By the next Saturday, my mum had found a flat, and we were living in it now. It was mum, Conner, and me.
Luke was over at the flat, getting ready to film a video with me. We were gonna film a boyfriend/girlfriend video.
"Luke, you stay out for a minute so I can do my intro, and you can make an entrance after that, alright?" I told him.
"Okay," he smiled, and I went into my room.
I set my new camera on the new tripod. I started the video and began to tell them a prank I was going to play on Luke.
"So today I'm putting in these contacts that change your eye color.. I'm pranking Luke," I smirked. They made my eyes look brown when they were naturally blue.
"Anyways.." I paused, "Hello my beautiful fans. This is Eleanor Valentine here with a new video, and today I have a guest.."
Luke walked in and sat beside me. I smiled and said, "Luke Robert Hemmings."
"And you guys guessed it.. We're dating," Luke kissed me on the cheek.
"So we're going to do a boyfriend/girlfriend tag. I've figured up ten questions to ask Luke about me, and he has ten questions to ask me about him. You ready, Luke?"
"Yeah. This'll be easy," he smiled.
"Mhm..."
"Okay, first question.. What is my shoe size?" I asked him.
"Eight?"
"Nope. Nine. That's one wrong. Now, who is my best friend, besides you?"
"Ricky Dillon, duh."
"Okay, that's right. That was easy. What's my new favorite song?"
"New?"
"Yeah. It's by my favorite band, and it literally just came out a few days ago."
"I know it's All Time Low. Which song on the album though, ugh.."
"I was just playing it earlier."
"I'm gonna say Somewhere in Neverland?"
"That's right."
"Really?"
"Yup," I gave him a kiss on the cheek, "four: what is my favorite animal?"
"Oh! Pandas."
"What kind of pandas?"
"What do you mean?"
"What kind of pandas, that's all I'll say."
"Baby pandas."
"Yeah. Good job. Five, what was my first pet, and what was its name?"
"Was is Prince? I think it was your Australian Terrier, Prince."
"No. It was a goldfish named Bob."
"What?"
"I had Bob for like a day. I got him at a fair when I was two, and I took him out of the bag and out of the water and let him roam free in my room. He didn't make it far."
"That does not count!"
"He was a pet.."
"You had him for a day!"
"So?"
"The first pet you had for over a day was Prince. That one is right."
"It's not. You only have two wrong. Let's move on. What was I wearing when we met?"
"Exactly what you were wearing?"
"Exactly."
"Um, oh, I know this. You were wearing that one small little purple sundress, right? It had the one blue butterfly in the bottom corner."
"How'd you know that?"
"My mum has pictures of us when we first met."
"Oh.. Well, what is my eye color?" I turned away from him so he couldn't cheat.
"Blue, duh."
"What?! Blue!?" I turned towards him and showed him that my eyes were brown.
"What the fuck? I can prove it! In my favorite picture of you, you can really see your pretty blue eyes."
"My eyes are not blue. I can't believe you thought that."
"No, look!" He showed me a picture where my eyes were obviously blue, then he showed the camera.
"Okay, you got me. I put in those contacts that like change your eye color."
"Oh my god, El.. You scared me."
"Now the next question.. Number eight, how old were we when we met?"
"We were two."
"Mhm. When was our first kiss?"
"First grade, in the corner during the lockdown drill."
"Dammit!"
"What?"
"I know you'll get the last one and you only have two wrong!"
"What's the last one?"
"What's my middle name?"
"Eleanor Marie Valentine."
"Fuck you!"
"Okay, it's my turn to ask the questions now."
"You got two wrong. I'm gonna beat you."
"No you won't."
"Whatever, just give me the first question."
"Okay. What's my favorite movie?"
"Anch- no.."
"What were you going to say?"
"I was going to say Anchor Man."
"That's your answer."
"No!!" I slid off of my bed intentionally.
"El, get up here," he picked me up off the ground and placed me on his lap, putting his hands around me and looking at his phone, "you're right."
"Oh yeah.."
"What is my favorite color?"
"Blue, duh."
"Shit, okay.."
"I'm gonna have to bleep out a lot of this."
"Sorry about that."
"I said dammit and fuck you, so don't feel bad."
"You just said them both again."
"I know, shut up."
"Now my third question, what is my heritage?"
"You're all Australian."
"Ugh, now what did the note say that I put on your locker to ask you out?"
"Exactly what it said?"
"Yeah, exactly what it said."
"It said, 'I don't want nobody but you, will you be my girlfriend? P.S. I hope you enjoy.. -Luke:)'"
"How do you remember that?"
"Girls remember things like that."
"Well, What is my zodiac sign?"
"Uh, July 16th, that's a.. A cancer."
"Really?"
"Yup."
"Ugh. Okay. Why did I first start playing guitar?"
"Why? Because of Good Charlotte."
"How are you so good at this?" He seemed mad, but I just smiled and shrugged.
"What is my favorite number?" He asked as question seven.
"You've never told me this!" I looked back at him since I was still sitting on his lap.
"I've told you various times."
"I can't remember. Pass."
"Don't pass, just guess."
"Five?"
"No. It's seven."
"Fuck."
"Stop swearing!"
"I'm sorry!"
"Now, you might not get this one, but I'll forgive you. When was my first YouTube video uploaded?"
"Actually, that's easy. February third of last year, 2011."
"How'd you know that?"
"I have no idea."
"Well shit."
"Stop it!"
"I'm sorry! Question nine: who's my celebrity crush?"
"Mila Kunis."
"When did I tell you that?"
"Spring break. You were drunk."
"My mum watches your videos!"
"Sorry Liz, but he was drunk..."
"Eleanor!!"
"It's true. You told me a lot of things that night."
"Okay. I don't know if I told you this, though.. If I could get a piercing anywhere, where would I get it?"
"Yeah, you didn't tell me this. Um, eyebrow?"
"Nope. Lip."
"You'd look fucking sexy with a lip piercing."
"You mean I'm not sexy now?"
"I never said you weren't.." I smirked and kissed him.
I looked back at the camera, "okay.. That's it for the video!"
"But we tied.."
"Okay. One more question for each of us."
"What would I want to name my first son or daughter?" Luke asked me.
"For your daughter, Leah. For your son, Ryder."
"What the heck!? Do you stalk me?"
"Again, it was when you were drunk."
"Shut up about that."
"You know you love me," I teased.
He kissed me before I asked him my question.
"You need to get this, or I win."
"What do you do if you win?"
"The winner will tweet off of the loser's Twitter. Sorry Ricky, I got the idea from you."
"Okay. Ask away."
"What is my zodiac sign?"
"You know I always forget!!"
"Answer it. It's one of the easiest ones!"
"Isn't it the same as mine? A cancer?"
"Nope. I'm a Leo."
"Fuck."
"I get to tweet off of your Twitter.."
"Nothing dirty or anything like that."
"I promise, it won't be."
"Okay.." He hesitantly handed me his phone.
After a minute, I had the tweet ready. I read it aloud to Luke and to the camera, "the tweet says: 'Scared and nervous yet excited to announce that their might be a new baby Hemmings😧😊😔😱'"
"No!! You are not tweeting that off of my Twitter!" Luke exclaimed.
"Sorry.. It's already tweeted."
"You have to leave it there for a twenty-four hours, and in that time, you can not say anything about it. After the twenty-four hours are up, the video will be up and people will see that it's fake, okay? You can tell everyone afterwards in case they didn't see the video."
"The fans will be freaking out! It will be trending tomorrow. My mum will ask about it! Your mum will ask about it!"
"If they do, you can't tell them it's not true. You can't tell them it is true, though. You don't want them completely mad at you."
"Okay. God, this will be hard."
"It's your punishment for not knowing as much about me as I know about you."
"Fine."
"Now this has been a longer video, and we're gonna end it now because I don't want it to be ten minutes long. That's it for today's video. I'll see you guys, next week!" I smiled at the camera and turned it off.
