Being a model, it was easy to mask emotions, you fake happiness, emphasize a laugh, pretend to be okay.
We're all human, sometimes I want to keep everything to myself, but I knew what was best, therapy.
I always decided against attending therapy because I felt as if I was being judged or the person honestly didn't care.
All my emotions kept building inside of my body and I knew it wasn't okay, because I felt like I was going to pop any second. My real feelings were constantly masked, but I felt as if that was the best, inside I knew better, but, I had no other resources to go to,
until I met him,
he was there to push me into doing better
