I can imagine up in heaven as Sirius got thrown in Azkaban, Lily and James' reactions:
Lily: IT WASNT HIM! IT WAS THE GIT PETER! WHY WONT YOU LISTEN TO HIM?! BLOODY HELL YOU CAN'T PUT MY SON'S GODFATHER IS PRISON! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? SIRIUS DIDNT EVEN KILL THOSE PEOPLE! IT WAS PETER!
James: *was sitting, thinking of a plan to get Sirius out then realized he couldn't help him*
James: *quietly, speaking mostly to himself* We can't help him
Lily: I know *returns to yelling* THEY ARE GOING TO-
James: They can't hear you
Lily: I WILL MAKE THEM HERE ME!
For the next week the weather was stormy. Lily rioted up in heaven, causing wicked storms.
