Harley's POV
A couple of days had passed and it was now Thursday. Thanks god was all I could think as I walked down the corridor to my homeroom. I just have to get through today and tomorrow with out any problems and then at six on Friday I can begin that new training schedule with all the other champions. Oh and speaking of champions they found someone to replace Bow after she was kicked out of the gym. The girl was 5'10 with bright red hair and light brown eyes she was absolutely stunning and an excellent fighter. Her fighter name was Blaze and watching her audition was amazing she took down guys and girls alike many of which where bigger and more experienced than her.
Anyway enough about gym I was walking down the corridor when I hit something hard I fell and my stuff scattered everywhere. "Fuck, did I hit a wall or something??" I looked up to see the irritated face of Jay, behind him stood two other dudes who had the bad boy rep as well, Brodie Skiner and Ace Grey. Brodie and Ace where laughing at my comment while Jay just looked pissed off "watch where you're going nerd" he growls at me. I clench my fists
"Well excuse me, it takes two people to cause something like this."
"Maybe if you had been watching were you where going you wouldn't have walked into me. Now scurry along" he snapped. I clenched my jaw, collected my books and stood up.
"Listen here asshat I don't know who you think you are but you don't own this fucking school and if you and your group of walking trees weren't stood in the middle of the corridor none of this would have happened" he glared at me
"Listen here nerd-" he began but I cut him off
"No you listen, yeah you maybe the new kid and you might have made friends with the schools top trouble makers so what who cares that doesn't mean you own the fucking place, so it's time you take your head out of your ass, smell the fresh air and realise that you and you're walking trees are not the only ones in this school. Now if you'll excuse me" and with that I shoved him out if my way and headed to home room. So much for avoiding him.
*Time skip later at school*
So far I'd had no run ins with Layla or with Jay thank god. It was now fourth period which meant lunch was next then only three hours till I can go home. Fourth period chemistry came to a close and the bell went. Once all my stuff was pact I made my way to the cafeteria.
I entered the noisy cafeteria and headed for the lunch line. Once I had bought and paid for my lunch I sat down at my usual table and began to eat it was peaceful for about twenty minutes till Layla and her gang of morons decided to come over for their daily dose of bully the nerd. "So nerd how have you been??" Carla asked sarcastically
"Ew what are you eating??" Squealed another
"If nerd here wants to get fat then leave her to eat it" commented another I looked down at what was left of my slice of pizza and fries and rolled my eyes pu-lease with the amount of exercise and training I do this wouldn't make me fat.
"Anyway nerd I herd about what happened between you an Jay this morning and I'm just here to tell you to stay away you've got no chance" at this I laughed
"Oh my god you're stupid, you really think that I would go after Jay?? Please he's yours I don't care" she glared at me
"Just remember that or else" I rolled my eyes
"Or else what??" I challenge she looks dumbstruck which really isn't that hard for her "you'll regret it now get out of my face nerd" I rolled my eyes
"Honestly if you're going to threaten someone at least have something better than that."
"God I thought nerds where supposed to be smart, do I have to point out a direction for you to walk in so you get out of my face??" I smirked
"No but if you want I can draw you a map so when I say go to hell you'll know where it is." I say sickly sweet before takin my junk and throwing it away before leaving the cafeteria.
*Time skip at the gym after school*
Now I wasn't intending on going to the gym today but with everything going on at school I made a trip there to blow off some steam. Once I'd made it to the gym, signed in and got changed I headed over to the bags and began to punch, kick, jab and dodge the bag increasing the power with each move. Several people came in including Scar, Siren and Viper.
It was viper who came up to me first. "Woah Raven you might wanna calm down before you break the bag" I chuckle and steady the bag before replying
"You think if I did I'd get in trouble??" She smiled
"Nah I think Steve would let it slide like he did last time." I smile and she continues "so what's got you so worked up??" I sigh
"School and everything is taking its toll. I never realised how hard it would be to keep both parts of my life separate." She smiled in understanding
"I get it I do but why don't you reveal who you are to the school??" I shake my head no.
"It's not like I wouldn't want to it's just that I can't. I mean if something went wrong with this side of my life I wouldn't want anyone else in the other part of my life no matter how much I hate them to get hurt" she nodded and smiled.
"We'll hang in there ok??" I nodded in agreement "ok thanks by the way Viper" she smiled
"If anything I should be thanking you for helping with the whole Bow incident. I know what she said to you was out of order and o thin she totally deserves what you gave her plus more" we smiled joked around and laughed a little longer till it became more serious talk. We spoke for a while longer before we both got back to training.
After about another hour of training I'm met with the sound of "RAVEN!!!" Coming from Pixie, she tackles me to the floor and I smile "hey Pix how've ya been??" She smiled a manic smile
"I bought to something" she says in a sing song voice.
"Oh and what's that??" She puts a box in my hand
"Ta da now open" she says with so much excitement. I smile and do as she says. When I open the box I realise it's a hoodie. It looks absolutely amazing. She smiles at me, "it gets better" she pulls out a similar hoodie only difference being hers had pink writing mine had green.
"These are so cool thanks Pix" she just chuckles
"No problem now come on let's train." After a few hours of training, playing games and messing around we get ready to go home. When I get the same feeling I had earlier this week; it felt like someone was watching me. I turned and looked all around the gym but there was nothing there. I wonder what it could be.
That night Pixie crashed at my place in my room. It was great having her around and Hunter didn't complain about it either since I hardly have any one round to stay. Pixie and I did the typical sleepover scary movies, popcorn and all that good stuff. Pixie loved staying around mine because neither of us where particularly scared of horror movies it was great watching them together and seeing the others reaction. It was an awesome night.
Jay's POV
*When Harley and he crashed*

Oh yeah Harley, behind me stood Brodie and Ace who where laughing at her comment while I was pissed off today had not been a good day for me so I snapped at her "watch where you're going nerd"

I look her over an see that her hands and jaw where clenched. She collected up her books and stood up.

I thought everyone picked on her because they all thought she was weak, man are they wrong this chicks got some anger and confidence she seems to be anything but weak.
"Oh man that was good, I can't believe that just happened" chuckled Brodie. I glared at him
"Who was she because she didn't seem like the same person everyone talks about." The two of them share a smile
"You'll find out soon enough" Ace replied cryptically.
"Whatever man I just want school to end so I can go to the gym later." They nodded in agreement since they went to the same gym I did. They where two of the 14 champions like I was.
"Let's get this over with then" I sigh and we begin to head to home room.
*time skip lunch*
I walked into the cafeteria with Ace and Brodie at my sides, I lined up to get my lunch when I began to hear Layla and her gaggle of hoes screech at their latest victim. I sat at my table which was near the top left corner of the cafeteria. The others joined me shortly after. While I was eating I scanned the room till my eyes landed upon Layla who with her friends where arguing with someone. I moved my head to see that it was that Harley chick.
"Hey Brodie what's going on over there??" He followed my gaze and rolled his eyes
"Oh that, that's nothing it's just Layla being her usual self." He must have seen my confused expression
"what about that other chick??" He smirked
"That's that Harley chick that walked into you and took the piss, don't worry though she can take it just watch."
I turned back to the group and I guess I missed part of the argument because the next thing I heard was Layla threatening the Harley chick. "Just remember that or else"
"Or else what??" You could hear the challenge in her voice
"you'll regret it now get out of my face nerd"

"See" was all Brodie said which caused me to raise an eyebrow at him
"How did you know she'd do that??" He just smirked
"After a while you'll realise that Harley isn't your typical nerd."
I didn't need anyone else to tell me that Harley was not as she seemed.
