//Eren POV//
"Urgh..." Eren groan as he open his eyes due to the sunshine passing through the window. He twists and turns until he finally is facing Annie, his wife, which who was still asleep. He was sleep in shirtless due to her having his shirt as he pajamas.
"Annie...wake up." Eren said as he tried to wake up his wife by poking her cheek lightly.
"Mmm..." she moaned as she turns around and falling back asleep. Eren wraps a arm around her and hugs her gently.
"Time to wake up, sleeping beauty." Eren told her. She mumbled something but Eren couldn't hear it so he leaned forward to listen. "What?"
"...sleeping...Mmm...beauty...my...ass" she mumbled in her sleep. Eren couldn't help but laugh.
"Wakey-Wakey...honey." Eren grinned as he reached for the water bottle on the drawer. He opens it and holds it over Annie's back. "Prepare yourself, Annie."
"Mmm-AHH!" Annie shot up wide awake as the cold water hits her neck. Eren didn't see the palm of her hand swing towards him. "IDIOT!"
*Smack!*
At the car...a bright red mark in the shape of a hand was on the cheek of Erens and he was still wincing in pain because of it.
"You didn't have to slap me." Eren said with a pout as he drove them down the road to Los Santos.
"You're fault for spilling cold water on my neck." Annie said. She was now wearing her usual grey hooding jacket and brown jeans. Eren was in a black jacket and grey pants with a rock in roll t-shirt on view of his open jacket.
"But the slap?" Eren gave her puppies eyes. "Why?"
"Ohh no, you don't!" Annie laughed. "I'm not letting you off that easy."
"Okay..." Eren stopped and thought he should do something nice for Annie. He did pull a prank on her. "Where do you want to go...you choose for the first day."
"Seems fair." Annie smiled as she pulled out a camera and puts in position of a selfie. "Say cheese!"
"Hm?" Eren turns to the camera and she took the picture. It was one of those old fashion cameras when you take the picture, the picture comes out. "What was that for?"
"I'm making an album of our honeymoon. I'll put it in a book to keep as keepers for us to see years later or something." Annie grinned.
"I see." Eren said. "Hm. I like it."
"You better; or there goes the other cheek." Annie smirked and Eren panicked.
"I like it! I like it!" Eren cried out but his focus went back to the road. "Ah! We're here!"
"Huh!" Annie cried out with excitement. "We're finally here! Dad told me this is a good place to spend the honeymoon at."
"Seriously...?" Eren asked.
"Yeah...there's a beach, theaters, and bars that YOU and ME have to try." Annie smiled as she placed the photo inside her bag.
"You and your bars." Eren sighed. "But I guess I want to try it soon."
"And also, we're away from the town's public attention." Annie told him, he smiles to the idea. He remembers clearly why...after the Titan has finally fallen, T.V. news would surround Eren after he was released from the hospital and during the wedding. When he exited from his apartment or Annie's house, there some people that would surround him and ask him a tons of questions.
"OH! Eren, look!" he snapped out of his thoughts and turns his gaze to where Annie was pointing. He saw a massive crowd and saw why.
Right in the middle were men lifting weights and for some reason, drawing attention to women. Eren could see that looks the men gave off...they were clearly showing off their muscles and flirting with the women.
"Pull over." Annie told Eren and he stared at her questioning.
"Why?"
"To take a picture of you and me facing the crowd, stupid." Annie rolled her eyes. Eren smiled, glad that she wasn't thinking about those creeps. Then he realized he was acting jealous, not having faith with his own wife on a topic simple as this.
"Ok." Eren said as he pulled over at the drive way. He turns off the engine and they get off. She runs to the edge of the crowd and waits for Eren.
"Hurry up, slow-poke!" Annie shouted with joy. Eren simply smiled and moved faster to her side. They got in position and Eren kisses her cheek as she took the picture.
"Nice pic-" Eren didn't get to finish when someone hands pushed him and he tripped on the floor.
"Ah-Eren!" he heard Annie cry out. Eren stood back up and turn to see one of the show offs creeps holding Annie by the waist. Eren could feel something inside him snap. "Let go of me, would ya?"
"Come on, I am not going to hurt you or nothing. Just come and see my performance." The creep said as he flexed. Eren couldn't hold it in anymore and walks towards the man holding his wife.
"No , thank you...let me go." Annie said with a serious tone.
"Oh come on, it will be just fo-" Eren stopped him there.
"She said no...you ass." Eren growled.
"And who are you?" the creep asked in a cocky tone.
"My husband." Annie responded for Eren. Eren saw that the man had a dumbbell in his hand. Eren quickly snatched it from his hand.
"Hey!" the man cried out angrily but stopped when Eren flattened the middle using the flat ends.
"You should leave...he hates it when someone touches me like this." Annie told him.
"Damn you...you going to pay for that!" he said before walking away.
"And thank you for saving me..." Annie smiled. Eren was finally calming down as he dropped the used-to be dumbbell. "Feel ok?"
"Yeah...let's get out of here." Eren told her as he grabbed her hand and pulls her back to the car. But he felt her stop and pull him back.
"Easy...nothing bad is happening. You don't need to worry." Annie said and her words eased his anger. Eren took a deep breath and smiles gently.
"Thanks, Annie." He thanked her and she cups his cheeks with her hands.
"Let's go find a hotel to stay at and then we go out to eat." Annie told him as she lets go and walks back to the car. But Eren felt the urge to kiss her, so he pulls her back to him and holds her by the waist as he pushes her until her back lies on the car. Annie's face turns completely red. "E-Eren?"
"Sorry but I can't help it if you act cute." Eren told her before kissing her. He could feel that their spell affecting her quickly and she kisses back as she wraps her arms around his neck.
"Let's get going..." Eren said after they pulled away from their lips.
//Annie POV//
---4 Hours Later---
He looks so cute when he blushes. Annie thought as Eren gave himself a brain-freeze and his cheeks turn bright red from it. Annie couldn't help but laugh as she ate her ice cream. But her laughter was over when the cold also gave her a brain-freeze and she gripped her hair tightly.
"Oww!" Annie groaned as she felt her neck freeze up as well.
"Ha! Karma!' Eren joked but stopped as he gripped his head again.
"Karma my ass!" Annie cried out as she smiles at Eren's pain.
"My ass? Really?" Eren said as Annie brain-freeze faded away. "Man...why did we come to this ice-cream shop. I thought we were going to eat dinner?"
"I wanted to try this shop before we head to that restaurant." Annie explained.
"Which restaurant?" Eren asked calmly and Annie realized that his brain-freeze faded as well.
"There's a restaurant a few blocks away from here." Annie told him as she grab a scoop of his ice-cream with her spoon. "Mm, yummy."
"You been cheerful." Eren said. "A lot, lately."
"So...Didn't you realize?" Annie asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Realize that you really happy?" Eren said.
"No. Realize that I have you by my side. I'm happy for that, and that is all I need." Annie smiles as his eyes widened surprised. "Eren, I'm glad to have met you."
"M-Me t-too...haha." Eren stuttered as his cheeks turn light pink. Annie stood up and walks to his side. She cups his cheeks in her hands and he simply stares at her.
"Eren, I love you." Annie said with a somewhat serious yet sweet voice. Eren's eyes then slowly closed mid-way and stared at her lovely.
"And I love you too." He stood up and Annie is surprised as he pushes the hair that covers her right eye. He leans down and kisses her right above her right eye. He then kisses her cheek and then felt his lips on hers.
She felt his hands on her waist and was gently rubbing it. She let's go of his cheeks and place her hands upon his. She smiles as they continue to kiss.
Yes...this is all I need...Annie thought as she closes her eyes. With Eren, I don't mind what happens as long as we're together to face it.
