"Fine." She huffed and nodded
"Ok well let's get started." Jeannie said "I want a pink dress." Maddy squealed
"I want purple." Summer said
"I want mint green." Jeannie said
I chuckled and shook my head as I looked for one that caught my eye. They were all really pretty but they were either too puffy or too short. Like literally no in between
"How does this look?" Maddy asked walking out of the dressing room wearing a light pink with white lace on the top
"That's the one!" We yelled in sync making her laugh
"Ok then." She chuckled before walking back into the dressing room
"I think I found the one." Jeannie said dramatically as she held up a mint green dress with silver gems on it
"Go try it on then." I chuckled
"Fine." She snapped her fingers before walking away
"There's so many to choose from." Summer whined.
"Just choose one." Maddy laughed as she walked out now wearing her normal clothes and the dress in her hand. Summer huffed
"Obviously but which one?" Summer asked with a dramatic sigh
"Ughh." I said looking through the dresses. A particular caught my eye. It screamed SUMMER like literally the tag had Summer on it. I grabbed it and examined it. I smirked
"How about this one?" I asked her
"Alex you d-Oh my god!" She gasped as she ripped it out of my hands
"I-It's perfect." She smiled looking at the dress in awe. Sam better watch out. A dress is gonna steal his girl
"How's this?" Jeannie asked walking out. We stared at her in awe
"What? Do I look bad? I knew green wasn't my color." She said looking at herself
"You. Look. Beautiful." I said making her blush
"Slay!" Summer yelled making her laugh
"Perfect." Maddy nodded
"Really?" Jeannie asked we nodded in sync. She smiled
"Ok my turn." Summer said running to the dressing room
"Now to find one for you." Jeannie said. I nodded
We started looking around but none of them really caught my eye.
"So?" Summer called from behind us. We turned around to see her wearing the beautiful purple dress that has purple flowers on it and reaches a little bit below her knees
"If you weren't my sister I'd turn lesbian for you." I joked
"Dork." She laughed hitting my shoulder
"You look truly beautiful Sum." I smiled at her
"We need to find a dress for Alex, ASAP." Maddy said
"There's nothing here." I huffed
"Then we'll go to other stores." Jeannie said
"We'll pay for these and go." Summer said. I sighed
"Let's just look in the back." I said nodding towards it. They nodded as Maddy and Jeannie followed me and Summer went to change back
"How about this one?" Jeannie asked
"Or this one?" Maddy asked as they both held up two beautiful dresses. But the one Maddy was holding was perfect. It was black from the top and nude color from the bottom. And it was shorter than the front and longer from the back
"This one." I said walking over to it and grabbing it from her
"I knew it." Maddy laughed. I looked at the dress in awe. Who knew dresses could be this pretty?
"Go try it on." Summer said walking towards us. I quickly nodded before walking towards the dressing room
I undressed before changing into the dress and zipping it up. I sighed before looking at myself in the mirror
"Woah." I whispered as I looked at my reflection
"Let us see it." Summer called from outside. I bit my lip before unlocking the door and walking out
"My eyes been blessed." Maddy said sarcastically I chuckled
"Like Johnson would say." Jeannie said as they looked at each other
"You look like a princess." They said in sync

"Did you find a dress?" Jack asked standing up as we walked in
"Yup." I nodded holding up the bag
"Can I see it?" He asked. I shook my head making him pout
"Why not?" He whined
"Because I said so." I said pecking his lips. He smiled
"I love you." He said wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to him
"I love you too." I smiled
"Where are the boys?" I asked now noticing they weren't in the house
"So like, we maybe might've fucked up the kitchen." He said with a cute nervous grin
"Jack Johnson." I said pulling away from him and walking towards the kitchen to see the boys
"What did you guys do?!" I yelled looking at them full of food
"Ok, keep calm. We'll clean this up." Daniel said holding his hands out
"Yeah no shit." I nodded
"What happened in here?" Summer asked walking in with Maddy and Jeannie behind her
"We wanted to make you girls something." Sammy said scratching the back of his neck nervously
"And we fucked up the kitchen." Johnson said. I sighed
"You gone fucked up." Jeannie laughed
"Gee thanks." Gilinsky said sarcastically
"Wait why aren't you full of food?" I asked Johnson
"Cause I ran away." He chuckled
"Which means I'm not helping since I didn't cause the mess." He said looking at the boys
"That seems fair." Summer nodded
"Damn babe thanks." Sammy said. She nodded
"Clean this before my mom comes or your all dead." I said grabbing Johnson's hand and pulling him towards the living room
"Harsh babe." He chuckled
"Hush." I said as we sat on the couch
"We want the kitchen spotless boys!" Maddy yelled
"Yes ma'am!" They yelled back
I chuckled and leaned on Johnson's shoulder
"You should've seen Alex." Maddy said to him
"She looked like a freaking princess." Summer squealed. I chuckled
"She always looks like a princess." He said kissing my cheek. I blushed and his in the crook of his neck
"Awwww." The girls teased
"Shut up." I whined
***Day Of Prom***
"We got our nails and hair done all we need is to put on our dresses and do our makeup." Summer said as we walked out of the salon. Today is prom and to say I'm nervous is an understatement
What if I look like some type of monster from a horror film? What if Johnson bails because he realizes that he doesn't love me?
"Alex." Maddy said snapping me out of my horrible thoughts
"Hmm?" I mumbled
"Stop stressing." Jeannie said
"We'll go home, get ready and you'll look beautiful, we all will." Summer a assured with a smile. I sighed and nodded
"You girls still haven't told us who your going to prom with." I said as we got in the car
"Mines this kid from Math, you don't know him." Jeannie waved me off. I raised a brow
"And my date, well you'll just have to wait and see." Maddy replied
"Sheesh what best friends." Summer joked. I chuckled
"I know right?" I said sarcastically
"Hush." They said as Summer drove off. Maybe prom won't be that bad and I'm just over exaggerating and over thinking it. Like I always do I guess I'm just nervous cause we almost graduate
Which means we almost go off to college and the boys go back to LA
And I'm not ready for that. At all
For us to go our separate ways. But maybe this is what's supposed to happen.
Once we got home we walked into our room and started getting ready
"How long will the boys take?" I asked
"No longer than us that's for sure." Summer chuckled
"Let's get started." Maddy said taking out her makeup bag along with Jeannie. I grabbed mine from under the bed and Summer got hers which was on my night stand since this morning.
"I'll do your make up." I said to Summer she nodded
"And I'll do yours." Jeannie said to Maddy. And we got to work. I put on some black and purple for Summer's eye shadow to match her dress and a little bit of gold in it
Her makeup was simple and since she had perfect skin there was no point in putting concealor on her. Next I grabbed some light purple matte lipstick and put some on her. After that I put on some mascara and eyeliner
"And your done." I said turning her to face the mirror
"Thank you." She smiled looking at herself in awe
"Now you." She said standing up and pointing at the chair
I nodded and sat down as she began to put make up on me.
"Nude lipstick or lip gloss?" She asked
"Nude lipstick." I said opening my eyes as she finished with the eye shadow. She nodded
"You girls almost done?" My mom asked walking in
"We just need to finish our makeup and put on our dresses." Jeannie said to her. She nodded
"Ok done." Summer said to me. I looked at myself in the mirror and nodded
"I'm changing first." Summer said grabbing her dress from the bed and running into the restroom
"You're gonna hurt yourself!" My mom yelled
"How are you feeling momma?" I asked rubbing her belly
"Big." She giggled
"Summer hurry up!" Maddy and Jeannie yelled as they grabbed their dresses also
"Dramatic much?" I teased them. They both turned to glare at me
"You nervous sweetie?" My mom asked
"Beyond nervous." I nodded
"Everything will be fine, you and Jack will have an amazing time." She assured with a smile
"It's not that, it's just graduation is almost here and then we head off to college, the boys go back to LA and I'm just nervous that we won't stay together." I explained to her. She nodded
"Come here." She said waddling out of the room. I sighed and followed her
"When I met your father, he was planning on leaving to the army." She said as we walked into her room
"We spent every second we could together until the day he left. And well I went to college. Things weren't easy for us. Being away from each other was just too much but mostly for me." She added
"I had to worry whether he would come back alive or in a casket, I couldn't be with him. Not knowing he could die any second. So I broke up with him, I told him my reasons and he completely understood." She said looking at me
"Now you and Jack, it's not exactly the same but in ways it is. He's famous and has girls around him 24/7 and that can be a problem, you might see pictures of him kissing other girls or stuff like that but your gonna have to learn to trust him." She said
"I know sometimes it'll be too much so trust me when I tell you that it's ok. It's ok to let him go. Because if you guys belong together the world will find a way to reunite you guys again." She smiled
***At Prom**
"They're right outside this door, you ready?" Summer asked grabbing the car door knob. I nodded. She opened the door to reveal Sammy and Johnson.
Johnson was wearing an all black tuxedo with his hair in a quiff. And Sammy was wearing a black and white tuxedo with a quiff also. Johnson rushed to my side and helped me out
"The girls were right, you look like a princess." He said looking at me in awe. I blushed and looked down
"Not so bad yourself." I said looking up and grabbing his bow tie. He chuckled
I had the boutonniere in my hand and tucked it in his pocket
"Thank you beautiful." He said taking out the corsage and slipping it onto my hand before kissing it. I giggled and hit his chest
"I love you." I said hugging him
"I love you too." He whispered as he wrapped his arms around my waist
"Come on." Summer said making us pull away and look at the school
Jeannie and Maddy are already here since their dates picked them up early
My mom didn't want us to be late so when we're done she wants us to go home so she can take pictures of us all together and with our dates
I wrapped my hand around Jack's as we walked in. Everyone was dancing and laughing
"I don't know how you manage to look this perfect." Jack whispered in my ear
"Shut up." I blushed
"Hey guys." Maddy said walking over to us
"Hey, where's your date?" I asked
"Right behind you." That familiar voice said. I turned around and gasped
"Aaron?!" I yelled he blushed
"Yeah." He nodded scratching the back of his neck
"Well damn." Jack chuckled
"How did this happen?" Summer asked
"We've been hanging out a lot." He mumbled
"And I didn't know this why?" I asked
"Well because I'm your best friend, and she's your best friend we thought you'd feel weird about it." He explained. I rolled my eyes
"If you guys are happy then I'm happy." I said to them
"You guys are cute together." Jack said
"Exactly." I giggled
"Ok no need to make it weird we're not dating." Maddy said
"Yet." Sammy corrected
"Shut up mate." Aaron groaned
"Come on don't be grumpy." I said poking his cheek. He hid a smile and rolled his eyes
"Hey!" I pouted
"Ok love stop." He said hugging me
"Mom will kill you if you ruin her hair and makeup." Summer said making him quickly pull away
"Yeah only I can." Jack said kissing my cheek. I gasped and pushed him away
"Perve!" I yelled he chuckled
"I didn't mean it like that but good to know that's what your thinking." He winked. I blushed and looked away from him. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around my waist
The night was amazing. Well except when Jade came and tried to flirt with the boys but they just ignored her. Soon she got the memo that she wasn't going anywhere she glared at us before storming away
"May I have this dance?" Jack asked as a slow song came on
"You may." I nodded as I grabbed his hand and he pulled me over to the dance floor. I smiled as I wrapped my arms around his neck
"You mean everything to me." He said wrapping his arms around my waist
"Soon you'll be off to college and we'll be back in LA. But I just want you to know that no matter what happens, I'll always love you." He added
"I'll always love you too." I said
"Just please don't forget about me." He whispered
"I could never." I said cupping his cheeks. I sighed
"How could I forget my first crush? And my first love?" I teased. He chuckled
"I love you Jack Edward Johnson, and that'll never change." I smiled
"I love you too Alex Castillo, I always will." He said crashing his lips with mine. I gasped but quickly kissed him back. There's no way in hell that my love for him will change. He's my one true love
**Graduation Day**
"And last but not least, Alex Castillo." Principal Garcia said. I smiled and walked over to receive my certificate and stood next to Summer as parents took pictures of everyone
"Everybody, class of 2016!" Principal Garcia yelled making everyone cheer
"Woo!" All the students yelled before throwing their caps up in the air and cheering
"Jack!" I yelled running towards him
"Princess!" He said mocking me. I rolled my eyes before jumping on him. He wrapped his arms around my legs and spun me around
"Jay!" I squealed grabbing onto him
"Congratulations princess." He whispered in my ear as he stopped spinning and put me down
"Thank you." I smiled
"I'm so proud of you." He said caressing my cheek. I blushed
"Really?" I asked
"I couldn't be prouder." He smiled
"I love you princess." He said pecking my lips
"Awww." Someone said we turned around to see my mom
"Picture?" She grinned holding up the camera. I chuckled and looked at Jack
"Sure." He nodded and kissed my cheek
My mom snapped the picture and squealed
"You guys are too cute." She said waddling over to us and showing us the picture. Jack had his eyes closed with a smile on his face and his lips pressed up to my cheek
Me on the other hand I had a smile on my face and looking straight at the camera. Perfect, like him
"You're really into the kiss Jack." I teased him. He chuckled and playfully rolled his eyes
"I'm more into this." He said grabbing my waist and colliding his lips with mine. I gasped as butterflies erupted in my stomach at his touch. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed back
"I got it!" My mom yelled ruining our moment. We pulled away and looked at her
"Oh look I'll be over here." She said before waddling over to Sammy and Summer who were kissing
"How does it feel to be a high school graduate?" Jack asked tucking an strand of hair behind my ear. I pecked his lips
"Pretty damn amazing." I nodded
"Is it cause I'm here?" He teased
"Mmm maybe." I grinned. He squinted his eyes before kissing me
"Yeah it's defiantly cause your here." I said out of breath as we pulled away
"I'm taking you out on a date today, nothing special since you don't like that." He chuckled
"Really? And where are we going?" I asked. He shook his head and faked to zip his lips
I huffed and crossed my arms
"Alex, congratulations on getting into Columbia University." Aaron said walking over to us. Jack looked at me
"Thanks." I gave him a weak smile
"He didn't know did he?" Aaron asked. I bit my lip and shook my head
"You're going to New York?" Jack asked. I sighed
"I just found out yesterday." I explained to him
"Oh." He said with a soft smile
"Congrats babe." He said kissing my cheek
"Thank you." I said
"I should go." Aaron said before quickly walking away
"I'll pick you up in an hour?" Jack asked
"Are you mad?" I asked
"No babe, I just didn't know you applied for Columbia University." He said running his hand through his hair. I nodded
"It's a good school and I had a chance in getting accepted." I said to him
"Well that's great babe, I'm happy for you." He said caressing my cheek
"And I'm not mad." He assured
"I love you, no matter what and I'm truly happy for you." He said pecking my lips. I smiled
"I love you too." I said hugging him. He chuckled and hugged me back

"You look...wow." Jack said as I walked out of the house
"Wow?" I giggled
"You always seem to amaze me by your beauty." He said. I chuckled
"Your so cheesy Jack." I said to him he grinned
"Someone's almost twenty." I teased
"Don't even remind me." He said I giggled and pecked his lips
"In seven hours." I grinned
"Stop babe, I don't want to be old." He whined I chuckled
"Your not old, ok maybe a little bit." I joked. He groaned and rolled his eyes
"Babe stop." He huffed
"Come on Jack! 20 my baby is gonna be twenty." I said pinching his cheeks
"Fuck." He said pulling me against his chest and kissing me roughly
I pulled on his hair making him moan
"Don't." He mumbled into the kiss
"Why not?" I mumbled
"I won't be able to control myself with you." He said kissing my jawline. I blushed and pulled away
"Then don't." I whispered
"W-We should go on our date." He stuttered. I laughed
"Damn you Alex." He groaned intertwining his hand with mine and pulling me towards the car
"What?" I laughed as he opened the door. I got in
"Don't do that to me." He huffed as he got on his side.
"Do what?" I teased. He groaned before driving off
"My mom made me eat so we aren't going to dinner right?" I asked
"No babe." He chuckled
"We're going to the beach, cheesy I know but that's all I could think of." He blushed
"Aww Jack." I said kissing his cheek
"Babe stop." He whined. Once we reached the beach he parked and got out before quickly jogging over to my side and opening my door and helping me out
"Thank you." I smiled
"You've been saying thank you a lot today." He chuckled
"Shut up." I laughed as he closed the door and lead me to the beach
"Are you gonna drown me." I asked facing him. He gave me a cute smirk
"You're the love of my life, now why would I do that?" He asked making my heart flutter
"I know I'm not perfect Alex, but for you I try my best. And it sucks that you leave in a couple of months and so do we but my love for you will never die." He said grabbing my hands. I felt tears in the brim of my eyes
"Hey, what's wrong?" He frowned as a tear rolled down my cheek
"Nothing, I just get emotional." I chuckled as I waved him off
"I love you too Jack and that'll never change." I smiled
**Months Later**
Today is the day. The day we go our separate ways. Me and Summer both got accepted to Columbia University and are all packed and ready to go. The Jacks and Sammy are leaving a week after us
"Guess this is it." Jack said
"I'm going to college Jack, we'll see each other again." I giggled
"I know." He said pecking my lips. I smiled at him
"Flight to Manhattan, New York now boarding." The lady on the speaker announced
"Bye my beautiful babies." My mom said hugging me and Summer. Next was Daniel, Jeannie, Maddy, Aaron, Sammy and Gilinsky
"Bye guys, we'll call you when we land." I said to them. I looked at Jack before giving him one last hug
"I love you." He whispered
"I love you too Jack." I said hugging him tighter
Once we pulled away he surprised me with a passionate kiss
"Hate to ruin the moment but Alex, we have to go." Summer said making us pull away. I sighed and nodded
We grabbed our suitcases and walked over to the gates. We turned around and waved at them one last time before hand in the lady our tickets and boarding the plane. This is it.
