Prince paused the game and went off to the kitchen to grab chips. I pulled my phone from my pocket and stared blankly at the notification on the screen.
"ONE MISSED CALL FROM: Baby Girl"
I stared blankly at the screen and I guess the guys noticed.
"What's up?" Prod asked.
"Yeah...looking at naked pictures or something?" Ray joked.
"No, it's um. Rain. She called about and hour ago."
Prince walked in and sucked his teeth. "Let it go man, who cares? She left."
I nodded and sighed. "I guess you're right." I admitted. Maybe I wasn't meant to get her call.
Prod walked over and took my phone.
"I'll give it back before you go home. Don't call her." He said.
I shrugged and waited for Prince to hit play on the game. Rain was right about one thing...I needed them, they were my bestfriends. No need to tell them I would have rather been making Rain blush than playing the stupid shooting game though.
