"COLE, PUT ME DOWN!" I screamed as he had threw me over his shoulder and was now carrying me to his car
"You're not walking home on your own, Frizzy. It's not safe" He camly spoke
Why would he care about that?
"Since when do you care about my safety?" I smirked as he placed me down
He looked away from my gaze, did I just make Cole Chapman embarassed?

"Just get in!" He snapped
What the heck? Why was he getting so mad at me?
"I'm sorry. Please, just get in the car Summer" He pleaded

Okay well what a day it has been, I've argued with Cole Chapman, and now I'm in his car and he's giving me a ride home.
"So Summer, tell me something about yourself" Cole finally spoke
Huh?
"Huh?" I grunted
He smiled while keeping his eyes focused on the road
"Something about yourself Summer" He repeated
Since when did he care?
"There's not much to tell" I muttered
"Don't be stupid, there must be something" He encouraged
"Nope, I'm not interesting atall. Let's leave it at that. And why would you care?" I settled
This guy needs to know nothing about me, absolutely nothing.
"Am I not aloud to find out things about a girl?" He winked
"Since when did you care for anything more about a girl than their bra size?"
The car pulled to a hault almost immediatley causing me to go flying forward hitting my head off the dashboard.
"What are you doing you asshole!" I screamed while rubbing my head
"Why do you think the only thing I care about in a girl is whether I can bed them or not?" He growled
"Because that's what you've made yourself to be, fuck this I'd rather walk than be in a car with you maniac" I spoke reaching for the door handle
"I'm sorry" He quickly spoke while grabbing my arm to stop me leaving
"One more outburst like that Chapman and I might have to tell all the school you're a softy" I smiled
He smiled at me and shook his head. Glad someone's head is feeling fine.
Finally after the awkward 10 minute silence we pulled up to my house, I was kinda embarassed, he's probably used to seeing mansions since he looks like he lives in one. And I've just got a 2 bedroomed house, with a boring look to it, nothing special.
"Thanks for the ride" I quickly spoke
"My pleasure, see you tomorrow, Frizzy. Hope I didn't hurt your little head too much" He winked
I shook my head and quickly walked towards my door to avoid him seeing my defined blush on my face. Since when do guys like him speak to girls like me?
Oh stop over thinking it Summer, it was just a ride home.
Imagine Sarah's face when she hears this.
I opened my door and there stood my Mom, stumbling all over the place. I really hadn't been gone that long enough for her to get this bad had I?! Urgh, why me? Why do I get stuck with this kind of Mom? I have never done anything bad in my life, ever!
"Mom, sit down" I instructed
"No, don't you dare boss me about!" She spat in my face
"Don't spit at me" I growled
"You always try and tell me what to do. Well guess what! I couldn't give a shit about you!" She splurted
This was a regular thing for me, so it doesn't really hurt as much as it used too, because to be honest, I don't really care about her that much either.
"Fuck you, Mom" I muttered while walking up the stairs
"You get back down here!" She slurred
I slammed my door shut and locked it just to make sure she didn't get in, I couldn't be bothered with one of the pathetic fights she tried to start. I'd come back out in the morning when she has the killer hang over, then she won't be as annoying.
My phone vibrated on my bed, I looked over to see the called ID
Call from - Mollie
"Hey Mol" I sighed
"Hey, what's up?" She asked quickly
"Usual" I bluntly answered
"I'm sick of it Summer, please come live with me!" She begged
"Mollie, you know I can't, anyway, what's up?" I questionned
"One day you'll give in! And I'm having people round to stay at mine on Friday, you wanna' come?" She asked
'People' round to stay? Did this include boys? I'd never stayed in the same house as a boy, apart from my brother, which didn't really count.
"Ermm, who?" I asked
"Me, you, Rhea, Sarah, Jay, Cole, Tyler" She spoke and I could tell she was smiling whilst saying it
"Really Mollie? What about Loghan?" I sighed
"He annoys the fuck out of me, and come on Summer, Cole's coming!" She encouraged
Why is she saying it as if that's going to persuade me to go? I couldn't give two shits if he was going.
"So?" I quickly responded
"Oh nothing, but come on you're my best friend it won't be right if you're not there!" She begged
"Hmm, I don't know, it depends if my Mom has one of her parties, because if I'm not here you know the police will show up again!" I sighed
"Well just let me know soon as, fingers crossed!"
"Will do Mol, see you tomorrow" I spoke as I ended the call
I sighed and threw myself onto my bed, why was my life so complicated? Why couldn't I just be a normal teenager and go out whenever they want to, not plan their schedule around their Mom who thinks shes about 17 still throwing parties?
