Ellie woke up. She was lying on the ground. She felt as if she wasn't with it. She sat up. She winced in pain in her leg. "Ellie are you okay" Cassie asked as she walked over to her. Ellie could hear the sound of Arizona screaming as she glanced around. Ellie was in shock over what had happened
"How long was I out?" She asked as she saw that they were on the ground
"What happened" Ellie
"We were in a plane crash" Cassie said as Ellie tried to stand and screamed in agony. Her fears went to her unborn baby. She was scared
"Are you okay" mark asked as he rushed over to Cassie
"I'm fine"
"El?" Mark asked
"I think my collar bone" Ellie said. She couldn't move her arm
Mark helped and looked to her shoulder
"It's dislocated I'll sort it for you" he said as she nodded
Ellie leant up and glanced around. They saw Arizona trapped. Derek was no where to be seen and neither was Lexie
"The place...crashed" Ellie said. She groaned as she meant over and threw up
"Ew" Cassie said
"Ellie did you hit your head" mark asked. He looked to her and frowned
"I think she did. it's a lot to take in" she said
"Are you okay" mark asked as he looked to his girlfriend
"I'm scared. My body kills" Cassie said
"Where's Lexie and derek?" Meredith asked as Cristina gave her a look
"where is Derek?"
"He was sucked out the side when we hit the trees, and then the back of the plane came off. It came ... it came off." Cristina said
"Lexie was in the back of the plane." Meredith said
"I-I looked to the back, and all I could see was freakin' sky." Cristina said
"Where is she?"
"I don't know! I only have one shoe!" Cristina said
"I'm bleeding." Meredith said as she placed a hand on the back of her head
"Shut up! Shut up!Shut up!" Cristina yelled at Arizona who was screaming
"Do you hear ... do you hear that sound?Where is that sound coming from?" Meredith said as they heard banging
"There.It's coming from over there." Arizona said pointing
"Derek!"
"Lexie!"
"Derek! Lexie!" Meredith yelled. Ellie grabbed onto Cassie for support as they walked through the woods
"Lexie." Mark said as they got to the back of the plane
"Lexie. Lexie." Mark said as he reached under the back of the plane where Lexie was to examine her
"I knew yous would show up." Lexie said
"How is she?" Meredith asked
"She's awake and responsive.How you doing in there?" Mark said
"I'm ... I'm great." Lexie said
"Yeah? Good girl. We're gonna get you outta here, okay?" Mark said
"Okay.She's tachycardic and short of breath." Mark said
"We have to find Derek." Meredith said
"Okay, you know what? We've got Lexie.So go. Go find him.Go, go. Go try and find him." Cassie said
"We gotta get her outta there." Ellie said as she looked to Lexie
"Pop it back in.Pop it back in." Ellie said to mark as she looked to her shoulder than had dislocated
"Ah. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait.Okay, do it." Ellie said as he popped her shoulder as Ellie screamed
"Oh, God! Oh!" Ellie said. Ellie leant against the side of the plane trying to support her weight and smiled
"It's okay lex we're going to get you out of there" ellie said

April walked into the residents lounge where Jackson stood checking his phone. He was worried over Ellie. She hadn't replied to him and it was unlike her. He knew that they had got into the fight but they had seemed to have made up over text and he was worried over her. He knew they she was pregnant and how worried he was
"Could someone please mercy kill me so I don't have to go to this thing?" April asked
"You do me, I'll do you." Alex said
"Better leave me a bullet. Hell if I'm going alone." Jackson said
"Sloan. Yang, Torres and Grey skipped town at the perfect time." Alex said
"Oh, no, they will be back in time for the dinner.Because I had to pick up their stupid dry cleaning and ... and dig through their stupid closets for their stupid heels, all the while babysitting Mer's stupid kid.She's not stupid. She's actually adorable." April said
"I have been watching Rosie . She wants her mom" Jackson said
"Hey, you decide on Tulane yet?" Alex asked Jackson
"No, I'm still weighing my options.Lot of factors involved." Jackson said. He knew those factors meant Ellie and the fact that she was pregnant and how it changed their whole plans
"At least you have options.Hey, want to hear mine? When I go back to moline, do I work at the tastee freez or milk cows on the farm?" April said
"Tastee freeze. No-brainer." Alex said
"You're still a doctor." Jackson said
"Just go to Tulane already." April said
Jackson sighed as he looked to his phone "where are you el"

Ellie groaned as she mark and Cassie tried to push the plane off of Lexie. It was no use. It wasn't moving and Lexie was trapped. Crushed underneath
Ellie got on the ground, it was to much to be on her with the pain her agony was in on her shoulder
"Lexie, run it down for me." Ellie said
"My legs and my pelvis are crushed.And I can't f-feel my other arm, so I'm not sure it's even there anymore. And, uh, my chest feels like it's gonna explode, so it's probably a massive ... hemothorax." Lexie said
Ellie looked to her. She could feel the tears in her eyes
"We got to get oxygen from the plane and fluids. She needs water bottles. We need to get her fluids" Cassie said
Ellie looked to her and so did mark
"Baby" mark said
"No I'll go get them" Cassie said as she went to walk off
"Why aren't you doing anything" Cassie asked
"She knows it won't help" Lexie said
"No you are gonna be fine" bree said as she turned to face mark "she's gonog to be fine" she said. Her voice was breaking and she was trying not to cry
Ellie looked to Lexie who was crying. She placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"I'm...im dying" Lexie said. Ellie and mark say by her. Cassie had gone off to get supplies to help but they knew it wasn't going to help
"Lex" Ellie said
"I am. Please tell Please ... tell ... Tell Meredith that I love her. And that she's a good sister. Mm. Please t-tell my dad .."
"You're not dying. You're gonna be fine." Ellie said
"No. You're not dying.Do you hear me? You don't die today." Mark said
"I'm sorry" Lexie said
"What for" Ellie asked as mark was attempted to move the plane again
"For Jackson. I should have never...he loves you and i should have never come between you ." Lexie said
"It's okay" Ellie said. She looked to mark who nodded to her. She took her hand and smiled
"Your not going to die as your going to be an amazing brain surgeon and your going to get married and your going to have kids and your going to be happy and it's all going to work out"
"That's...nice" Lexie said as she gasped for air and then the light in her eyes were gone. Ellie buried her head into the ground as she closed her eyes to make it look as if she was sleeping.
"Ellie" mark said. He was crying. She shifting and turned to see Cassie who was back with supplies to let with Meredith. She was too late to say goodbye to her sister
Ellie stood up and walked around the place as she groaned as she leant over and threw up and groaned
"Is she okay?" Cassie asked as she looked to ellie

They all sat numb as they sat on the ground. All that could he heard was Meredith as she sat sobbing for her sister. Ellie didn't know how long it was but there was set there.
Ellie knew that she was trying to stay away. She knew that she had a concussion and she couldn't fall asleep. She knew that her mind was drifting to Jackson and over them and what had happened and she wondered if he ever knew if she was missing her. She knew that she wanted to fix it all. Ellie was scared. She knew that she was pregnant and she was scared that the crash could of caused some damage to her baby
"We need to find derek. He can't die" Ellie said.
All that she could think over was Jackson and how they should of got married sooner and she feared that she'd die
Ellie looked to her arm that was in a sling and groaned. She felt terrible and she didn't know if she had injuries, if it was the adrenaline from the crash wearing off or what

Ellie stood hovering from the woods with Meredith looked to derek
"Derek!Derek!" Meredith yelled
"I don't understand how this keeps happening." Ellie said
"Ellie, we have to find him." Meredith said
"I'm serious.I do not understand how this keeps happening."
"We have to find him, because I don't think he went for help." Meredith said
"We keep dying. We're in a plane crash, Mer.Like ... like right now." Ellie said
"If he went for help, if Derek had gone for help, he would've sent a message or something.I mean, we have to find him. Something is wrong."
"I can tell you one thing. When we get out of here, I am getting the hell away from Seattle Grace mercy death, and I'm never looking back!"ie said
"Ellie ... I think Derek is dead.He would've come for us by now.He definitely would've come for us by now.I think he's dead. And Lexie's dead.My husband and sister are both dead!And we are gonna die out here, too! We are gonna die out here ..." Meredith sobbed
"keep it together. Keep it together. Derek is not dead it's derek" Ellie said. She was trying not to cry
"No, you keep it together!"
"I'm trying!I know. Keep ... keep it together anyway.
Keep it together anyway." Ellie said as she placed a hand on her cheek and smiled. Ellie stumbled slightly
"My sister is dead." Meredith said
"Keep it together anyway."
"Do you think Derek is dead?"
"I hope not" Ellie said
"Meredith, Meredith." A voice said
"Meredith." Derek said as he came out of the woods holding his bloody hand
"Oh, I heard your voice.I thought I ... I thought I was dreaming." He said before he fell to the ground
"Oh, my God." Ellie said as they rushed over to him

Ellie groaned as she leant over. She was throwing up again
"You okay" derek asked as he looked to her as she nodded
Ellie and Meredith stood around derek. He was leaning on a rock we they tied his arm down "where's Lexie?" Derek asked. He looked to Meredith as saw the look on her face
"No" he said as Meredith was trying not to cry
"Loosen the tourniquet a little bit." Derek said
"You'll bleed to death." Meredith said
"I need to save my hand." Derek said
"Well, I'm trying to save your life." Meredith said
"Oh, safety pin. Safety pin." Ellie said as she found what she was looking for
"Bring that.Do you have a t-shirt or a bandana?" He asked
"Got it. Got it." Ellie said
"Okay, we have to close the wound.Use the safety pin.Weave your way inside and out and then put the bandana on top of it and tape it." Derek said
"And what's the ... what's the t-shirt for?" Ellie asked
"Put it in my mouth. I'm probably gonna scream a lot, and I'm gonna ... I'm gonna ... I'm gonna pass out." Derek said as Ellie nodded
"Okay." Ellie said as she placed the shirt of his mouth
"Good." Derek said as Meredith started to use the safety pin in his arm as he screamed in pain. Ellie was fighting back the tears as she held him down
"Okay. Sorry. I'm sorry ... Please pass out. Please pass out. Please pass out. Please pass out.Please pass out. Please pass out. Please pass out. Please pass out." Meredith said as Ellie felt the tears roll down her face as one landed in his forehead

Mark sat next to Ellie. "I'm going to check your head" he said as he looked to see her as she stood throwing up
"Cassie pass that back. Her head is bleeding " mark said. Cassie sat looking at him
"I'm tried"
"Ellie don't you dare fall asleep. Your okay your not tired is it's in your head. Your my baby sister and I'm not going to let you die on me " mark said
"I want Jackson" Ellie said as mark sat her up. She was starting to loose conciseness and he was worried
"Hey your going to be okay. Talk to me tell me what's going on" he said as Ellie looked to him
"I'm scared. I'm scared I'm going to die out here and I want get a chance to tell him"
"Tell who?" Mark asked
"Jackson...I need to tell him"
"She's not making sense mark" Cassie said. She was worried and scared
"I know but she's awake and talking. Wrap your head as you hit in and your bleed by I need to try and keep you awake." mark said
Mark placed an oxygen mask over her head on looked to them "come on Ellie. Breathe wake up your not going to die okay I won't let you die" he said as she looked to him
"We need to get her out here. We all need to get out of here" mark said as Cassie nodded. She was suddenly starting to feel dizzy the same way Ellie was

They soon joined Arizona. Arizona looked to Ellie"is she going to be?" She asked as she looked to Ellie
"She's going to be okay. She needs a CT I'm doing all I can to keep an eye on her vitals" derek said as he sat next to her. Mark helped Ellie sit next to Arizona
"Zona..your leg" Ellie said as she saw the bone sticking out which made her roll to the side and throw up
"She's been doing that all day" Cassie said
"Because I'm pregnant" Ellie said
"You are that's great" Cassie said
"If I haven't lost it out here" Ellie said

Ellie looked to see a chopper fly by as derek grabbed the flare gun which wouldn't go off and threw it to the tree
"I'm definitely dying out here" Ellie said. She could feel her head getting worse and yet all that she could think over was Jackson avery and how she should of married him sooner.
"Cassie" Ellie said as she looked to Chloe as she fell asleep.
"She's not asleep. She's passed out of it" ell esaid as she looked to her best friend. She saw the blood that had mixed in her dark hair and frowned. Her blood was all over her hands as Ellie lay passed out. She had a head injury and she must of known and she hadn't said a word and Ellis was scared.
She was scared her best friend was going to die as she sat looking at her best friend
"Don't you dare this to me cass. Come on. I need you. Rosie needs you. We all need you. You don't get to do this. You dint get to die on us. Your mom won't have it and I sure as hell won't" Ellie sobbed
She was covered in Cassie blood and she was scared that Cassie was about to die on her especially as she was scared that her best friend was going to die
"Cass...I need you" Ellie sobbed

Jackson stood in the resident lounge as he stood getting ready for the residents dinner. He grabbed his phone and sighed as he tried to call Ellie.
"Hey. It's me look I know how things are and I know it's not been easy and I know we slept together and it changed everything. But I need you to know Ellie . I love you I've been in love with you forever and I think I always will, I'll see you at the dinner. I love you" he said
He had no idea of the plane crash that she had been caught up in and how she'd never get the message due to the crash and her damaged phone that was lost

"Ellie" Arizona said as she looked to Ellie. She was in a state of shock and dispose. Cassie and mark. Had passed out. Lexie was dead. Arizina bone was sticking out. Derek hand was fucked and Ellie couldn't stop throwing up. She was freaking that she was going to die
"It's all going to be okay isn't it" Ellie asked as Arizona smiled

Ellie sat in the woods and watched as the fire went out "somebody is going to find us right?" Ellie asked as she rested her head on Derek's shoulder
"Of course" Derek said. Ellie was tired and wanted to go sleep but she knew that if she closed her eyes with her head that it was possible that she'd never wake up again. She had seemed to have finally stopped throwing up
"I love you Jackson" Ellie said as she looked to the sky. She knew he'd be worried now that she wasn't back. She didn't know how long they had been out here but it felt like days
"You should tell him. Jackson. Tell him that you love him" Derek said as Ellie sighed.
She knew that she wanted out of the woods. She knew that she wanted to be back in Jackson arms but would everyone make it out alive?
Little did Ellie know how she'd soon be forced to make a huge decision when it came to her brother
