"Tell me"i put my hand on her shoulder
"After the accident i moved with him,Mama kicked him out and she didnt want anything to do with me.After a few weeks we would argue and he would say its all my fault and then we would start fighting,But Mils it got so fucking bad,he literally tried to fucking kill me.I didnt know where to go so i stayed at a hotel for a while but a few days ago he found me and I just moved to a hotel here"Her face was full of tears and i tried not to cry
"Why didnt you tell me this"she wiped her face
"I figured you was still mad at me and honestly I wouldn't forgive me for the shit I did"She said
"Alex i dont care about the shit that happened you know if you told me this earlier it wouldn't have gone this far"i hugged her
"I know,Im sorry"She whispered still crying
"Its ok,So is Makyla still with auntie"She nodded
"Ok i will tell her to bring Makyla back"
"I don't think she-"
"Alex stop that,we family so you know one of their other stuff matter especially right now"I said ,she smiled
"Thank you sis"
I heard Chris go downstairs.
"Ok we have a lot to do before Kayla gets here so let's start now "i got up
"Yea i will be down in a minute"She said
I went downstairs and saw Chris fixing a small plate.
"Is that all you're gonna eat"he turned around and smiled
"No its all you gonna eat"i looked at him
"Excuse me"
"This your plate lil lady"I stared at the plate of food that was for a toddler
"No the hell its not"I said
"Yea it is "He said
"Well you better stack it up a lil bit more because that's not enough for us,"he smacked his lips
"Ok then fix yo own then"He said making me laugh
"Ok thats fine with me i never asked yo ass to fix my plate anyway"He laughed and put his arms around me
"You got a smart ass mouth"
"Yea i know"he kissed my cheek and sat down,I started to fix my plate
Alex came downstairs
"I hope yall saved me something,I'm starving "
"Yea if yo sister didnt take it all"Chris said laughing looking at me
"Chris go fuck yourself"
"Why should i do that when i have you"i punched him
Alex smirked and shoook her head
"I'm starting to see very clearly why y'all should be together "She mumbled making Chris laugh
After I finished eating i sat on the couch and got on my laptop while Chris played the game and Alex was looking atapartments.
All of a sudden i fell a sharp pain in my stomach,I took a deep breath thinking it was from something I ate but It came back getting worse the second time.I held my stomach and stood up and start yelling because that seemed to be the only thing to calm the pain.
Chris and Alex ran over to me.
"Babe whats wrong"Chris held me up
"My stomach ,somethings wrong"I started to cry from the pain getting worse
"Ok Alex go get her shoes and jacket from upstairs and lock the door behind you,we'll be in the car "Chris walked me to the car and sat me in the passenger seat putting my seatbelt on......
When we got to the hospital the doctors ran a lot of tests and when they were done they put me and Chris in a room and Alex waited in the waiting room because she hated the sight of needles and hospital machines.
I laid on the bed and Chris sat in the chair next to me and held my hand as my leg shook from me being nervous. I was so worried about the baby and praying everything was ok because I really didn't want to want to be stressed right now.
Finally the doctor came in the room.
"Hey Ms.Johnson im Dr.Williams"She said as she shook my hand
"Hey nice to meet you,this is my fiancé Chris"he shook her hand
"Nice to meet you"Chris said as he sat back down
"Ok the pain you felt in your stomach,is this the first time this happened?"She asked
"No I have had minor pains but nothing major like this,This was like somebody stabbing me in the same spot over and over again "I said
"Ok,Just to be sure it wasn't anything serious we ran a few more tests and you and the baby are fine,these kind of pains are normal for this trimester, its just the baby letting you know their ready to come out of there and getting settled to be born,and also this can come from stress"
"So what if it happens again"I said
"If it does happen make sure you come right back,but just to be safe I'm putting you on bed rest for a couple of weeks just to see how the progress is going"She said ,I sighed
"But I have work"I said
"They'll understand,And if they don't I'll send them a nice email"She said ,She wrote on her clipboard some more
"In gonna change your prenatal vitamins just to make sure that's also not interfering with you or the baby's health"I nodded
"Ok thank you Dr.Williams,We appreciate you "Chris said ,she shook his hand and and smiled at us before she walked out the room.Chris rubbed my stomach.
"I knew lil man was ready to come out of there"i laughed
"Chris its a girl"I said,he laughed
"Nah I know that's my boy"
"Whatever"he stood up and stretched
"So are you ready to go yet "He asked
"Yea can you help me up"he helped my off the bed
We got to the waiting room and Alex almost knock people down running towards me.
"Oh im so glad your ok,What did they say"
"Just the baby ready to come out and i also need to relax,at least that's what she said "I said
"Is the baby ok"
"Yea She's fine"she laughed and rubbed my stomach
"Yea i think it's a girl too"She said,I smiled
"Well im gonna go get the car,You stay here with her "Chris walked towards the doors....
When we got home i took a shower and went straight to sleep......
2 Months later
For the past 2 months Chris made sure he kept his eyes on me every sense we came from the hospital that day.I couldn't do anything alone but shower and use the bathroom. Everywhere else he had to be there it was crazy but it did bring us much closer.
Alex has been a great help surprisingly,but it's good having her around since she have the child birth experience. The only problem we had now was getting Makyla back,My aunt didnt want to give her back so Alex filed for full custody of Makyla and me and Chris were doing everything we can to help.
I met a new friend name Sheron,we met at the mommy and me class,she had her baby 3 months ago but she still comes to help first time mothers.She is a professional dancer and she is funny as hell but keep it real while making sure your comfortable .We became close,so close that i told her everything about me and she told me the same and honestly I try not to trust people so much giving the fact that my last real friend tried to fuck my nigga right under my nose but the vibe I get from her is so much different but im hoping that stays.
Today was Friday and it was great weather for it to be August so me,Cierra and Alex decided to do something and give Chris a break to work on his music so we stayed at my other house.
It was 7pm and we was cleaning up everything Toya left behind.Cierra came in the kitchen and took a water bottle from the refrigerator.I sat at the table and did some work on my laptop,She sat across from me.
"So how is work going"
"Fine just wish i had more to do"she laughed
"No you dont,you say that now but when you have so much to do youll start complaining "
"Yea if you think so"just then Alex and Sheron walked in.
"Glad yall here,I wanted to talk to you 2"I said staring at Alex and Cierra they both looked at each other than at me
"About what"Alex asked sitting next to me Sheron stood by me
"How would you both feel about moving here"I asked,they looked at me and smiled
"Are you serious Milly"Alex said giving me a hug
"Yes,there are 3 bed rooms so its more than enough room and yall not strangers to each other so"Cierra gave me a hug
"Camil thank you so much"Cierra said
"Well thats nice"Sheron said smiling
"I hate to miss more of this beautiful moment but i have to go"She said
"Where you going"I asked
"I have to go pick up my son from his father so i will see you later baby cakes"she gave us a hug and left
"Ok im not helping you guys pack so your on your own"They laughed
My phone rung,i looked at it and it was Chris so i answered it.
"Hello"
"Babe are you ready to come home yet"Chris asked
"Yea i will be there in like 30 minutes"I said getting up
"Ok coo,I'll be there in 20 minutes so wait for me"i laughed
"Ok father see you later,Can you bring me some clothes too"I said
"Ight"he hung up
I started gathering my work papers.
"Where you goin"Cierra asked helping me
"Nowhere, Chris coming over"
"Well I know what that means,We'll see you tomorrow then"Alex said making me laugh
"Girl stop it,Just make sure you're all packed by tomorrow,I'll see you at the house"I said
"Actually I'll be spending the night at a friends so I'll just meet you here tomorrow"She said
After they left I finished sat on the couch and finished some work...
"Hey babe"Chris said walking in sitting the bags on the floor next to the couch,I gave him a kiss before he sat next to me
"Hey,did you have fun"I asked as he took my foot placing it in his lap before he started rubbing it
"Yea a lot ,What about you"He asked
"It was ok,rather been in bed"he laughed
I sat back and looked at how good he looked.He noticed and looked at me.
"What you looking at"He asked
"You"he smiled
"Why"
"Because you fine"he bit his lip and smiled
"Well you are too"he kissed me and i smiled
"Why thank you"I said
"Damn I cant wait to fuck the shit outta you "i laughed
"Chris don't start"
"Yea i know"i got up
"Where you goin"He asked taking my hand
"To take a shower,eat then go to sleep"
"Ok let me know when you can use some company"i laughed and went upstairs.
After I ate I put on a movie and while Chris was in the shower I heard someone bamming on the door so i ran downstairs.
