CHAPTER 18
GOODBYES
Hannah's Pov
There is someone or something jumping on my bed that just woken me. I haven't opened my eyes yet and I really want to either, I'm just so tired. However I opened my eyes anyway to find out who the mystery person is. As soon as I open my eyes I got shouted at.
"YEAH HANNAH'S AWAKE" Little sweet Daisy jumped on me and wrapped her tiny arms around me. And I have to emit it was a lovely way of getting woken up this kid just brought a smile to my face. But just as I was enjoying the cute hug Zack came running through the door.
"What's wrong," he said out of breath and looking around for danger, which made me want to laugh.
"Nothing's wrong daddy, Hannah woke up," she was still in my lap and now she gave me the biggest smile ever.
"Sweetie don't scare daddy like that again," Zack was now calm.
"Sorry daddy I didn't mean to," she let go of me and ran over to Zack and gave him a big hug.
"It's ok sweetie," he hugged her back and it was so cute. When I have a kid I wish our relationship is like that. But that's going to be a long time away; I'm not old enough to have any kids what's so ever yet.
"So, are you ok Hannah?" Zack asked me, still not convinced that something wasn't wrong.
"Yep I'm fine, just might go and have a shower actually," I told him.
"That's good, why don't you go and enjoy a shower and meet us down stair when you're done and there will be food waiting for you," he smiled at me.
"thank you, I'll see you in a bit," I climbed out of the bed and started to make my way to the shower as Zack and Daisy headed out of the door, she give me a wave before leaving.
I opened the door to the bathroom then took off my clothes and stepped into the lovely warm shower. The calming water made me think about everything that's happened to me, I miss my family and my
poor brother, I wonder if he's coping after my visit, I wish I could see him, I really do. But what about Sarah and the guys, have they all got out yet? Half of me hope's they have. However the selfish part of me hopes I will get to see them again.
My vision was getting blurry and it was hard to see, that's when I realised I was crying. This was just too much, I stepped out of the shower and dried myself off and wrapped the towel around me and went on a hunt for some clothes. I saw a wardrobe and found a really pretty blue and white knee length summer dress and matching little dolly shoes and the bottom of the wardrobe. I don't normally wear dresses but it looks like it was going to be this or my birthday suit and that was so not happening plus it looked like my size so I guess it would do. Plus it did look pretty. So that's the clothes but what about underwear?
I look around the room and found the bed side table and looked inside. Guess what I found, some underwear. I quickly got changed and then made my way down the stairs.
As soon as I made it to the last step I got attacked by a very small little daisy. This kid is so sweetie.
"HANNAH," she shouted at me and held up her hands, I guess she wants a hug so I picked her up and she hugged me tight.
"Hi, Daisy," I smiled at her.
"Daddy told me to tell you breakfast is ready," yum food.
"Let's go and see him them," I started walking with Daisy in my arms and made our way to the kitchen.
When we got there I saw the table full of food. It ranged for eggs to bacon and toast. Just the sight of it made me hungry. I put Daisy down in her highchair and then took the seat next to her.
"Hello there Hannah, did you have a nice sleep and shower?" Zack asked me.
"Yes I did thank you and this food look so good. Did you do this all by yourself?"
"No me and Fiona made breakfast so dig in," he told me. I didn't need to be told twice, got my plate and put some food on it and sat back down. However before started to eat an image of Sean and the guys
popped in to my head and all I could think about was them not having anything to eat. I wish they were here.
"Daddy, why is Hannah crying?" Daisy sounded upset but why would she think I was crying. I moved my hand to my eyes and felt they were wet, so I am crying. Zack and Fiona looked over to me with concern in their eyes.
"Hannah, are you ok?" Zack asked for the second time today and at the same time Fiona said, "What's wrong sweetie?" I didn't want to tell them about Sean or the guys, I mean it's not like they can help, but what if they could?
"I'm ok," I told them.
"Why are you crying then sweetie?" Fiona asked me still concerned.
"It doesn't matter."
"Hannah it does if it just made you upset, you can tell us anything." Zack told me. Should I tell him? What harm could it do?
"I miss my friends and I'm worried about them." Zack looked at me knowingly but Fiona looked confused.
"What friend's sweetie?" Fiona asked. I stood up and started to walk around, I started talking, "the people I came here with, there were five of us and we all got really close and I don't even know if they are ok they could be dead of all I know or they could have found the stone and be safely home but what if they're not? What if they are still out there stuck and lost. I don't know what to do,I just wish I could see them," as soon as I said that I started to get dizzy and was falling to the floor but before the blackness came I heard people shouting,
"HANNAH!"
"ZACK CATCH HER."

Great I'm floating again. Wait a minute this could be a good thing I might get to see Sean and the guys again.
"Well we meet again," I knew that voice, Isabel. I opened my eyes and found Isabel leaning over me, I looked around and it looked like we were in some sort of forest.
"Want some help?" she held out her hand and I told it pulling me to my feet.
"Where are we?" I asked her.
"Well dear, we're exactly where you wished for," I had to think for a second, what did she mean wished for? I didn't wish for anything, did I? But that's when I thought back to the conversation I had before I got here, I wished to see Sean and the guys again. So did this mean they were here somewhere?
"But I don't see them," I told her.
"You just have to look closely," she told me.
"Why are they still here anyway? They should be home by now."
"Did you really expect them just to leave you?" she asked me questionably.
"Yes I did, that's why I told Sarah to run, and I wanted them to be safe."
"Seriously Hannah they care too much about you just to leave you especially when they didn't even
know if you were ok or alive," did they really think that?
"I didn't realise." I told her because it was true.
"You're stupid," she laughed at me.
"Hey! It's not funny," I moaned at her.
"I know," she told me seriously.
"So where are they?"
"Turn around," I slowly turned around and saw them all. They were all asleep next to a fire, none of
them looked hurt but Sarah looked like she had been crying, she was sleeping next to Sean and it also looked like he had been crying, I couldn't believe it.
"Why were they crying?" I asked Isabel.
"They both were upset about not finding you and Sarah blames herself for what happened," Isabel told
me sadly.
"Why would she, it wasn't her fault."
"Yes it wasn't her fault but she still blames herself for running away and leaving you, however the guys seemed to get through to her and I believe she doesn't blame herself so much now," she told me.
"Well done boys," I smiled at them sleeping, I'm glad the lads have her back and made her realise she did nothing wrong.
"Yep, they did well," Isabel smiled at me.
"Where are they?" I questioned her.
"Well you see they are actually quite close to where you are living now, so they are heading in the right direction, you might even see them very soon."
"How far away exactly?"
"About a day away," she told me.
"Really," my face lit up.
"Yes really," she smiled back at me.
"So I'll get to see them again?" she nodded at me, "yep."
"Do you want to wake up now?" she asked me. And I thought for a minute, was there anything else I wanted to do, then my brother popped in to my head, I really wanted to see them.
"No, I would like to see my brother," I told her and she nodded her head.
"Well you know what to do." And she was right I did. So I closed my eyes and thought about my brother and said, "I wish to see James Jenson."
Then I was being pulled through the air, all around me it was just blurry. Then I appeared in front of the house I once lived in and hope to again one day. I pushed my way through the door and then I found myself in the front room. And right there was mum, just seeing her brought tears to my eyes. She looked right my way and then started to make her way up the stairs. I guess she still can't see me. I followed her up the stairs and then she stop at James door.
"James you have to come out," mum talked to the door and got no answer.
"We are all grieving James, and I know how you feel but you have to eat and come out." He still didn't say anything. And I felt so bad, mum believed I was dead.
"But she not dead!" James finally talked, well more shouted at her.
"You have to stop doing this James, she has gone and she's not coming back," she told him sadly still standing outside the door. She started to crying, I just wanted to go and hug her.
"But she's not, I saw her," oh god he's talking about my last visit.
"James, stop this I can't take it," mum cried.
"But I did see her," he argued back.
"Just stop James, you need to get out of that room it's not healthy for you, I can't lose you as well as
Hannah. So please James for my sanity please comes out," mum was crying even more.
"I'm sorry mum," James said through the door.
"Please," mum whispered.
"Sorry," James whispered back. And mum slowly got up and made her way sadly back down the stairs.
That was it, I couldn't take it anymore. I made my way through James's door. And what I saw was exactly the same as last time. He was on his bed crying and it looked like he had lost some weight. I felt so bad; I can't believe he is still in the same state I left him from the last visit.
"James," I whispered.
He looked up and gasped. He stared at me not believing his eyes.
"Hannah," he whispered. "Is that really you? Have you come back?" he asked me.
"Yes it's me James." He ran over and gave me a big hug, I'm surprised he didn't go straight through
me; it was nice to have a hug from my big brother.
"How are you here?" he asked looking at my face.
"It's a long story, it called floating, that's what I'm doing now, that's how I can see you. But my body isn't really here its back in room 101, that's where I am James. It's this place some guy put me and 9 other kid my age in, five of us stayed together but we lost the other five. And you will never believe this but I'm a witch."
"Ok, that's a lot to take in but how can you be a witch sis?" he asked me confused and I didn't blame him.
"Well I don't really know, but I'm a descendant from some very powerful witches," I told him.
"Wow, does that make my one too, I mean we are related." He had a go point, could he but one?
"I don't know but it would explain why you can see me, however that might not be the reason so I don't know," I told him.
"That's ok it's just really nice to see you," he hugged me again.
"It's nice to see you too bro, I love you," I hugged him tighter.
"I love you too, sis."
"When are you coming home?" he asked me.
"James I don't even know if I can ever come home -" I got cut off by him,
"What do you mean you might not ever be coming back, I can't live without you sis," I could see tears in his eyes.
"James listen to me ok, this is important, I love you no matter what happens to me and if I don't ever come home you have to live your life James, if not for yourself please do it for mum. She can't lose both of us James it will kill her. You have to start looking after yourself for me James, one of us has to live," I told him crying.
"Hannah, don't talk like that," he told me crying too.
"But I have to James, I might not die but I don't think I can ever really get home, so you have to keep a promise for me James, you have to promise me that you will live a happy life, get married and have kids; just live. But also look after mum and dad for me and tell them how much I love them and that they mean the world to me."
"I don't know if I can let you go like that Hannah," he told me.
"But you have to James, promise me that you will James, promise me please," I begged him.
"I promise Hannah and you know I always keep my promises. I won't ever forget you Hannah, you will always have a place in heart, my little sis," told me holding on to me tight.
"You will always have a place in my heart too James, I will never forget you. You are the best big brother I could ever wish for. We may have fought before but I always love you and I will never forget. We will always be brother and sister and nothing can ever change that, not even if we are worlds apart I will always love you forever. So you make sure you have a good life for me James," I kissed him on the cheek and let go.
"Goodbye sis. I will never break the promise, and I'll love you forever," he kissed me on the cheek and smiled. That's the smile that made all my sadness go away, a smile always cured everything. I now knew if I never did find my way back home my brother would be ok and move on eventually; that's all that mattered to me. With that I now know I can return back to my body and wake up because now I have put everything right and now in the end things would end up with the ending they were meant to have.
I blew James one last kiss and before everything went black I saw him smile and give me a kiss back.

"Come on Hannah sweetie wake up for me," I heard someone's voice says, it sounded like Zack. But I couldn't wake up just yet; I felt way too drained, I guess I did too much floating for one day.
"Zack what's wrong with her, why did she faint? Is she going to be ok? She's been out for ages Zack and I know I might not be a doctor but anyone can tell that's not healthy," I could hear Fiona worrying like crazy, that's got to be no good for the baby.
"Fiona sweetie calm down your putting stress on the baby. I don't want to have to worry about you as well, so please calm down," Zack told her stress a bit.
"I'm sorry, I'm just so worried about her," she told him.
"I am too, can you get me a cold wet hand towel please," he asked her.
"Sure I'll be right back," I heard her footsteps leave to room.
"Hannah sweetie can you hear me?" Zack was trying to get me up. I guess I was lucky fainting in a doctor's house, but then again when I wake you he's going to want answers and they are very hard answers to give. Would I tell him the truth or am I going to keep him in the dark? What will happen if I tell him what I really am?
