~Trey P.O.V.~
~The Next Morning~
"Honey! We was supposed to be home by 3! It's already 7!" I yelled as I put on my shirt. Last night was a hell of a night.
"I know! But I was sleeping so good so I didn't hear my alarm!" She was waiting by the door watching me
"I was sleeping hella good too but now Ima hear it from my Dad." I grabbed her hand and together we started walking out of the house. "By the way, Honey, you're a damn freak"
"But you love me like that. I told you I wanted to try something and you seemed to have enjoyed it too" she said in a smart ass tone
"Yeah Yeah Yeah, what are you doing today?"
"Going with Lauren to get our nails done. She called earlier yesterday crying cause she broke a nail so I told her I'd go with her today" she laughed
"Lauren is just too much, what about the guys?"
"I ont know about them but I think they're in town for the weekend"
"Oh alright, you headin home or you comin to my house?" I asked when we reached the corner of the street
"Ima go home, I'll see you later" she gave me a kiss then walked off down the street. I wasn't lookin forward to goin home.
~Lexis P.O.V.~
"So Trey didn't come home by 3?" I asked DeShawn
"Nope. I ain't hear him come home"
"You think he alright?"
"It's Trey. He can handle himself out there in the streets" he spun around in his chair facing his computer
"Lexis! I'm goin to go visit Ty for a while, I'll be back later" Nelle yelled
"Alright! Tell him we all say hi and we love him" I heard the door close and I proceeded to walk down the stairs.
"Hey Dad" I saw Trey sittin on couch with a smile
"Sup? Why was your ass not home at 3?" I took a seat on the chair and DeShawn came flyin down the stairs. Nosey ass.
"Well Honey and I got caught up at the house, then we fell asleep and didn't hear our alarms go off"
"The fuck you mean caught up? Y'all be like 14, the most y'all could do is play hop scotch or duck duck goose" DeShawn broke down laughing. Why do I get a feelin he did what I think he did.
"We don't play hop scotch. This ain't the 1950's." smart ass piece of shit.
"Alright then, what y'all get caught up in" he had a bashful look on his face "boy. I know you didn't."
"Wait! Do what?!" DeShawn asked
"Oh my shit. You did, didn't you." I was just watchin him as he would shift his weight uncomfortably
"She started it!"
"YOU LET HER BE IN CHARGE!" This was not how I raised my boys.
"In charge of what?!"
"DeShawn not now! Trey are you fucking kidding me? I ain't even mad anymore at that but seriously? You wasn't in charge. God dammit. I failed as a father"
"She pushed me back and it started from there! What was I supposed to do?"
"You flip around so you on top! Dammit Trey. Well I hate to say it but Honey wears the pants in y'all relationship now." Don't get me wrong, I'm pissed Trey had sex at this young of an age and all but come on.
"Dad, you ain't in the clear. Mom has you bitch made." Trey laughed
"Alright let's settle this. Yes your mother does have me bitch made except when it comes to the bedroom or bathroom or where ever we are. In that case, I get her doin all kinds of shit for me-"
"Ew. We ont wanna hear that stuff" DeShawn made a gross face
"Better for y'all to know now than later" yeah I'm really open with my kids. They know this. Nelle ain't as open as me which is why the boys n I spend so much more time together. "But Trey, you really should have waited, you be too young. Please tell me y'all was safe?" He shook his head no. "Boy get upstairs. If she ends up pregnant cause of your ass, I'm kickin you to the curb. You best be praying she ain't" I should be an amazing example for why he should be doin things the smart way.
"I'm sorr-"
"Nah save it. The only thing that should be apologizing is those pants. They didn't keep your shit in, they wasn't doin their job" he laughed and jogged upstairs "change, cause we goin to meet up with Uncle Varo and the twins. We needa start movin in more furniture"
"He seriously slept with Honey?" DeShawn asked with his jaw dropped
"I guess so. God dammit. I am too young to be a Grand Father, and I know Nelle would die if she found out she was a Grand Mother" I actually laughed at the thought of that. Seein Trey with a baby in his arms at 14 was just a funny as picture
"Daaaaaamn, well then does this give me the o-"
"Don't you dare even think about it. Leah, your Mom would probably take you away knowin you was sleepin around with chicks. Get that thought out of your head" I laughed
"It was just a question!" He held up his hands in defense
"I know, aye you got Honey's number right?" He nodded his head in suspicion "text her and tell her to tell Trey in like 3 weeks sayin she pregnant. That would be the funniest shit ever" I whispered to him. He pulled out his phone and started texting away
"Alright we goin?" Trey asked at the top of the stairs
"Yeah leggo"
~Alvaro P.O.V.~
I was already at the house with the boys and Javier was goin to meet up at the house with us. I guess we was movin in a lot of furniture...I can't do heavy lifting, I just make Javier do it.
"Dad, can we go to the pool?" D1 asked
"I ont care, just don't break anything. That includes bones" they nodded their heads and took off to the top of the hill
~A Few Moments Later~
Lexis pulled up and both boys hopped out.
"Sup?" I dapped the boys then dapped Lexis.
"Not much, boys go pick your rooms, I already got Ty's room picked out. It's the door that's locked" Lexis said. The boys nodded and ran into the house. "How you doin?"
"I've been good. Javier ain't comin." He said he had a headache. All these guys be gettin soft
"So? We ont need him. We can move all the shit from the garage. Oh you'll never guess this" he unlocked the garage
"Oh shit, what?"
"Trey slept with Honey" HOLY FUCK
"Fo reals? Daaaaaaamn! You mad?" See me, I wouldn't give a damn if my boys had sex at Trey's age. Now if I had a daughter...she would not leave the house showing any bit of skin. Not even her eyes.
"She was in charge bro. That's why I'm mad and they wasn't safe" he sighed
"Looks like you got a situation...sucks to be you!" We both were at either end of the sofa and started to walk out of the garage
"Oh well" he laughed
"Mama Nelle know?" He dropped his end of the couch and I looked up at him.
"Hell to the fuckin no. I just found out myself, I can only imagine what she'll say" he laughed
"Let me break the news to her! You know I'm great with news!" I think it was like my gift to break news to people. There is just somethin about it that makes me so great at it!
"Alright fine, after she visits Ty, I'll get her to come by the house" he picked up his end of the couch and we continued moving it into the house.
~Chanelle P.O.V.~
I've been sitting in Ty's bed just holding him an talkin to him for the last couple hours.
"How long do you think I'm going to be in here, Mom?" He asked
"A little while longer. There will be somebody to visit you everyday. Whether it's me, Dad, your Aunts, or Uncles. Someone will come here to spend time with you" I kissed the side of his forehead and he rested his head right on my chest.
"Okay, I'm sleepy" he yawned
"Take a nap, I'll be here when you wake up" he gave me a smile then closed his dark brown eyes.
He told me about his thought of suicide and that scared the shit out of me. I came to the decision to get him checked out, just to make sure he doesn't have any kind of chemical imbalance in his brain.
I know Trey and DeShawn are busy with their friends and Lexis is on the go but Ty does have his friends and he knows he can go out with them when ever just as long as he's home later on. I'll just have to get the older boys to spend more time with Ty, I'm sure they'd be down for it.
Riley and I haven't talked in forever. I really do miss her but last I heard was she went back to Hawaii for a little while with her family. As much as I want to call her, I know I shouldn't cause she's having family time.
I decided to shut my eyes and take a nap with Ty.
~Arley P.O.V.~
I woke up tired as fuck.
I looked over at my phone and it was blown up from Heather. God Dammit.
*Phone Convo*
Heather: hello?
Me: stop blowing up my phone. I'm not helping you at all. Get that through your head. Bother me any more and I'm getting a restraining order against you
Heather: Arley I need help! Please!
Me: no! Now hop off my dick and grow the fuck up. You need money, then you go get a job. Better yet, go to Joey and pester him. Go after him for child support or something. Just leave me alone and out of all your damn drama
Heather: he told me to get an abortion.
Me: if that's what you need to do, then do it. I personally am completely against that, but if you want to you know where the clinic is
Heather: Can you at least drop me off there when I make my appointment?
Me: fine.
Heather: thank you
*End Of Phone Convo*
"Dad I'm going to AJ's I'll be back in like an hour" Nicole said from her room
"Don't do dumb shit. No damn kids either!" I yelled from my bed. She popped her head in and gave me the "you seriously said that" look.
"I'm not going to! Oh my god" she rolled her eyes
"That's what I said to my Mom and 15 years later look who I'm talkin to" She mugged me then broke down laughing "nah don't be laughing. Keep your legs closed or I will sew them together"
"Ewww! Dad! But alright alright! I'll be back soon!" She smiled at me then closed my door and ran down the stairs.
Today I decided to go visit my Mom. I haven't seen her in the longest amount of time and I missed her.
I hopped in the shower and within 40 minutes I finished my usual hygiene thing.
I slipped on some red basketball shorts, a black t shirt, and simple black vans. I grabbed my phone and keys and was headed out the door.
~10 Minutes Later~
I pulled up to her house and there she was sitting on her porch with a coke in her hand.
"Hey Mom" I smiled at her
"Well look who it is. It's my favorite son who can't pick up the phone and call his mother" she pulled me into a tight hug
"I'm sorry Mom, but I thought you'd rather see me in person than just hear my voice through a phone" I took a seat next to her and she handed me a coke
"You're right. Your sister is just getting under my skin, she called me to tell me she was expecting a baby and is throwing a baby shower. Well we have to fly out to Houston and she knows I don't fly anymore or go on long car trips. So she has an attitude and says I can't be apart of the baby's life anymore" she took a big sip from her coke before setting it down on the arm rest of the chair
"What a bitch. She told me that too, I told her I didn't wanna fly out to Houston. All the family is back up here and it would be easier to just come here for the shower but she yelled at me and hung up"
"I'm tellin you, she has another thing coming. How are you and Nicole?"
"We're good. You know about her boyfriend, well he lives right up the block. Oh Heather's back" I rolled my eyes
"Oh my god. What in the hell does she want?" My mom spat
"She's pregnant again" I took a sip of coke and my mom's jaw dropped
"Who's the Dad?"
"Lil Joey" I laughed
"He won't help at all. Doesn't he already have 5 other kids?" I nodded my head yes "his mother annoys me too, I'm glad you don't associate with him anymore"
"Yeah I know huh? Well she's been bothering me to help her with her baby. Which I'm not, but now she asked me to take her to the abortion clinic. I agreed to do that"
"She needs to get fixed. 3 kids? Of those 3, one she barely ever sees, the second one was taken away, and the third wont even make it to see the world. Isn't that just great?" She scoffed
"Oh I know, but it's what ever now" I sighed
"Life is crazy, but you gotta hang in there. So when are you going to give me another grandchild and/or a daughter-in-law?" Here we go.
"I don't wanna get married anytime soon. This is Arley time, but I do want a son" I laughed
"Find a good girl, get married, and have a son"
"Easy for you to say!"
"It is easy for me to say, now get it done" she laughed
"Have you heard from Gabriel?" Gabriel was my younger brother. We were 2 years apart and I hadn't talked to him since he left to Detroit.
"He's planning on coming back here but I doubt it. That boy needs to get his ass beat though."
"When did you last talk to him?"
"About 4 months ago, maybe 5. He has a daughter too, she's 2" my mom flashed a smile
"Really? Wow. Good for him, who's the mom?"
"She died right after labor. I can't remember from what exactly but all I know is she was able to hold her baby for a few seconds then she just died"
"Oh man, that's awful"
"That should have been Heather" my mom whispered under her tongue
"Mom!-"
"You were thinking it too!" I went silent "see" she laughed
"You're too much Mom" we continued talking for a few more hours. My Mom and I could relate better than my other siblings because my Mom had her first child, my sister, when she was 16. Y'all already know I had Nicole when I was 15, so my Mom was the one person who could understand me better as far as that topic went. "Mom, I'm going to get going home. Nicole should be home and lord knows she probably pacing around the kitchen waiting for me to make her something" I laughed
"I don't doubt it. Come back tomorrow with her or something" she gave me a big warm hug and I walked off her porch straight to my car.
~Chanelle P.O.V.~
I woke up and it was already 6:28 in the evening. I was sleeping so well and Ty was still dead asleep.
"Ty, sweetie" I whispered in his ear. He opened his eyes and let out a big yawn
"Yes Mom?"
"I need to get going, it's already 6:30" I laughed
"Awh okay, I love you Mom" he gave me a kiss on my cheek right before I got myself off his bed
"I love you too Ty" I gave him a kiss back then walked out of his room.
*Phone Convo*
Me: hello?
Lexis: Hey ma what chu doin?
Me: im just now leaving the hospital, why?
Lexis: come to the ranch, Alvaro got a surprise for you
Me: oh god.
Lexis: it's not bad!
Me: alright! Im on the way
Lexis: good, love you
Me: love you too
*End Of Phone Convo*
I got in my car and was now on my way to the ranch.
~20 Minutes Later~
It was kinda dark out when I pulled up into the drive way. I got out and walked straight into the house.
"Hey everyone" I smiled. I saw Alvaro and Lexis in the kitchen "where are the boys?"
"Barn" Lexis said
"Alright Alvaro, what's the surprise?" I laughed
"Trey gave D and got P. There you go, I ain't even finna sugar coat it" he threw his hands up in surrender
"Alvaro, that's not even funny"
"I ain't lyin! Your son done been tainted" he laughed
"Lexis? What the fuck is goin on"
"Like he said, he was with Honey last night and there you have it"
"And you're okay with this?" I rose an eyebrow
"Not really, but aye don't make a big deal about it. Yeah he should have waited but oh well, what's done is done. I was originally not going to tell you but you would have beat my ass if you found out through someone else"
"I'm letting you handle it. So have fun with that"
"I am handling it" he laughed
"We'll find out in 9 months if you taught the boy well enough. I will not be a Grandmother at 30. That's bullshit" I laughed
"I ont even gotta worry about that, and y'all say I'm a terrible parent" Alvaro laughed
"You are the worst parent ever-"
"Whoa whoa whoa, my sons be in the house when I tell em to be, they ain't in the hospital, they ain't tainted. I think I'm doin pretty damn good" he smiled to himself
"Your boys are 7. They still think girls got cooties" Lexis laughed
"So? Aye let's get food and sleep here for tonight" Alvaro said
"Alright, I'm down. I'll get movies from the house and clothes" I said
"I'll get food" Lexis said
"I'll lay around here and watch the kids" Alvaro say himself down on the couch. Lexis and I walked out and split ways when we got to our cars.
~DeShawn P.O.V.~
D1 and D2 were playin in the hay while Trey and I were chillin in a stall with one of the horses.
"Ew look at all the flies on it's stomach. Doesn't that bother the poor horse?" Trey asked
"I ont know but hey. Did you really sleep with Honey?" I asked. I found that hard to believe just because Honey is Honey, yeah she cute but I ont got eyes for her and Trey is just Trey. Like Seriously
"Yeah I did. It was crazy and I was nervous at first but after a lil while it was fun"
"Wow. Just wow bro. I didn't think you had it in you" I laughed
"Followin in Dad's footsteps, what can I say?" He popped his collar like a damn tool
"Yeah alright" I was texting Lauren at this point. Her n I are close and since Mom and Dad was getting married I asked her if she wanted to by my date and she went crazy.
"You finna hook up with anyone?" Trey asked
"Nah, but I am bringin Lauren to the wedding"
"Legit, go out with Lauren, I think she likes you anyways"
"That's Lauren, she too much of a sister to me, plus I ont wanna date anybody for a while"
"You're no fun" he pushed me
"Yeah Yeah whatever-"
"We're goin inside to Dad" D2 said as he tried to peek his head over the stall door
"Alright, go on ahead" Trey said "When are we goin home anyways?" He whined
"I don't know, but I don't wanna leave" Trey just wanna go home so he can hang out with Honey. "Let's go inside, it's gettin cold out" We both stood up and brushed off the shavings that were stuck to our shorts before leaving the stall.
"The car is gone." Trey said
"Uncle Varo is still here, look the light is on in the kitchen, relax" I laughed
We walked up the pathway and walked in through the back door
"Hey Uncle Varo, you should let me take the May Bach out for a drive around here" Trey laughed
"When hell freezes over and you can bring me back a snowdevil from Hell, then I'll let you, but until that day; you ain't goin anywhere near that car. You can't touch it, smell it, or even lick it. You get the honor to watch me drive it from a safe distance of 300 feet." I was rolling on the ground in tears, the confused look on Trey's face was priceless
"Trey. In other words; you ain't ever driving it" I said in between laughs
"Uncle Varo! You let DeShawn drive!"
"He drove the ridgeline, I ont give 8 shits about that car no more. This is the May Bach, this is like my other child, aside from my Royce"
"That's not even close to fair" Trey pouted
"Ask your Dad. I'm sure he'll let you drive around in his cars. Better yet ask Uncle J, he got a nice 64 Impala you could probably drive around, if not stick to your MNC3 and GTA"
Trey went and sat down on the couch with the twins while I chilled on the counter with Uncle Varo.
~Lexis P.O.V.~
So I got the food in the back but I decided to do one thing real quick before I headed back to the ranch house.
I pulled up to other house and good thing Nelle was still there. I parked the car in the driveway and pulled out a special something from the glove compartment.
I walked inside and saw all the stuff at the bottom of the stairs.
"Ma! You need help?" I yelled
"Nope! I got it" she yelled as she tossed down some blankets. I walked up to the top of the stairs and walked into our bedroom. She was searching around DeShawn's room for I'm guessing a change of clothes.
"When you got time, come to our room!" I said
"Alright 1 second" I heard her footsteps come closer to the door and my heart started to beat a lil faster. "What's up?" She asked once she finally reached the room
"Well I needa ask you somethin really important" she cocked an eyebrow and gave me the 'go on' face. "I've done this twice before but this time nothing and I swear nothing will get in the way of this. But I really do love you and I know you really love me too. It may be a little sooner than I originally expected but I just couldn't wait anymore. I want us to actually follow through this time, it doesn't have to be right away and I didn't plan on it being right away. Through my eyes you're already my wife but I want to make it official. So with that; Chanelle Santos will you take me for the third and final time to be your husband?" I was dropped down on one knee and I could actually see the tears well in her eyes. The fact I made her cry 3 out of 3 proposals means I got serious game. Ima tell Trey this one.
A few more seconds went by and she had her hands covering the lover half of her face and she was just crying. She didn't say anything and that's what made me worried. Maybe it was too soon to ask but I just couldn't wait any longer.
"Lexis..." I felt the edgyness in her voice and I just already knew. "...I do" I slipped the ring on her finger and pulled her into the tightest hug.
"Third times the charm" I said against her neck
"I would hope so" she gave me a kiss then let me go. "I need to finish, we have hungry kids back at the other house" she laughed
"This is an important mile stone, they can wait like an hour" I smirked
"Lexis, don't you dare pull anything" she snapped at me before she went downstairs. Feisty.
"You're no fun, the old you would have already stripped down and we would be on round 3 by now" she jokingly tried to push me but she ain't all that strong
"I bet, but oh well" she stuck her tongue out at me and continued to fill her arms with stuff to take out to the car.
"Alright, you sure you don't need help?"
"Nope, go give the kids their food" I nodded my head and walked back out to my car.
This was one of the most amazing nights. We finally got things going in the right direction. All we needa do is keep things going good and Nelle and I finally might actually be husband and wife.
