Season 3 Episode 21 and Episode 22 (Not edited)
I was currently packing my never ending closet. I packed decade by decade I was currently on the 1950s I kept some items aside that I would wear now as they were back in fashion I loved when that happened. Most would go to my house in L.A that's where I my possessions I mean sixty years moving non stop a girl can accumulate a lot of clothes. The clothes I had here ranged from the 10th century up to 1954 I couldn't bring them with me when I left Niklaus. Of course I had my modern clothes I brought with me when I came back. I was only bringing a quarter of my collection as we planned to travel for a while and see the world again first stop the Caribbean. I could already feel the sun and taste the cocktails; I couldn't wait for nothing but clear seas and white sandy beaches.
When I was finally finished I decided to get dressed I had been getting distracted and tried on a bunch of old clothes. I wore a white sleeveless turtleneck leotard it was backless and had strings tying it together; I paired it together with high wasted white flared trousers and black strappy wedges. I left my hair down and did my makeup natural except for a bright red lip.
I came downstairs and walked to the study were Nik was packing he was nearly finished thank god! I couldn't wait to get out of gloomy Mystic Falls this place was a danger magnet.
"You look smashing love" Nik said when I entered
"I thought I'd brighten up a bit you know seen as this time tomorrow we'll be sipping cocktails by the sea" Nik rolled his eyes then stole a kiss as he placed some books in a box.
"Your clothes all packed"
"Yes their getting picked up in an hour"
"Good I was starting to think you got lost in there"
"Very funny Nik I'll have you know I'm only bringing four suitcases" I said smugly. I admit I was a shopaholic what can I say I loved fashion, Four suitcases wasn't a lot for me so I was very proud.
"How big are the suitcases" he muttered I smacked his arm just as Rebekah walked into the room.
"Alaric Saltzman just tried to kill me" she rushed out
"Alaric Saltzman is supposed to be dead" Nik said tightly
"Obviously not if he tried to kill Bekah" I muttered
"He's now a vampire thanks to mothers spell, with a white oak stake that can't kill him. He's strong Nik, Thyra too strong" Okay that made me panic
"Your mother just loves to piss me off now we've got Mikael 2.0 on our hands" I shouted throwing my hands in the air.
"Where is he now" Nik questioned
"Stuck at the school without a daylight ring, but as soon as night falls he'll come after us. We need to leave now." she informed us
"Fine I'll collect Elena and we'll be on our way" him and that bloody doppelganger she's the reason were in this mess.
"Forget Elena, you don't need anymore stupid hybrids!" she shouted
"What I need is protection from Esther's continued assaults against us" This made me roll my eyes.
"We'll protect each other, like we always have. Always and Forever Nik" I knew by the look on Nik's face she wouldn't change his mind
"She has a point Nik, were already going to be on the run from the history teacher do we really need to be running from the rest of these morons because you know there going to come for her." I said
"I'm not leaving without her" he said and began to walk from the room
"I'm leaving now"
"Bekah don't" I begged
"No Thyra I've had enough, Nik you can either walk out that door with me or you will no longer have me by your side" Nik looked at her and shook his head, was he serious? I could feel my anger rising.
"Fine, trust your hybrids over your family; let your spite be the death of you, see if I care." Rebekah said with tears in her eyes it nearly broke my heart she rushed from the room just as Tyler walked in with a box
"Move it sire boy" she said and pushed Tyler out of the way I shot Nik my worst glare and followed her.
"Bekah wait"
"What Thyra if you're here to convince me to stay your wasting your time"
"Give me an hour and if he won't come I'll go with you just you and I" I said
"You would leave him again for me" she said shocked
"You are my sister too and I spent ninety years without you I won't do it again we can even pick up Kol on the way" I laughed
"Please Bekah an hour is all I ask" I begged
"Fine" she sighed I went to walk away when she pulled me back into a hug
"I forgot what it was like having you around I now realise how much I missed you" she muttered
"Always and forever Bekah" I said
"Always and forever sister" she said then left.
I walked back to the study ready to give Nik a piece of my mind. How dare he treat Rebekah as if she were nothing! I zoomed into the room and threw Nik against the opposite wall.
"Leave Tyler I'm about to teach your master a lesson about family" I seethed Tyler looked shocked by my actions but left anyways.
"What the hell was that about Thyra?"
"How dare you treat Rebekah that way" I exclaimed
"She'll come back she always does" he said standing up
"Not this time Nik. After all these years she's finally reached her breaking point with you and I can't say I blame her"
"Angel" he said trying to calm me
"Don't Niklaus. It isn't going to work. Now keep you mouth shut until I'm done" I shouted he glared but said nothing.
"I don't care about your hybrids but obviously you do. So you have one hour one hour to collect your precious doppelganger and if your not back here by then I'm leaving with Rebekah. I will not sit around and let our family fall apart anymore than it already has and I will certainly not play second place to a doppelganger again, you may think Rebekah isn't serious but I am I stayed away for sixty years I can do it again. Be carful next time you pick your hybrids over your family because the very key to making them might just end up dead" with that threat I walked out of the room
"One hour Niklaus tick-tock" I shouted walking upstairs

A half an hour later I was putting my suitcases in the trunk of my car when my phone rang
"Clocks ticking Niklaus" I said smugly
"Slight problem love, My mothers creation is holding the doppelganger hostage at the school"
"So leave her who cares"
"I need her" he said quietly
"Please tell me your not walking into a trap Niklaus I know your not that stupid" I seethed
"I can't do that just give me till sunset angel think happy thoughts and white sandy beaches" he said
"Nik .." I tried but he already hung up bastard.
An hour later while I was packing the rest of Rebekah's things I had told her we would be going soon she wasn't happy about the extra wait but she agreed. I had just finished her room when I heard noises down stairs. When I got to the living area Tyler rushed past me with a disgusted look on his face. I saw Nik sitting down he stood up when he saw me and I rushed to him hugging him.
"Don't you ever do that to me again" I pulled back and hit him
"Do you know how worried I was thinking you could have been killed" I snapped
"I'm sorry angel" he whispered kissing me we were interrupted by a panicked scream. I noticed Elena tied to a chair with an IV attached draining her of blood. I could see now why Tyler was so disgusted.
"When I said not to bring her with us I didn't mean kill her" I said
"I thought this is what you wanted" he smirked
"The sooner the better we leave this god awful place" I scoffed and turned to go back upstairs I need to clear out the few things Kol had left in his room. I told him I'd send them to him.
"I'll never get to the Caribbean" I muttered.

I heard Klaus scream from downstairs my heart dropped. I zoomed to the living area to see Tyler and Damon restraining him while Stefan had his hand in his chest. I ran forward snapping Tyler's neck. Damon then ran for me.
"I knew I should have killed you in the seventies" I smirked
"Let's go wifey" he smirked. I grabbed him by the neck and threw him to the wall my hand reaching into his chest before he could get his bearings. I smirked as he screamed my hand squeezing his heart.
"This is for Lexi" I sneered about to rip his heart out
"Thyra" Nik rasped stopping me from pulling Damon's heart out that's when I saw it his skin was turning grey like the colour of my siblings when they were daggered. I dropped Damon and rushed to Nik pushing Stefan away. I sank to the floor with Nik in my arms.
"Nik, Nik don't do this to me Niklaus" I screamed I didn't realise I was crying until tear drops fell on to his forehead
"Angel" he wheezed with tears in his eyes
"Don't leave me Nik that's my job remember" I laughed through tears.
"Please Niklaus I love you Nik please" I was in hysterics now then his eyes closed. I tool a deep shuddering breath I looked up at the others in the room.
"What have you done" I shouted they at cringed at my voice. Then suddenly my world went black.

I was sitting around waiting for Elijah to arrive.
After I had woken up and realised Nik's body was gone I called him in hysterics informing him of what happened. I then called Rebekah who came straight over and Kol who didn't know how to take the news. My white outfit was covered with Nik's blood my eyes bloodshot from constant crying when Bekah arrived. She had convinced me to take a shower and change she said Elijah would fix everything.
I changed into a pair of dark skinny jeans, a light denim shirt and metallic ankle boots, I threw a long black coat with leather sleeves ready to go at anytime if Elijah didn't pull threw I would just kill them all slowly saving the doppelganger for last. When Elijah came back I jumped from my chair.
"I made a deal with Elena"
"You can be serious Elijah"
"They will give us Niklaus body if we leave Mystic falls the hunter will follow us. I also agreed not to wake Niklaus at leased until Elena has died maybe he will learn his lesson on daggering his siblings" he mused.
"You call this fixing things for the better part of a thousand years we ran from Mikael never able to stay in one place for to long never aloud to settle as a family. Then the one place we are able to call home burns my son my Marcellus along with it" Both flinched when I mentioned Marcel.
"But because family protects each other I stayed and I ran with you Rebekah and Nik. I refuse to be hunted again for some carbon copy of Tatia. I know you have a soft spot for doppelgangers but unfortunately the rest of us don't. I couldn't care if Elena lives or dies and I'm sure Rebekah and Kol agree. She is the source of everything bad that has happened to this family since we came to MysticFalls. They unleashed Mikael again, They unleashed your Mother and they Killed Finn all because of that doppelganger so I will not let my husband rot so you can stick to your moral code and she can live a carefree life".
"Its better this way Little one" he said trying to convince Rebekah stayed quite a little shocked by my outburst I never shouted at Elijah ever.
"For who Elijah you, Just because you couldn't save Tatia doesn't mean you have to save her doppelgangers" I sneered
"How dare you" he was getting angry now.
"How dare I how dare you she was my sister mine. Katerina and Elena will never be her. They may have her tendencies but they will never be her so stop pretending" I turned on my heel and grabbed my car keys.
"I love you Elijah you are my family but Niklaus is my husband and I have been in love with him for a thousand years" I said to Elijah
"Where are you going Thyra?" He questioned
"I'm going to get my Husband and leave this damned place and when I'm far away, I will find a witch to awaken him and when he awakes I will find that doppelganger and kill her myself. I will not put my life on the line for hers"
"I made a deal Thyra" Elijah shouted
"Yes but I didn't now unless you want to lock me in a box I'll be on my way. Don't worry Elijah another copy of Tatia will pop along in a few centuries. Are you coming Rebekah?" I said walking out the door Rebekah following.

Rebekah and I got to the storage lockers in record time. Elijah had told her the location before she left with me.
"Damon where are you" Rebekah called
"Damon" she called
"Damon Salvatore I swear to god if you don't lead me to my husband right now I'll finish what I started with that black heart of yours" I called
"What did you do?"
"I nearly ripped his heart out but then Nik was desiccated so I couldn't finish the job"
"I knew there was a reason you married into the family" Bekah joked trying to lighten the mood. Truth was we were nervous anything could go wrong Damon Salvatore was unpredictable. Plus I was still worked up from my fight with Elijah.
"Damon this isn't funny" Rebekah called as we walked down another row of storage lockers. Suddenly we were both pulled around the corner hands covering our mouths.
"Rebekah, Thyra shh" it was Damon I didn't understand at first but realised the hunter must be here.
Damon pulled us to the locker that held Nik's coffin and we wheeled it to the Car. As quickly and quietly as we could, The hunter came out of nowhere and slammed Rebekah's head against the car door the flung her across the room. He kicked Damon away from the coffin. I grabbed Alaric's arm and pushed him away but he grabbed my leg and flung me into the steel door of a locker.
Everything happened in slow motion, Alaric lifted the lid of Nik's coffin and pulled the stake from his jacket I could hear Rebekah and Damon shouting to stop my own mouth opened to release my own plea. He didn't listen and plunged the stake into Nik's heart. Flames appeared seconds later that's when I felt it my heart, it felt as it was being tore apart and ripped into shreds I couldn't catch my breath my heart was breaking. I tried to stand but I couldn't and I fell on my hands and knees screaming in agony.
"NIK NO, NO" I screeched I barley recognized my voice. This couldn't be happening, my love my life gone. He promised me forever why would he lie why would he do this to me. Tears clouded my vision as I used the wall to help me stand. I looked at the satisfied smirk on the hunters face as he removed the stake from Nik's Chest.
"Next" he sneered looking to Rebekah Damon through her away and told her to leave then I lost it. I sped towards him and used all my strength to push him into the wall behind him. I caught him off guard then I gripped his leg and threw him into the car window. The window smashed on impact but he got up quicker than expected he grabbed me by the neck and held me against the car aiming the stake for my heart. Suddenly he was pushed away by Damon.
"Go Thyra hurry" I did what he said but turned back at the last minute.
"I'm sorry Damon" I whispered knowing this was this was the last time I would see him his line originated from Nik's now Nik was gone. I ran after Rebekah hurrying knowing the Hunter would follow.
We met Elijah in the woods I hadn't said a word since the storage lockers I just felt numb. When I reached the clearing I saw Elijah and Rebekah embrace.
"Tyler Lockwood is dead but the rest survived you said Niklaus turned their bloodline" Elijah said in a raspy voice due to tears.
"I thought he did"
"It wasn't me it wasn't Kol"
"It wasn't me Elijah or Thyra, It was Niklaus I'm sure of it"
"It was Nik he turned Mary but Kol was with her around that time he could have fed her his blood it's the only explanation" I muttered in a numb daze
"Speaking of Kol one of us should tell him that Nik is, is" I couldn't finish that sentence because I was still in shock. I was expecting to see him painting in the studio when I got home but he wouldn't be there I started hyperventilating.
"He's dead oh god he's dead" I brought my hand up to my chest as tears streamed down my face Elijah rushed to me and held me tightly
"He left me Elijah he left me" I sobbed
"Shh little one it's okay" I shook my head and pulled away.
"No it won't be okay but it will be soon" I said I knew what I had to do now. I looked at both Rebekah and Elijah and zoomed away.
"Thyra what are you going to do" Rebekah said as she caught up to me
"Something I should have done the moment I stepped foot in this town" I uttered darkly.

"Hello" he rasped
"In my opinion she should have picked you, you're the more daring brother"
"Thyra I thought you'd be long gone"
"I will be after I do one more thing"
"And what's that" he asked nervously
"Elena was right to trust Elijah he keeps his word, but unfortunately I made no such deal with your precious doppelganger"
"Thyra what are you going to do" he panicked
"Rebekah is on the phone to your brother as we speak, lets see who can save the lovely Elena first. If you can save her at all"
"Thyra don't do this" he pleaded
"I refuse to let my family and I be hunted for the next sixty years just so she can live comfortably I'm sorry it's nothing personal. Goodbye Damon" I said and hung up.
I saw the rundown truck approach. I waited as it came closer then stepped out onto the middle of the road. I smirked when I heard the doppelganger telling the football player to watch out. The truck swerved and flew over the edge of the bridge both humans screaming. I looked over the edge and laughed as the truck sank.
"Goodbye Darling" I said blowing the sinking truck a kiss
A/N Season 3 Episode 21&22 and season 3 is complete. I combined the two episodes because I feel the episodes are better together as one long chapter. Nik is dead and Elena is Dead #NOTREALLY but we'll see how Thyra reacts to both being alive in the next Chapter. This was a very action packed Chapter and took a long time to do but I got there in the end so enjoy!!!!
