Last time... Ai was almost about to kiss Lily.
Without knowing the reason why he would.
Right now... Quartet Night is busy
preparing for their upcoming concert.
"Oi, Ran-ran! You shouldn't do
it like that!" Reiji scolded Ranmaru.
"What are you saying? I'm perfect!"
Ranmaru violently reacted.
"Get serious already, you two!"
Camus sighed and yelled at the two.
"Okay......... Then, LILY-CHAAAN~!"
Reiji jumped down from the stage
and walked over to Lily.
"H-Hey, Reiji..!"
Ai reacted.
"Lily-chan, why don't you sing
this part for Ran-ran? ^w^"
Reiji showed the part that
Ranmaru always gets wrong.
"E-Eh...? S-Sing it...?"
Lily didn't know if she would or not.
"NO!" Ai walked up to the
two and took the piece of paper.
"I'LL SING IT FOR RANMARU."
Ai pouted and insisted.
"Ai-Ai... are you jealous again?!"
Reiji said in a jokingly manner.
"What? NO! I just... I want
to be the only one to ever
hear Lily's singing voice!"
Ai said with a straight face.
"Oh Ai-kun..." Lily gave
Reiji a hopeless smile.
"Oh fine, fine! Selfish Ai-Ai! :P"
Reiji teased him and went
back to Ranmaru and Camus.
"Lily, no matter what, I want to be
the only one who ever hears you sing,
okay? Promise me!" Ai walked up to Lily
and begged her in a cute manner.
"Aww okay, okay, I promise!"
Lily blushed and smiled as
they made a pinky promise.
"AWWW HOW LOVELY~!"
Reiji adored them from a distance.
"I want to puke"
Ranmaru rolled his eyes.
"Just ignore them...."
Camus sighed and looked away.
then Quartet NIght continued rehearsing.
After a few hours, they finally finished.
They changed clothes and prepared
to leave the studio.
But by the time we were about to leave,
a bunch of fan girls and media were
waiting right in front of the studio.
The entrance was also the only exit.
Therefore... we had no choice but
just do nothing and face the media.
"Damn those media, when did they get here?"
Ranmaru bit his lip as he complained.
"Ahh I know, they are annoying! However,
look, our fans are here too!" Reiji tried
lifting up Ranmaru's mood.
"I don't care about both."
Ranmaru said straightly.
"WAAA BAD RAN-RAN!"
Reiji scolded him again.
"In any case, let's just go
normally. Don't say anything
to the media and just walk straightly."
Camus said calmly.
"Okay." Ai said. "Lily, hold
on to me so we don't get separated."
"What the hell, is she a kid?"
Ranmaru laughed and teased the two.
"Ranmaru-kun -.-"
Lily gave Ranmaru a scary look.
"Okay, okay, I'll shut up now."
Ranmaru said and looked away.
"Alright.. anyway... let's go!"
Reiji walked out first, facing
the media.
Outside was so crowded, making
it hard to get away from the media
and the fans so easily.
Reiji entertained them, however,
they just can't help but eye on
every single member.
"KYAAA IT'S REI-CHAN!"
The fan girls screamed.
"Hello there, angels!"
Reiji winked at them.
"There he goes again"
Ranmaru looked pissed like usual.
"Just ignore it, Kurosaki."
Camus said and calmly
tried to make his way out of the crowd.
"AHHHHH! IT'S AI-CHAN! AI-CHAAAAN!!!"
The girls screamed out to Ai,
surrounding him.
One of the girls noticed Lily clinging
on to Ai's arms. She was jealous
and suddenly pulled her away from Ai.
"Hey you!! How dare you cling
on Ai-chan just like that,
while we can't even touch him!!"
The girl yelled at Lily.
Lily fell to the ground and quite a
few people accidentally stepped on her.
"L-Lily!" Ai panicked.
"W-What's wrong, Ai-Ai?"
Reiji heard Ai's voice.
"A-Ai-chan...." The girl
who pulled Lily away from
Ai was scared.
"A-Ai-kun..."
Lily muttered Ai's name.
"Lily!" Ai knelt down
and lend her a hand.
"Come on"
"T-Thank you" Lily thanked
him as she took his hand.
"EVERYONE!"
Ai shouted.
The moment he did...
Everyone fell silent.
"Mikaze..."
Camus and Ranmaru
stopped walking.
"THIS GIRL" Ai held
Lily's hand in front of everyone.
"IS IMPORTANT TO ME."
Ai added.
The people began whispering
about it, thinking they are lovers.
"WE AREN'T A COUPLE AS WHAT
YOU THINK.... BUT... She is my
precious friend. She's been
the one who took care of me
all the time. You don't know her,
You don't know me, you don't know US.
STOP JUDGING US.
Once again... I repeat, SHE IS IMPORTANT TO ME.
And I won't forgive anyone who ever hurts her!"Ai told everyone with a straight yet brave expression.
"A-Ai-kun.......!" Lily's heart began to race.
"I-I'm so sorry, Ai-chan!" The girl
who pulled Lily apologized to Ai.
"......Next time you hurt her, you'll pay."
Ai said.
"I-I'll never do it ever again!"
The fan bowed her head.
"In that case, I'll forgive you this time."
Ai smiled at the fan and looked at everyone.
Everyone who was intrigued at first
is now heart-touched. They adored
how sweet Ai is towards Lily.
Instead of making up rumors,
they did what Ai said, they didn't
'judge' Ai and Lily. Even though
some of them did gave it a
different meaning, or to be
straight, romantic meanings.
Reiji and the others didn't
say anything about it, Even
Saotome didn't react yet.
Ai and Lily went home together.
It was already night time...
"Lily, you should rest. You must be tired."
Ai smiled at her so warmly.
"Ah y-yeah... by the way... thanks for
what you did earlier, Ai-kun. It made
me feel special." Lily smiled and thanked him.
"'Feel' special? What's that? I don't really
know what special is.. but I do believe you are.
To me. Lily is special." Ai said and walked up to her.
"You are special." He gently whispered to her.
"T-Thank you..." Lily couldn't look at him straightly.
She's way too shy and her face was all red.
"Goodnight, Lily." Ai patted her head
and walked up to his room.
"Goodnight...." Lily muttered.
Lily went back to her room and
jumped on her bed.
"Ai-kun, you are special to me too.
I love you."
