Chapter 1 "Graduation"
Dipper's POV
Oh my god. This is it. This is it! Today, I am in our school stadium. Next to me is my twin sister, Mabel. Who's grinning so widely, perfectly fitted white teeth with no braces, gents! But no touch. The march for the graduation ceremony starts. I felt gentle shiver on my skin crawl. I cant believe I'm graduating! No more homeworks, tests, projects and annoying, bratty classmates! I looked around me, some of them are already crying and some are still the same air. Then, by the the back, I saw Mom and Dad, they were smiling so proudly, Mom is already crying though as Dad comforted her. I feel so free again. I left the wide grin on my lips "Heyya, Bro bro! Can you believe this!?" Mabel catched my attention, grabbing my hand for a gentle yet exciting squeeze. I chuckled "Cant, Mabel. Cant." I answered. She laughed, giving me next a playful yet strong punch on my chest. I shrieked, almost but hold it in "Believe it then, dummy! We're finally graduating! Gra-du-a-ting!" She even spelled it, for goodness sakes. I trembled, clenching my chest. Shit. The karate lessons she took from her club paids off. And I've meant it. I think my rib cage broke a bone or two. I gave her a shaky laugh "O-Okay.. I believe it now.. God, I almost died today.." I sighed, regaining my strenght fast. She only laughed again as our attention was gained by the principal's speech for us. His shrill yet strict voice quited down the stadium but somehow this time, the tone is quite different. We all listened. Even I, who sometimes gets into a mess to the school and been in detention quite a several times. I'm even quite proud of getting in trouble.
It was rather a long speech but it was motivational. We all clapped and some top students stood up. After that, the student council president took over the stage. Giving her speech. It is so obvious on her eyes that she have been crying. Well, for me, what makes me excited is that. I can leave Piedmont and go back to Gravity Falls with Mabel, although her first choice is to go on a fashion academy in Paris. But changed it and went with mine's. Even though I told her that she can go to her own plan but still, stubbornly, stayed with me. Well, its not that I dont like it. Besides, I can still be with her. I dont even want to separate with her. Call me having a complicated issue but still. Ahhh, I cant wait! I want to feel the grass already! The weird smell on the air and the, most of all, the adventures! Damn it! While day dreaming, I didnt noticed that we were already being called one by one to get our diplomas. This made my heart beat fast, stomache turning. Its really the time.
"Mabel Pines"
I turned to Mabel, who was already staring at me, tears streaming in. Her cheeks are flushed. She stood up, lifting her fist on my face "Congratulations to us, Dip!" A tear slid out from her eye. I grin, giving her a fist bump. I am so going to hug this idiot later "Congrats, Mabes." With that she went straight to the stage, she was given her diploma. And I've never been proud of her. She might be the person who dont take serious of things but she works for them. After a while, she went back to her seat, giving me a hug on my arm "Its you--r turn, bro!" At the same time, calling out my name "Dipper Pines" I gave her a smile and stood up. This is it. I took a step in to push myself to got a little further. Before I know it, I'm already at the stage. I can see everyone clearly now, especially my parents. I smiled at their way as the principal handed me a hand, whispering "Behave yourself in the future, Pines" His tone was annoyance but he has a smile plastered. I nodded "I'll try that" He sighed, giving me the diploma and had our picture. I went back to my seat, having Mabel saying congratulations to me many times and being overly excited. I feel tears brimming on my eyelids too. Damn. Dont get affected by this, Dipper!
After all of the giving the diplomas, we all stand. Giving the final speech by the principal again. We all clapped. Mabel held my hand, tight. She smiled, tears fell down from her cheeks. Before I knew it, I was even crying too. "Congratulations students!" With that we all threw our toga caps high on the roof. All cheered, cried and hugged. Including me and Mabel. Clapping sounds are heard by the teachers and parents. I dug my head on her neck "We.. we finally did it!" I hiccuped.
She laughed, "Stop crying, dummy!" You should be the one stop though. Youre already sobbing. But I still let it out. The crowds are cheering all together, happiness, sadness. Bittersweet if thats what you call it.

Mabel's POV
"Mom! Dad!" I yelled, as I ran to them and Dipper following me. Mom sniffled, patting my head and giving me a hug "We are so proud of you two!" She looked at Dipper then back to me. I giggled, kissing her on the cheek "I love you, Mom!" I confessed
"And I love you too"
"Dipper! Congratulations, kid!" Dad ruffled Dipper's head who is now being arm locked by Dad "Uhg! Gah. No! Dad! That so hurts!" He exclaimed. Getting chocked up. Mom hushed the two "Silence and be at your behaviour, boys" She scolded then she flashed a fast smile "We have a surprise for you two!" She squeled
I stand beside Dipper, he turned curious looking "Surprise?"
"Is it a car!? Is it a car!?" I excitedly chanted, jumping up and down. Dad chuckled "No, honey. Look" He pointed behind us. And Dipper and I looked around and saw Grunkle Stan and Uncle Ford! I squeled as I noticed Dipper, gasped "Eh!?" He exclaimed
They both smiled, Grunkle Stan ruffled my hair "Ahh! Dont do that! Youre messing it up!" I shrieked but hugged him "I missed you, you stinky old man!" I teased. He laughed, arm-locking me next "Ah why you, little rascal!" We both laughed
"Good to see you again, Uncle Ford. How's been?" Dipper gave a short hug to Uncle Ford. They've been closer than ever since the last summer we had in the shack.
"Good to see you too, Dipper. And er, there really is something different to you now." Then thats where I, Mabel Extrodinaire, jump in
"Uncle Ford! Didnt you know? Dipper is a girl!" I exclaimed.
Uncle Ford has the dumbest look with Grunkle Stan, he massaged the bridge of his nose "I didnt even notice when you were twelve." Uncle Ford sighed, still has the dumb look
I noticed Dipper sighed "Sorry about that. I must have a really weird growth spurt. Wow.. man.." He kind of sulked down. Wait, It should be she. Yeah, she. Wow. I even forget her gender sometimes.
I playfully punched her arm but the looks of it its still hard "Come now, brosif. Atleast you are looking like a girl now!" I cheered her up. She smiled sadly, nodding "I guess.." Hehehe. I still call her the names back then.
"No wonder I dont recognize your voice, Dipper!" Grunkle Stan exclaimed, not believing it. I gave him a stare of 'dont continue or else I'll chop your head off' He quiet down, laughing nervously.
"Well! Since you guys are going to Gravity Falls tomorrow. We should head back home so you two can pack up" Mom cutted in, smiling "You guys can stay if you wanted!" She suggested, happily
"We still have guests rooms" Dad followed
"Oh no. We're going back fast. This brother of mine still has some business to take care of" Grunkle Stan elbowed Uncle Ford, who smirked. They've been in good terms. By the end of our summer back then with them, they made up. Of course, because of me and Dipper! "Aww.. I thought we could catch up!" I whined, pouting.
"We can do that when you two move back." Grunkle Stan ruffled my hair again but I dont mind this time. I kind of missed it.
Then, I noticed Uncle Ford giving something to Dipper, which made herself smile so huge, almost revealing her dipples. Yes, she has ones. She thanked him a dozen times and I can only smile. She can smile like that again once we're back to Gravity Falls.
After a while, We bid farewell to our Grunkles or Uncles or what. Dipper smiled, giving the same way she say goodbye "Bye guys" Uhg. I taught her how to be more like a graceful kind! Like this! "Bye bye, Grunkle Stan, Uncle Ford! See 'ya! Expect us tomorrow!" I waved like a graceful person I am!
Uncle Ford chuckled "You never changed, Mabel."
"Well. See you tomorrow you brats!" With that he started driving away as I kept waving like a graceful person I am. Then, Dad held my shoulder "Lets go?" I smiled, walking with them and mostly next with Dipper "Here we go, Gravity Falls!!"

Third Person's POV
The Pines family went back and as they all step in the twins ran fast as they can on their own rooms. Even though they are both girls they need their privacy so they dont share a room like old times but their rooms are just right next to each other "Hey, dip! Call me when dinner's ready!" Mabel exclaimed, before entering the room. Dipper groaned "Why me?" She questioned. Remember, she's a girl now. GIRL.
Mabel rolled her eyes, crossing her arms on her chest "Hello? Youre making tonight's dinner!" She laughed. Realization hitted Dipper and face palmed "Uhg. I forgot. My night." She groaned, hitting her head on her door. Mabel laughed "If youre making chili tonight make it spicy alright!?" With that Mabel came in her room, started packing.
[Damn it. I forgotten about that. Oh well.] Dipper opened her door and still the simple boy-like room. Sky blue painted walls, wooden floors. A single window next to his bed and to the left is a desk with scattered papers around it. And a room just to the left is her bathroom. She flomped on her bean bag cushion, lazily tiredly to move [I'll probably miss this bean bag. Its the only things I love in this room] She sat upright, sighing "Too bad that they couldn't stay here." She muttered, disappointed.
"Well." She stood up from the cushion ans pulled out a box under her bed, unbelievably still cleaned "Lets get packing!" She skipped on her closet and took almost of her clothes except the clothes which she cannot wear anymore or just plainly she doesn't like it. But one sweater she cant let go though, the christmas sweater that Mabel gave her last year. Even though she cant wear it anymore. It was like her good luck charm.
Unlike her sister Mabel, she doesn't care if everything's folded or not. As long it fits on the bag then we're ready to go! When all of her clothes are already packed, she took out a single box under her bed again. Empty.
"Now, where's those shoes? I'll just bring the non-heels ones." Dipper stated, taking maybe 2 or 3 rubber shoes or something simple. Others are stayed. Then, on the corner of her eyes, she saw the same pine tree cap next to her bed. A small smile formed, she took it and wore it. Difference, her long wavy hair is twirled inside the cap, making her look like a slightly boyish now.

Many memories in this cap. Bad and good ones. She chuckled. After 30 minutes or so, she finished packing. She wiped her sweat on her forehead "Done and done!" She sighed, happy. Suddenly, her door banged open. Which made her shriek "HIIIEE!" She defensed herself. And it looks like its only Mabel, panting heavily, holding a small paper bag on her hand "Dipper! C'mere!" She knelt down on the middle of Dipper's room. Dipper followed and knelft infront od her "Close your eyes~" She sang
Dipper wanted to argue about that but Mabel cutted her off and Dipper just closed her eyes, annoyed and confuse. Mabel giggled, pulling out a colored blue hair pins with a green button by the end. She pinned it on Dipper's frindge "There! Open them up!" She hastly grabbed a mirror. Dipper opened them, her eyes widen noticing the hair pins, she reached them "Mabel.." She was dazzled by a little thing
Mabel grins, pulling out the hat, letting her hair fall "Didn't I told you to stop hiding your hair everytime?" She slid her hand on Dipper's gorgeous silky hair. Actually Mabel is jealous at her hair because its the hair that every girl likes. Like one of those Hair Goals shiz. But her's are simple but awesome "You should boast about your hair more, Dip! Its beautiful!" She awed
Dipper laughed nervously, taking a glance away "Nah. I still like it being hidden" She took her cap again and did what she did earlier, hiding it always. Mabel frowned "Why did you always do that? Why did you even cut your hair when you were twelve?" She questioned. She wanted to know. Because Dipper didnt told her anything. The reason why,
She cant remember anything before her and Dipper's tenth birthday
Mabel clenched her hands [Until now, I'm still searching for the truth.] She showed a depressing smile that made Dipper go worried "Mabes.." She gave her a huge, normally she wouldn't but just this time "I really love you, sis." She whispered.
Mabel's heart soften and nodded, hugging her back "I love you too, dummy"
Dipper face changed into something guilty [I'm so sorry, Mabel..]

Dipper's POV
Next Day
"Mabel! Dipper! Its time already here!" I heard Dad yelled. I took a long look at the room. Everything is here. Myself is. Little me is. I smiled, grabbing my back pack and two box with the shoes and other important stuffs. With my hat on my head and the hair pins that Mabel gave me yesterday, before exiting my room I took a last look "Good bye, little me" And that, I went out of the room. Jogging downstairs. Mom saw me first, she smiled "Ready, honey?" I nodded, giving her a quick peck on the cheek "Where's Mabel?" I pulled away
"She's outside already. Putting her boxes in"
I went out and saw Mabel, talking with Dad. I decided not to barge in to them. I putted the boxes at the trunk, carefully. Mabel's boxes are already here. There's probably 5 to 6 boxes around here. What did she even put inside those boxes? After putting it in, I walked to Dad who's now with Mom and Mabel.
"You two better be safe there" Dad noted, superior again.
"We will, Dad! Dont worry." Mabel sighed, smiling. She noticed me and clings on my arm again "Besides, I have Dipper with me! She'll always be there." She giggled. And I was completely lost on their conversation. Mom chuckled "Dont cause any trouble, Dipper" I feel an itch. I nodded, shoving my hands on my jacket's pockets "Yeah. Sure."
"Well you better go now. They'll be expecting you two"
Me and Mabel smiled at each other then at them "Bye Mom, Dad" Mabel bid farewell first, giving them a hug and kisses on cheeks. She stepped back, I was surprised that she even not crying.
Now, me. How do I even say goodbye to them? I smiled sadly "Bye guys." I only hugged both of them and stepped away fast. I really feel distant when it comes to my parents.
After that, We stepped in my car. Yes, I have a car and Mabel doesn't have one. Even though she had a license. Mom doesn't want her to have her own car. I started the car, taking a glance to Mabel, who's buckling up "Ready, Mabes?" I questioned
She fist bumped in the air, the same expression back then when we were kids came back. The same goofy expression without her braces "Ready as I'll ever be, bro!" She exclaimed
I smirked, turning the front of my cap at the back and started driving. Halfly, ignoring my parents waving hands.
I just wanted to get out of here
