"Morning." I said to my mom as I walked in the kitchen
"Morning sweetheart." She smiled I smiled back and sat down on a stool
"So you and Alex?" She raised a brow
"We're just friends mom." I said
"You sure? You used to like her before." She said I chuckled
"I still do...but she just broke up with her boyfriend." I shrugged
"Oh really? What happened?" She asked
"He cheated on her." I said
"That's a shame, he was such a nice young man." She sad I rolled my eyes
"He's everything but nice momma." I said
"Well I hope she's ok." She said I nodded
"She's fine." I said as images of her from yesterday came to my mind
Those shorts...damn
"I mean she's ok." I said shaking my dirty thoughts away
"Morning." Gilinsky said walking in I nodded
"Morning Jack." My mom smiled at him
"Where were you yesterday?" Gilinsky smirked
"I went to pick up Alex." I shrugged
"Well yea but that only takes like fifteen minutes but you came back four hours later." He chuckled I rolled my eyes
"We went to get ice cream and just lost track of time." I said
"That Dylan guy came by their house around four." He said
"How do you know?" I asked
"I was talking to Daniel." He shrugged
"So I told him she was with you and he looked mad." He laughed I chuckled
"Mr. Steal your girl." He chuckled
"First off, she's not his girl anymore and we're just friends." I said looking at my mom she nodded and put her hands up
"Sure." Sam said walking in
"Oh shut up." I mumbled
"How was your date with Sumer?" Gilinsky smirked Sam chuckled
"Good." He nodded
"Good?" Me and Gilinsky asked
"Great she's great, amazing, perfect it was all good." He blurted, I chuckled
"Some one is crazy over Summer." I teased
"And? You're in love with Alex." He said making my mom Aww
"Oh my god! We're just friends, even if I do like her she probably doesn't feel the same, because if I remember she's still I love with Dylan." I spat before before walking up to my room. I groaned and closed the door
God I wish I would've told her how I really felt, maybe now we would be together and she wouldn't love someone else
"So stupid." I said walking out to my balcony
"I let her go." I frowned
"Let who go?" A voice asked I turned to my left to see Alex
"Oh umm some girl." I lied she nodded
"Tell her how you really feel." She suggested I chuckled
"She's in love with someone else." I said she gave me a sad smile
"Well it's her loss." She said
No....it's mine
"Aren't you supposed to be in school right now?" I asked changing subject
"Yup, only that it doesn't start until another hour." She giggled I smiled
"Is it that early?" I asked she bit her lip and nodded. Same old habit
"Did you do your homework Missy?" I asked her eyes went wide
"Shit." She mumbled running back into her room I laughed. I climbed over my balcony to hers
"So I'm guessing you didn't?" I asked sitting on her bed she shook her head
"Wow." I laughed she glared at me
"I was really tired so I fell asleep." She sighed
"Well you have an hour." I teased she chuckled
"Not helping Johnson." She said hiding a smile
"Aww I'm sorry." I said poking her cheek she rolled her eyes
"Then I have to shower ugh!" She said leaning on my shoulder
"You're fucked Alex." I said she hit my chest
"Thanks for the help." She said sarcastically
"Look you go shower, and I'll do what I can." I said
"Really?" She bit her lip
"Yea." I nodded looking at her lips but quickly looked away
I really hope she didn't see that
"Thanks." She kissed my cheek
"Yea yea." I waved her off she giggled
She got up and walked to her closet
"What the fuck?" I whispered looking at the problems
"Having trouble there genius?" She asked
"Nah I'm good." I lied I heard her laugh I smiled and shook my head
"I'll be quick." She said walking into the restroom I nodded
"Ok help me siri." I said taking out my phone
***30 Minutes Later***
"Well that helped." I chuckled locking my phone
"You took long." I laughed as Alex walked out
"Shut up." She mumbled
"Well I finished your homework." I said she smiled
"Really?" She asked grabbing the papers I nodded
"Thanks." She smiled and put it in her backpack
"Now make up." She mumbled walking over to her make up stand
"I don't understand why you need make up, you already look beautiful." I shrugged
"Easy for you to say." She said I chucked
"And I don't cake my face just a little." She said I nodded
"I don't know how fans get our numbers." I said reading a message. I chuckled and blocked it
"You don't like it?" She asked
"I love my fans to death but they can go a little over board." I said she nodded
"Pass me my black Vans? They're in my closet." She said I nodded. I stood up and walked in
"You have a lot of shoes." I chuckled grabbing the Vans
"I bet you have way more." She said
"True." I smirked as I passed them to her
"I want to stay home." She mumbled putting them on
"It's not that bad." I said walking towards her and tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear
"Yes it is." She mumbled
"Why?" I asked lifting her face
"He's there, then there's Jade and Mia who bother me non stop." She rolled her eyes
"You can handle that, you're very strong." I said looking at her lips
"Don't let them get to you." I said looking into her eyes
"I try not to." She whispered
"Good." I smiled and caressed her cheek. I started leaning in and thankfully she did too
"Alex you ready for school or-woah." Summer said walking in. We backed up and I looked away
What the fuck?
"Oh umm sorry." She chuckled
"It's ok." I nodded
"Yea I'm ready for school." Alex said changing topic
"Well I should get going." I said awkwardly
"Did I ruin a moment?" Summer asked I chuckled
"Yea go." Alex blushed I smirked
"See you later." I said walking towards the balcony. I climbed over to mine and walked in my room. I threw myself on my bed and looked at the ceiling
"We were gonna kiss." I whispered
And she wanted it too
"Where were you?" Gilinsky a asked walking in
"I was here what you talking about?" I lied and looked at him he rolled his eyes
"No you weren't, I came in and the room was empty." He crossed his arms
"Ok, I was at Alex's house." I said sitting up
"Doing what?" He asked
"She didn't do her homework I helped her." I said
"You sure?" He asked I rolled my eyes and nodded
"Can you got out? I'm gonna shower." I said standing up
"Alright." He chuckled before walking out I sighed. I walked into the restroom and closed the door. I took off all my clothes and stepped in. I turned on the hot water and sighed
Does she like me back? After my shower I wrapped a towel around my waist. I walked out the restroom and grabbed a pair of boxers from my bottom drawer, I put the on and put on some random blue jeans and a plain over sized light brown t-shirt and put on my white Vans and a simple hat. I shrugged made my wau downstairs
"We're going to the mall want to come?" Sam asked
"Sure." I nodded
"G let's go!" Sam yelled upstairs
"Going!" Gilinsky yelled running down I chuckled and shook my head
"What are we gonna buy exactly?" I asked them as we walked out of the house
"Whatever we want." Sam smirked I rolled my eyes
"You're not buying condoms right?" Gilinsky asked him
"Yea cause if you haven't noticed Summer isn't that type of girl." I said
"I'm not gonna buy condoms nasty fucks." He rolled his eyes
"And I know she isn't." He said to me
"So what are you gonna buy?" Gilinsky asked
"Something for Summer." He mumbled
"Are you going on another date with her?" I asked
"Yea...tomorrow." He smiled
"Just don't hurt her." Gilinsky said
"Or you'll have Daniel to deal with." I laughed
"Trust me I won't...I think she's the girl for me." He smiled
"Sammy's gone soft." Me and Gilinsky sang he rolled his eyes
"You've gone soft too Gilinsky." Sam said to him
"And you are too, you're head over heels for Alex." He added
"Yea we can all see that." Gilinsky added I rolled my eyes
"Even if I am doesn't mean she like me back." I said
"Then ask her." Sam said
"Ask her?" I scoffed
"Do you ever listen to yourself? She had told me she liked me before we left and I told her I didn't feel the same and plus she loves Dylan I've said this before." I sighed
"Well who knows, maybe you'll get her to fall for you like you did before." Gilinsky said Sam nodded I shrugged
"Maybe." I mumbled
"You will." Sam said as we walked in the mall
"What you gonna buy Summer?" I asked he smirked
****4 Hours Later****
"I'm soooo bored!" Gilinsky sang I chuckled
"I think we all are." Sam said sitting down on the couch
"Yup." I nodded
"Man we need girlfriends." Sam said
"I have one so I'm good." Gilinsky said giving up thumbs up
"Well I have someone in mind." I mumbled
"And I like Summer, but I don't want to ask her just get." Sam said I nodded
"And are you gonna ask Alex?" Gilinsky asked me
"I don't know." I shrugged
"What time is it?" I asked closing my eyes
"Two fifty." Sam said I opened my eyes
"I'm gonna go for Alex who wants to come?" I asked standing up
"Me." They said in sync I nodded. I grabbed the car keys and we walked out
"I wonder if high school is still the same." Sam said as I drove off
"I'm pretty sure it is." Gilinsky said
"Well they still make up rumors I'll tell you that." I rolled my eyes as I made a turn
"Why you say that?" Sam asked
"When I dropped off Alex yesterday, they saw us and started whispering and staring at us." I scoffed
"Hasn't changed." Gilinsky said as I parked in front I nodded
"Want to get out?" Sam smirked I shook my head. But before I knew it they had gotten out
"Jesus." I mumbled taking out the keys and getting out
"You guys couldn't wait?" I asked walking towards them
"What's the fun in that?" Sam chuckled
"Plus aren't you just dying to see Alex?" Gilinsky teased. I rolled my eyes and flipped him off.
Riiinnnngggg
Just like that a bunch if kids started walking out, I looked around
"Damn." Sam mumbled I nodded
"Damn indeed." I said looking at all of them
"Do you see them?" I asked
"Mmmm nope." Sam shook his head
"Hey Jack." The girl from yesterday sad walking towards us with another girl
"Um hi." I sa awkwardly
"Looking for Alex?" She asked
"Yea you've seen her?" I asked
"Actually she's with Dylan." She said I clenched my jaw
"Stop it." I heard Alex say I raised a brow and walked towards her
"You fucking liar!" She yelled at Dylan he just smirked
"What going on?" I asked
"Why are you always here?" Dylan spat I looked at Alex to see her eyes glossy
"What'd you do to her?" I spat
"Can we go?" Alex mumbled
"What he do to you?" I asked she shook her head
"She was trying to get back with Dylan but he said no because she cheated and now she's crying." Jade smirked I glared at her
"That's not true!" Alex shook her head
"Don't lie." Dylan spat
"Fuck off man." I spat at him he rolled his eyes
"You said you loved her and this is what you do? Lie?! When you were the one who cheated!" I yelled angrily at him
"Jack calm down." Sam said
"Have you no respect?!" I yelled ignoring him
"Of course you don't." I scoffed
"She isn't alone! So if anybody wants to mess with her has to get through me first." I spat glaring at everyone who was looking at us
"And me." Gilinsky said
"And me." Sam said
"Of course me." Summer said crossing her arms I smirked
"And us." Two other girls said
"Think before you speak." I spat at Dylan
"And to think she actually loves you." I scoffed. He frowned and looked at her
"Don't go feeling bad now bro, too late for that shit." Sam sneered
"Come on." I said grabbing Alex's hand. I sat her in the back seat
"You drive yea?" I said to Gilinsky
"Yea." He nodded I smiled and sat in the back with Alex. Sam got in along with Summer she looked at me and smiled
"Don't cry princess." I whispered to Alex
"He's such a fucking liar." She mumbled
"I know he is." I said kissing her forehead
"Thank you." She whispered hugging me I nodded
"I'm always gonna be here for you." I whispered back I felt her smile into my chest
***Back Home***
"Don't cry anymore." I said wiping away her tears
"I can't believe I loved him." She whispered I frowned
"You can't help who you fall in love with." I said
"Will you sleep here?" She bit her lip I nodded
"I'm not leaving your side." I whispered
"We came to cheer up the princess." Sam said walking in with Gilinsky and Summer I chuckled
"Look princess." I whispered she looked up and giggled
"What are you guys wearing?" She laughed
"We're clowns." Sam laughed I chuckled
"Oh my god." Alex laughed and hid in my chest I chuckled
"How do you make a tissue dance?" Gilinsky asked her
"I don't know how?" Alex asked I smiled
"Put a little boogey in it." He sa dancing a little she giggled
"Why did the banana go to the hospital?" Summer asks
"Why?" Alex chucked
"Because he wasn't peeling well." She said Alex chuckled
"Ok last one." Sam said Alex nodded
"What did one hat say to another?" He asked she shrugged
"You stay here, I'll go on a head." He said Alex laughed
"Thank you guys." She smiled at us we nodded
"Well we'll let you sleep." They said to her
"Goodnight." They said before walking out
"Get some rest yea?" I said kissing her forehead
"Goodnight Jay." She whispered holding on to my shirt as if I was gonna leave
"Goodnight princess." I whispered as I heard her soft snores. I kissed her cheeks and hugged her softly before drifting off to sleep
