Where does  beauty  lie?
It  comes  from  within
The most  valuable  features  treasured  in  another  person with whom  you  choose  to  care  about  are  found  in  the  apparent  imperfections
That  which  makes  them  special
unique  and different  from  others around  you
The  scars hidden  within  and on the  surface  tell a  story of survival  skills and  inner  strength
The  ability  to  withstand the  many  injustices  the   world  puts  in  our  path
The   flaws  of  a  friend  can help  to  conjure  fond  memories  from   the  past
