Azia's POV----------------------------------------
I walked into the hallway and I saw pictures of people with their mouths open engraved on the solid rock wall. The picture, as far as I could tell, was telling a story. I could decipher a little bit, but not much. It was telling the story of a Chosen few that would destroy something evil. They were all using powers, and all were as gray as the stone. Except one. That one was opening it mouth and Shouting at the evil. It glowed green and purple. Sparkling was an understatement. It was shimmering. Moving almost. "I see you have found yourself in the picture." I turn around to find what I assume is Joseph looking intently at me. "That's me? I assume this is the story that Two and Renee told me. It's a prophecy. I can't believe I'm in a prophecy!! That's so freaking cool!" I jump up and down cheering. "Let's not get all happy and jumpy. You have much to learn if this is actually you. There have been many who we thought were the chosen ones, but each have failed. Maybe, this will be different." Says Joseph. He looks away and says something under his breath. "What? Did I do something wrong?" I say. "No. Last time I trained someone to use their voice, well, let's just say something happened to me." He takes off his shirt and it shows a hugs gash at where his heart should be. It's nothing but air. "I can't love. I have always wanted to, but after that first one who I fell in love with took my heart, I can no longer feel love towards another." I stare at him and my smile fades. "Oh. I'm sorry. It's not that bad though, right? I choose not to love, but I like being single, ya know? I get to do what ever I want and not be judged by my boyfriend." He looks down and fiddles his fingers. He looks up at me with swollen eyes. "Right. People judge me all the time and thought I would never have power, but look at me now!" He looks the other way towards the room. "SHA FO TA YAR HU HEE!" He shouts. A whirlwind of air, fire, and water comes out of his mouth and hits the wall. 'Oh... So, that's what he can do... That's probably the reason why....' I think. He looks at me with fire and ice swirling in his eyes. "That is the power we wield! We are more powerful than you can ever imagine! Join me in training, and become the one in the picture. Make others, bend to your will." He holds out his hand to me. The ice in his eyes is gone and all there was was fire. He looks calm and collected. Sheepishly, I take
his hand and he says one word. "Teleport." He says. I hear the sound of a whip hitting the air. I feel queasy while going through space faster than time. I'm falling and I hit something. I commence fetal position and I try not to throw up. Joseph is next to me looking around. "Get up. We don't have much time. You must learn quickly." He barks. "Do I have to? I was just warped through fucking time and space." I moan. "Yes. We don't have time. They'll be here soon." I get up and I look around. We are on a cliff in the middle of a jungle overlooking itself. A river that turns into a waterfall is next to us. "Where... Where are we?" I stammer. I here a howl next to us. "Come on! We have to reach the temple!" Says Joseph. Next thing I know, he jumps off the cliff. "What are you doing?!?" I scream. He can't hear me. An arrow hits a tree next to me. 'Welp, gotta blast!' I think as I plunge down the cliff.
Sorry I haven't updated lately! I'm trying to work on that. So much stuff is happening right now. I'll update when I can, but I'm gonna try every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. See ya then! Rogue out.
