shawn's pov
"ugh y/n, just let me see you. i'm sure the dress is fine. and what does it matter anyways!? you'd be beautiful in a paper bag to me baby-"
"oh my god shawn, shut up. ok, close your eyes." she says from behind her walk in closet door, as i comply after i rolled my eyes.
"open!"
i look up to see her in a white dress with lace all over the material and it flares out just a tad on the bottom. a cozy looking cardigan, draping over her shoulders as well. damn, she looks gorgeous.
"well shit, now i feel like a homeless person." i fake pout, scanning her whole body.
"a cute homeless person." she smirks, grabbing her makeup bag and sitting at the vanity in her room.
"ugh, i shun the makeup, dude." i groan, annoyed that she thinks she needs makeup. she's so perfect naturally.
she rolls her eyes, probably from me calling her dude, and opens her mouth to speak, "dude, can you shut up for five seconds and just be a cute boyfriend who sits there with his mouth shut." she sarcastically smiles, any smirk appearing on her lips.
"what the hell? i thought i was a cute homeless person, now i'm a cute boyfriend too?! the insanity!"
"you're annoying." she mumbles, applying mascara, i think at least.
i fake scoffed before whining yet again as she got out her curling iron, "baby baby baby baby..." i repeat over and over again, now walking over to her, wrapping my arms around her waist, my chin resting on the top of her head.
She smiles, looking at me in the mirror, while a sigh escapes her lips.
she giggles as i start kissing her neck, before shoving me away.
the smile on her face is unable to be hidden, as she turns in her stool to face me.
we admire one another's presence, staring into each other's eyes, neither of our smiles fading, until she rolls her eyes and turns back around to finish her hair.
a wild grin forms on my lips, "hey, look at that. i am a cute boyfriend."
