This chapter and the next are just introduction chapters. Please stick with this story because it does get much better as my skill improves. I cringe when I read my first proper chapters and I'm going to re-write them when I finish this fanfic. But for now, please don't give up on this because I promise you it'll get much better! Marinette sat at her desk (that's covered with pictures of her crush Adrien Agreste) her head in her hands, stressing over her last minute dress design for a competition.
"Tikki, what am I going to do? I've tried blue, pink, green, black. The whole rainbow! But nothing's working." She complained to her Kwami Tikki.
"Oh Marinette. You need to think of something close to you. Something relatable." The little kwami suggested.
"Tikki your a genius!" Marinette squealed at her pencil started to draw all over her paper.
After a few hours she's finally finished.
"What do you think?" She beams happily at her finished design.
All of a sudden her phone vibrates.
It's a text from Alya!
'Hey! How's the design going? Make sure to impress adrien tomorrow.'
Marinette froze. She looked from her phone to her design and back to her phone.
"Adriens judging this? Oh god." Marinette fell onto her bed staring at her design.
"He's gonna hate this. And then I'll never marry him. And he will end up marrying Chloe! And what will I be left doing?" She murmured into her pillow.
"You'll be saving Paris...with Chat." Tikki winked. Marinette threw her pillow at Tikki.
"I don't like chat..." She blushed.
