Ingredients:
1 cup sugar (white/brown/granulated)
1 tablespoon lemon peel
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
3 drops of lemon essential oil
Directions:
Chop the parsley.Grate the lemon peel.Mix sugar, parsley, and the lemon peel.Melt the coconut oil.Pour the coconut oil and lemon essential oil over the sugar blend and mix well.Use this as a pre-wash scrub.
I just love adding the lemon scent to coconut oil. It always feels like I'm covering myself in desert. Remember as with all scrubs, you massage your skin in circular motions while applying it. Place extra focus on stretch marks, scars and cellulite areas with your massaging.
If you've followed the recipe, you should have enough of the scrub left for several applications. Store it room temperature, in a container with a lid, and use twice a week.
