I sneak out of my home yet again.
The walk to the store is long, as I'm trying my hardest not to be seen. I can't even let George see me, or else he'll ask questions.
I make my way to the store and walk the perimeter. The lights are off and it's completely dark, but through the darkness I spot a back door.
Holding my breath, I tiptoe over to the door and try it.
It's unlocked!
I sneak into the building, cringing as the door squeaks with every movement. The aisles are dark as I make my way to the front, where I had seen the perfect gift for George.
Finally, it comes into view.
I don't waste any time, not wanting to risk being seen.
I grab the gift.
And run.
I wasn't going to update again tonight, but then I hit 500 votes! How the hell?? This story only has 1.5K reads and it's only been up for FIVE DAYS. Do you realize that's an average of 100 votes a day??
