Ilang buwan ding kinukulit si Ava nang best friend nyang si Grace na pumayag sa isang photoshoot na ilalagay sa magazine nila. Grace is now the editor in chief nang isang magazine company. Hindi lang basta photoshoot ang hinihiling ni Grace. Pati article at isang ad campaign nang isang clothing brand.
Maraming ginagawa si Ava tungkol sa kompanya and modeling is not really her thing, pero nakulitan na sya sa best friend nya. Napilitan din syang pumayag dahil kasama din si Peter sa shoot. They were really writing an article about them and the company. Because they are considered as one of the youngest CEOs and company owners in the world.
Dahil nga hectic ang schedule nila pareho ni Peter. Inabot nang I ½ month ang preparation nang shoot. Dahil isinangit pa nila sa schedule nila. The location of the shoot was in New York, sakto naman na pupunta din sila sa America para bisitahin ang main office nila.
Sinisipon at inuubo si Ava dahil sa klima sa New York, nanibago kasi sya. Matagal na din kasi syang hindi nakakabalik sa America this past few months. Nasanay sya sa humid at tropical weather sa Pilipinas. Kasalukuyang winter sa New York, kaya sobrang lamig. May mga snow na pumapatak.
"Girl, kamusta na pakiramdam mo? kaya mo bang mag shoot today? Or pa resched ko na lang?" concern na tanong ni Grace...
"I'm fine... naninibago lang ako..." sabi ni Ava at kinuha ang mga gamit nya... "Shall we?" yaya ni Ava na pumunta na sa dressing room nang location sa studio... Dumating sina Ava sa dressing room at naabutan nilang naroon na din si Peter.
Naunang matapos ang studio shoots nila dahil nasa loob lang ito nang building at plain background lang ang kailangan nila.
Habang nasa dressing room si Ava ay bumuti na ang kanyang pakiramdam. Paglabas nila, nagmadali silang bumalik sa loob at kuhanin ang mga coats nila. They were all shivering when they went out on the garage where the location of the shoot.
Naghihintay sina Ava at Peter na maayos ang lights nang set. Nanginginig na sila sa lamig. Kaya naisipan muna nilang mag picture picture para hindi sila masyadong ginawin... Nagpicture silang dalawa kasama ang photographer nila para sa shoot. Natatawa silang lahat sa picture. Dahil kitang kita na, lamig na lamig sila.
Ava is wearing a dress and Peter is wearing a short sleeve shirt with vest... in a winter weather...Oh well tiis ganda muna...Ava took deep breaths while they were shooting. Tinanggal na nila ang coats nila, pero may nakatapat namang heater sa kanila para hindi sila ginawin. Napansin ni Peter ang pag hinga ni Ava...
"Ava, are you ok? May ashma ka ba?" tanong ni Peter, habang nasa set sila...
"(Sigh) Wala akong ashma... I'm fine..." sabi ni Ava at nakafocus sa camera na nasa harapan nila.
After a few shots, nagulat ang lahat sa nangyari. Ava suddenly collapse on set. Buti na lang nasambot sya ni Peter. Nagkagulo ang staff...
"Oh my God!!! Call 911!!!" sigaw ni Grace... They quickly rushed Ava to the hospital...

Ava woke up in a white room. Iniikot nya ang kanyang mga mata para malaman kung nasaan sya...Nakita nya si Peter at Diane na nakaupo malapit sa kinahihigaan nya...
"Where am i?" tanong ni Ava habang nakahawak sa ulo nya...
"Ava, nasa ospital ka... kamusta na pakiramdam mo?" tanong ni Peter...
"Medyo nahihilo lang ako..." sabi ni Ava
"Ikaw naman kasi, ok ka nang ok... hindi naman pala... buti na lang at nasambot ka nitong si Peter... Pinakaba mo kami don ha..." sabi ni Grace...
"Sorry naman, ano bang nangyari?" tanong ni Ava
"Hay naku, nahimatay ka friend..." sabi ni Peter
Ilang sandali pa ay dumating na ang doctor na tumingin kay Ava, dala ang resulta nang mga test...
"Oh, good thing that the patient is already awake..." masiglang sinabi nang doctor...
"What are the results of the test Doc?" tanong ni Grace...
"Ok... According to some tests we've had... Actually there are 2 reasons of why the patient lost her consciousness. First, the patient experienced over fatigue, are you been working so hard?" tanong nang doctor... Naniwala naman si Ava,dahil she's been working non stop.
"And the second reason is?" tanong ni Ava...
"The second reason, can connect to the first one... Fainting is caused by, dilating blood vessels, low blood pressure or low blood sugar and may also caused of over fatigue... During our test we also found something..." sabi nang doctor...
"What is it?" sabay sabay nilang tanong sa doctor...
"That you are about, 5 to 6 weeks pregnant. And it is confirmed by the ultrasound that we performed to you earlier... You need to have some rest and congratulations..." sabi nang doctor...
"Oh My God!!! Friend!! Congratulations!!!" excited na sinabi ni Grace...
"Oh Em! Sino Daddy yow nyan?" tanong ni Peter...
Tulala parin si Ava... Nag bubuff pa ang information sa kanya... Bigla nalang syang nagtakip nang mukha... "Oh My, nagkatotoo sinabi nya..." sabi ni Ava...
"Sino?" sabay na tanong nina Grace at Peter...
"Si Darren, palagi kasi nyang tinatanong kung buntis daw ako...Gossshhh!!!" sabi ni Ava...
"Ui, namumula sya... well at least back together na ulit kayo..." sabi ni Grace...
Ava was really happy about the news. Excited na nga sya, dahil magiging ate na si Vya... Now, she has a lot of energy to do her work... Pero with caution na ngayon... She need to have a rest... Excited na syang bumalik sa Pilipinas. She want to tell the good news, personally...
After a week of working, nasa hotel sina Ava at Peter at nag papahinga. Sa makalawang araw pa ang alis nila pabalik nang Pilipinas. Dahil may nacancel na meeting, may free time na sila...
"Can we find an earlier flight back home? Gusto ko na kasing umuwi..." sabi ni Ava...
"Sabihin mo, excited kang sabihin na buntis ka, sa yumming hubby mo..." sabi ni Peter...
Napatawa naman si Ava... "Oo naman...miss ko na din kasi si Vya..." sabi ni Ava...
Their plan was not a easy plan. All of the flights going to the Philippines are fully booked. Since it's a short notice, they have a small chance to book an earlier flight... It's either, they book the flight or stick to their original itinerary...
"It's just two days, tiisin mo na lang... relax, go to the spa or something... kaysa ma stress ka jan... ang baby... remember..." paalala ni Peter...
"(Sigh) your right... I need to relax..." sabi ni Ava at umupo sa malaking sofa...
"Yes, kaya basahin na lang natin ang article na sinulat ni Grace para sa magazine, kasesend lang sakin nang copy nang article, basahin daw natin sabi nya sa email..." sabi ni Peter habang naka harap sa laptop nya.
Tumayo naman si Ava at lumapit kay Peter para basahin nila ang article na sinulat nang kaibigan para sa kanila.

PETER SANDERS & AVARI CASTRO
Peter Sanders is the CEO of SanDro Inc. The 29 year old is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology with the degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is the 2nd among 4 sibling. He took over the their transportation business. After a few years, the business failed and met Ava Castro. The pair worked hard to regained the business and took it in a different path for the better. Now SanDro Inc. is the combination of Sanders and Castro. The company focuses on technology and transportation. Aside from the business world. Peter is a licensed helicopter pilot in the United States.
Avari Claire Castro or better known as Ava Castro. She is known as one of the best fashion and travel photographers in New York. But little do people know that Ava has a degree in Business at Notre Dame University. The 28 year old is married to Darren Deveroe a young business tycoon and previously one of the eligible bachelors in the business world. Aside from managing SanDro Inc. she also manages her family business alongside his brother Alexander and her own production company DLC.
