•Meet my bestfriends and My life•
Isn't it just strange to walk all alone?
Mom had some work today so she couldn't drive me to school, which meant I had to walk to school today. Alone.
When you are walking all alone, you tend to think a lot. Think about your life and about stuff around you.
When you are walking alone you also notice that one small red post box that always existed but you realise that you never paid attention.
While I was walking, I was just wondering how my next semester would turn out to be...
Usual?
People often tell me that my life is perfect. I have always been everyone's favourite. I am not really "famous" type but I am not even unpopular.
I, Becca Wilson, am just one more girl around in the class, who occasionally answers some questions that the professors ask.
After walking for what felt like years, here I am, standing in front of my school, Velmont High. Taking in the environment, the brick walls covered with some posters of events going on in the school and then the trees, the large patch of green spread around, I was standing in front of my school.
I sighed, plastered a smile on my face and walked inside the school.
I believe that if you are happy, things are always going to be good around you as well.
Deep right?
As I stepped inside the gate, I heard someone calling my name from behind.
"Beccaaaaaaaaa! Beccaaaaaa! Becca wait!" I turned and found Lisa running towards me.
Meet Lisa Ray, my best friend and school's head cheerleader. She looks like a clichè head cheer-leader with a perfect body. Tall, elegant, beautiful with her heart shaped face and sparkling eyes, waist long brown wavy hair, and curves at all right places.
Lisa is one of the populars. And all the guys here are head over heels for her. Guys would do anything to just get her attention, but she just doesn't care. Why? 'Cause my best friend is in love with Bennett.
Bennett Carter, school's most intelligent guy and also my best friend's boyfriend. They have been dating each other since forever, I think. They are just perfect for each other.
Bennett is one charming, cool, calm, intelligent, sweet and caring person and on the other hand, Lisa is this amazing, fun-loving, adventurous and loud girl.
'Opposites surely attract!'
Lisa and Ben have been through thick and thin together. I love to see what they have for each other.
"Heyyyyy Lisa," I smiled. "Why did you get late today, and where is Bennett? I thought you guys would come together, it's the first day after all."
"No, he ditched me today. And I am super mad at him for that," she said and crossed her arms against her chest.
"That is not possible Lisa. He would never ditch you unless its very very urgent. He must have got caught up with something." I assured her because I know Bennett would never ever ditch her.
"Yaa, I guess, but I don't know why he didn't come to pick me up, I was waiting for him, but he never showed up. "
"Why don't you call him ?"
"I called him, but he didn't respond, he has been behaving weird lately, I think there is something wrong. "
"Don't be dramatic Lisa!"
She pouted.
"Its okay, we'll ask him what came up, and if needed, I'll kick his ass too. okay?" I laughed.
Laughing, we both headed towards the class. We met some of my other classmates and sat on our usual desks when Prof. Weesley entered the class.
Prof. Weesley started taking the attendance after the class settled.
"Becca, psshhh, Becca!" Lisa called me, poking me with a pen.
"What?" I asked in an irritated tone.
"Bennett hasn't replied to my messages too. I don't know what's up with him. I am worried."
I looked around, and noticed that Bennett wasn't in the class. Frankly, even I was worried now, Bennett is not the kind who will bunk a class.
"Yes, let the classes finish, and we will look for him in the lunch time."

I am usually a very attentive student, but today I couldn't concentrate. I and Lisa were worried about Bennett.
As soon as the bell rang, Lisa practically dragged me to the cafeteria.
Why?
Obviously to find Bennett.
When we entered the cafeteria, Lisa went to some students, to ask them if they have seen Ben around. I decided to get something to eat and walked towards the counter, when....
"Woooo-ahhh"
Before I could understand what exactly was happening, I was on the floor, with something cold and wet all over my top.
I heard someone say 'watch out'.
I had bumped into someone but I couldn't see who the person was. I looked at the retreating figure and saw someone running away. He was wearing a grey jacket and black jeans and looked like he was in hurry.
I had fallen flat on the floor. I looked around, and saw that the whole cafeteria was looking at me. He didn't say sorry, instead, just left without even helping me.
I am sure it wasn't his fault either because even I wasn't watching my way, but a little help and chivalry wouldn't harm.
Would it?
When I got up, I saw coke all over the floor, and some on my top too.
"Are you okay?" Caleb asked.
"Dumbo, do I look okay? Help me get up, stupid! " I told Caleb.
Caleb is one of the few people I really trust. I, Caleb, Lisa, and Bennett hang around a lot, we all are like best friends.
With his baby blue eyes, 6 feet tall and lean frame, shaggy brown hair and a British accent, Caleb is one of the most handsome and cute guys in the school.
Even I sort of had a crush on him before we actually became friends and before I actually came to know that he is so stupid.
Hahaha, kidding. Caleb is one of my best friends.
Can't help it, he is a real sweetheart.
"What just happened? What are you doing on the floor?" Lisa asked.
"Ohh, she just felt like hugging the floor so... she is so weird I know! Becca and her fetishes." Caleb joked.
"Shut up Caleb!" I glared at Caleb.
"I just ran into someone," I told Lisa.
"Who?" Caleb and Lisa asked in unison.
"I don't know, I didn't recognize the guy."
Lisa shrugged.
"Lisa? Did you find out where Ben is?" I asked her.
"Find out Bennett ? Why? What happened?" Caleb asked both of us.
"Well, Lisa has been calling him since morning, and he isn't responding."
"Ohh, but I met him, just a few minutes ago," Caleb said casually.
"Where?" I and Lisa asked in unison.
"Outside the football ground, he was talking to the coach, which is weird, because Bennett never really was into playing football. He was here too, he was sitting on our usual table. I was just about to call him, but Ms. Rose called me, she wanted me to help her picking up somethings so I couldn't go and talk to Bennett," Caleb told us.
"Bennett was in the cafeteria before lunch? He missed all three classes?" I said surprised.
Bennett had come to college and didn't meet Lisa?
And what was he doing in the football ground?
He never plays football. Nor he has any close friends in the football team except Caleb but he didn't meet him as well.
He is surely upto something...
