If you watched the Mockingjay Part-2 trailer (I'm sure you all did) then you will notice a whole bunch of things floating in the sky towards the end of the trailer?
Do you remember in the book how, forgive me for making you cry, but how Prim died?
She died helping those kids who had ran to the things that you get in the arena (Sorry I forgot what there called) but they turned out to be bombs.
So if you watch the trailer you will see those things that you get in the arena, floating in the sky which more then likely means that yes, Primrose Everdeen will die.
Which probably also means that Finnick Odair will die.
Maybe I'm evil, but I always get more emotional about Finnicks death then I do Prims.
I think because Finnick has a wife and a son that he'll never get to meet.
I'm crying now.
