Mia's P.O.V
*TRIGGER WARNING*
"Mia" I heard a voice calling. I opened my eyes but I wasn't in bed anymore I was on the floor in the living room of my old house. I got up and looked around to see you was saying my name.
"Mom?" I asked when I saw her but she didn't look at me or answer. My mom looked over to what I think was a Noose knot hanging from the ceiling. She stood on a chair and put the rope around her neck.
"Mom no stop" I shouted. She looked at me with tears flowing down her cheeks.
"Please," I choked out from my own tears.
"I'm sorry" Was all she said before she kicked the chair out from under her and killed herself. Immediately after she did so a large bright light filled the room then faded away showing me I was in a different place. I was now standing in the kitchen of my old house. There I saw my dad and my murderous cousin sitting at the kitchen table.
"No not this," I said covering my eyes still crying. I looked up to see my cousin holding a gun up to my father's head
"How could you," My dad said.
"Don't do it," I said. My cousin looked at me with an evil smirk then he shot my dad. Now I sit in the middle of a completely white room crying.
"Mia" I heard.
"Mia wake up" I heard again. My eyes shot open revealing the boys. I realized I had been dreaming but it was all so real. I cried into my hands.
"Mia what's wrong," Luke asked and I just shook my head.
"It's okay Mia it was just a dream," Cal said hugging me.
Calum's P.O.V
I could hear Mia crying and yelling in her sleep so we all ran in to wake her up. I held her in my arms as she cried. She wouldn't talk to us and she was breathing really heavy. I knew she was having a panic attack.
"Mia where's your inhaler," I asked and she pointed to the drawer. I got it and helped her with the pump. Finally, she was calm enough for us to ask her what was up.
"Mia, what happened?" Ash asked.
"I had a nightmare.....I watched them die" She said slowly and quietly with tears still running down her face.
"Who?" I asked
"My mom and dad," Mia said. I looked at the boys with an 'I feel so sorry' and they did the same.
"Don't worry Mia it was only a dream," Ash said.
"It felt so real," Mia said. She laid down a pulled the sheets over her head.
"It's okay," I said rubbing her back when she started crying again. Soon she fell asleep.
"I feel so bad," Luke said and we all agreed.
"Someone should stay with her," Ash said.
"I will," I said as I laid her back down and I crawled in next to her. The boys left and the door slammed shut waking her up again.
"It's okay it was just the door," I said. Mia laid back down and cuddled up next to me. I softly sang in her ear as she fell asleep.
Mia's P.O.V (Time skip 2 days)
It's been 2 days since I had that nightmare. I've been kind depressed ever since I don't talk as much and when I do it's usually just one-word answers. Right now the boys are inside watching TV and I'm in the backyard playing on my phone.
"Hey, Mia?" Mikey asked walking out.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"You okay?" He asked and I shrugged.
"Mia please talk to us we miss hearing your voice we miss your laugh and we hate seeing you so sad," Michael said. I was about to reply when Luke rushed outside.
"Seth's here," He said and we walked in me going a bit slower. We stood in front of Seth and he began talking.
"Hello," He said I waved and the boys said hi.
"Mia why so down?" He asked.
"She had a pretty bad nightmare a couple days ago," Luke said.
"Well cheer up I have a surprise," Seth said. He called out to someone and a boy walked in. He had brown hair and green eyes and he looked to be about my age.
"This here is Nathan I've already turned him so don't worry and he will be joining our group," Seth said.
"Hey Nathan," Ash said.
"You can call me Nate," He said in a really cute Australian accent.
"I must go, Mia do you mind showing Nate to his room it's right next to you yours," Seth said and I nodded. Nate followed me as we walked to his room. On our way, he started talking.
"So your names Mia right?" He asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"You seem upset are you okay?" Nate asked.
"Not really," I said as we got to his room. He opened the door and walked in.
"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked turning towards me.
"I don't know," I said.
"Here come in," He said. I walked in and he got a rollie chair to sit on.
"So tell me what's up," He said.
"Well both of my parents died my dad before I came here and my mom after and a couple nights ago I had a nightmare where I saw how they both died and I've been a bit depressed ever since," I said.
"Well try not to think about it too much just fill your mind with happy thoughts," Nate said.
"You're smart," I said.
"Why thank you," He said.
"So you have a cool room," I said looking at the light green walls.
"Thanks, it's amazing how he did this" Nate said.
"Oh did you get your power yet?" I asked.
"Yeah it's speed and strength," He said.
"Like Calum and Luke I have the power to read minds like Michael I can move things with my mind like Ash and I have my own power of controlling the elements," I said.
"That's cool," He said.
"I know right," I said. We talked a bit longer and got to know a lot about each other. Soon there was a knock on the door and Nate answered.
"Hey guys dinners ready if you wanna eat you better hurry before Mike eats all of it," Ashton said. We walked downstairs and sat at the kitchen table. Luke set two bowls of spaghetti in front of us.
"So Mia you seem happy," Cal said.
"Yeah, all thanks to Nate," I said giving Nate a high five.
"Nate whatever you did thank you I was sick of seeing her sad" Mike said. Later on, after dinner, we all went to our rooms. I was in my room drawing playing music and singing along to it then Michael's voice rang through my head.
"You sing good," He said.
"Michael stops reading my thoughts," I said.
"Okay," He said then I started to go back to what I was doing. I started thinking to myself after a bit.
"Nate was really nice to me today and he's pretty cute," I thought.
"Mia has a crush on Nate," Michael teased.
"Michael I thought I told you to stop," I said.
"Yeah well I didn't," He said.
"Ugh don't tell him," I said.
"I promise I won't"
Nate's P.O.V
I was laying in bed but I couldn't fall asleep. I was thinking about Mia she's so pretty and fun and creative. I really like her.
