"Chloe, would you like to stay with me for a few nights?"

Chloe sat there in shock as Jennifer sat there, waiting curiously.
"I-I yes, but I can't." Jennifer furrowed her left eyebrow.
"I really need to go." Chloe said quickly. She ran upstairs to grab her things, but I quickly grabbed her arm.
"Is everything alright at home?" Lana asked. Her voice was extremely serious. Chloe nodded.
"Yes, everything is perfect at home." I could tell by her voice that she was lying. I chuckled to myself.
"Don't try to play this game, Chloe. I've had my fair share of bad foster homes. Is everything okay at home? Cause it's not normal that your foster parents came home drunk and had sex on your living room couch."
"Wait, what?!" Lana shouted. We both went silent. Chloe looked at me with fear in her eyes. I gave her a reassuring nod.
"My daddy abuses me."

Sorry it's so short! Since this is a part two I made it shorter. Plus, writing at 6:00 in the morning doesn't help with my train of thought. Cause it takes me at least 5 hours to write a chapter if I were to type until I was finished.
