Ah, summer break. A time for leisure, recreation, and taking 'er easy.Hi my name is Ally and im 12 years old,ive been living im Gravity Falls for my whole life so i call this place my home.You might be asking who I live with well i live with Grunkle Stan,who raised me since my parents couldnt raise me as their own. "AHHHHH!! Its getting closer" This girl about to puke is Mabel she is the same year as I am "Hold in tight!" The boy driving is Dipper but first lets rewind and head back to the start.
Its a nice sunny day in Gravity Falls I should be reading a few books but Stan wanted me to clean around the Mystery Shack "Hey kid! Remember to pile up the leaves I don't want anyone to think we live in a dump! Hahahaha." I squint my eyes and stare at Stan who's coughing "It was worth it." I shake my head and continue piling the leaves.
"There i'm done.But Stan why are you so excited?" I place the broom next to the door as i walk up to Grunkle Stan "My nephews are coming so I want everything spotless. Including those dumb glasses you wear." I frown and just walk away as i start cleaning them.
Its been 12 years since ive lived here and I can't help but feel that im being watched,its been like this everyday and lots of weird things have suddenly happened like the old man Mcgucket was talking to himself..well i don't think thats weird for him.But still I feel that this town is hiding something very mysterious. I decided to head to the forest and explore a bit meanwhile the kids come i bet there are younger than i am.
Dipper's pov
It all began when our parents decided we could use some fresh air,our parents gave us our bags and sunscreen,The shipped us up north to a sleepy town called Gravity,Oregon,to stay at our great uncles place in the woods.They gave Mabel and I a map of Oregon once we arrived to a place called Gravity Falls well thats what the sign says. "This attic is amazing! Check out all my splinters!" Mabel held up her hands which had giant splinters on them.
"And there's a goat in my bed." I stare at the goat who's chewing the bed. "Hey, friend. Oh! Yes, you can keep chewing on my sweater." Mabel holds out her arm and the goat named Gompers chews on her sleeve "Mabel I don't think thats a good idea." Mabel just laughs at the goat.
My sister tends to look on the bright side of things.Mabel is rolling down on a hill of grass while im sitting down with a woodpecker pecking my hat. But I was having a hard time getting used to our new surroundings. Our uncle had transformed his house into a tourist trap he calls "The Mystery Shack." The real mystery was why anyone came. I bet im the only guy in Gravity Falls who tends to find hats lurking within the place.

"Ladies and gentlemen, behold! The Sascrotch!" The so called Sasquatch is wearing an underwear. Tourists start speaking excitedly, and snap pictures.While im here sweeping the wooden floor with a broom I found and Mabel who is looking at stuff. And guess who had to work there.
"Ooh!" Mabel begins to reach a large eyeball but Stan slapped her hand with his 8-ball cane " No touching the merchandise!" "Come on Stan don't be rough on them." I suddenly hear another girls voice.I quickly look back and stumble on my feet,falling backwards.
"H-hi my names D-Dipper." Oh man why am i so nervous around girls.The girl looks down and me and chuckles while pushing up her glasses "Nice to meet you Dipper.My name's Alex but you can call me Ally everyone does." This girl called Ally offers her hand and helps me up.
"Nice glasses." I blush a little as I tell her that "Thanks,I didn't knew Stan had nephews by the way." She says smiling over to my sister who's staring at a boy who's reading a note "Do you like me? Yes? Definitely? Absolutely??" I facepalmed and hear Ally laughing a bit "Your sister really is really desperate." "Yeah i know." I say with a sigh.
" Mabel, I know you're going through your whole "Boy Crazy" phase, but I think you're kind of overdoing it with the "crazy" part." "What? Come on, Dipper! This is our first summer away from home! It's my big chance to have an epic summer romance!"
"Yeah, but do you need to flirt with every guy you meet? Remember that last time." I start to remember Mabel with a boy "My name is Mabel, but you can call me "The girl of your dreams." I'M JOKING! Ha ha ha ha ha!"
Another memory of Mabel and her crushes was one of a boy holding a turtle "Oh my gosh, you like turtles? I like turtles too! What is happening here?"
Yet another one at a mattress store, "Mattress King Come one, come all, to the Mattress Prince's kingdom of savings! "Take me with you..." Mabel whispered hiding behind a set or colorful ballons.
I cam back to reality and watched Mabel talking to me "Mock all you want, brother, but I got a good feeling about this summer. I wouldn't be surprised if the man of my dreams walked through that door right now." Stan Walks through the door and burps, but it gets caught in his throat "Oh! Oh, not good. Ow."
" Aww! Why!" Ally couldnt help but laugh "Ooohh who is she?! Hi my names Mabel and i like glitter!!" She smiles and hugs Ally in a tight hug "Hi Mabel! Call me Ally and i like books." "Oh so i guess your the nerdy nerd type then like my little brother!" She beams and nudges my shoulder giving me a wink.
"All right, all right, look alive people. I need someone to go hammer up these signs in the spooky part of the forest."
"Not it!"
"Not it!"
"Not it!"
" Uh, also not it." Soos says last.
" Nobody asked you, Soos."
" I know, and I'm comfortable with that." He says eating a chocolate bar.
Ally's pov
"Wendy, I need you to put up this sign!" Stan looks at Wendy know who's sitting down.Wendy Corduroy " I would, but I, ugh, can't, ugh, reach it, ugh..." Wendy Corduroy says who also works here but as the cash register. "I'd fire all of you if I could. All right, let's make it... eenie, meenie, miney... you."
"Aw, what? Grunkle Stan, whenever I'm in those woods, I feel like I'm being watched." So Dipper also senses that so im not the only one here huh? "Ugh, this again." Stan says referring to that one time I told him when i was little.
" I'm telling you, something weird is going on in this town. Just today, my mosquito bites spelled out "BEWARE."
" That says "BEWARB." Look, kid. The whole "monsters in the forest" thing is just local legend, drummed up by guys like me to sell merch to guys like that." Stan says looking at Dipper's arm.
A fat, sweaty tourist laughs while looking at a Stan-bobblehead's head bobble. "So quit being so paranoid!" Stan gives Dipper the signs and Dipper sighs. "Don't worry Dipper i'll go with you." We walked into the foggy forest with trees getting blown by the wind.
"Ugh, Grunkle Stan. Nobody ever believes anything I say." Dipper says while placing up the signs in random places "Well I do even though we just met.Believe me I know how it feels when no one trusts you,Ive lived here with Stan for years now and i know this place is a huge mystery."
"Are you Grunkle Stan's daughter?" Dipper says while he puts up a sign that says "To The Mystery Shack." "No way!" He starts to hammer a nail on another tree trunk, but it makes a metallic sound. He taps the tree with the hammer, which makes more metallic sounds. He wipes away some dust and opens a secret window revealing a mechanical box with two control switches on top. He tests one control but nothing happens. Then he tries the other. Behind him, a hole opens up in the ground. Gompers bleats and runs away.
" What the?" We both say and look inside the hole, and there is a book. He picks the book up and places it on the ground, and checks for people watching.We look at each other and He flips one page and an eye-glass is in it. He looks at the eye-glass and puts it down. He flips another page, and begins reading.
"It's hard to believe it's been six years since I began studying the strange and wondrous secrets of Gravity Falls, Oregon." I flip the page and start reading "What is all this?" I stop at a page that says "TRUST NO ONE" and we start to read "Unfortunately, my suspicions have been confirmed. I'm being watched. I must hide this book before he finds it. Remember: in Gravity Falls there is no one you can trust." No one you can trust...
