angela opens the front door for lucy, kianna and tamara.
tim: "what happened"
lucy: "your buddy ray stoped by"
tim: "are you okay?"
lucy: "DO I LOOK OKAY?"
angela grabs kianna and tamara.
angela: "lets give them a minute"
she brings them both to her room. tamara and kianna both take a seat on her bed, their both shoken up, scared, and confused. angela sits down in between them, pulling both of them into a hug, reassuring them its gonna be okay.
angela: "hey, its going to be okay, adults fight all the time."
kianna: "yea, but not them."
back with tim and lucy
lucy: "what if tamara or kianna were their by them selves when that creep showed up?"
tim: "im sorry, i had no idea"
lucy: "NO, NO MORE EXCUSES TIM YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU, RIGHT NOW, NOW!"
tim takes a deep breath
tim: "his name is ray walkens, he was under my command and i racked. i thought he was killed in action but hes back and hes gonna hurt someone if i dont do something about it"
lucy: none of that, none of it, explains why you cut me out"
tim: "no it dosent"
lucy: "STOP TRYING TO PROTECT ME TIM!"
tim: "im sorry i cant, i wont.
lucy: "YOU READ LOPEZ IN"
tim: "ITS DIFFERENT "
lucy: "HOW"
tim: "SHE HAS LESS TO LOSE THEN YOU"
lucys stomach is in knots, both hers and tim eyes are filled up with tears
tim: "so please steer clear of this for me, okay?"
lucy: "i cant, i wont. you clearly need help and im done being the good wife, you dont have to tell me everything but you are gonna let me help"
(FROM HERE THE FIGHT CHANGES)
tim: "no, no im not. im done putting you and the kids in danger"
tim's looks at his hand and takes off his wedding ring
lucy: "your breaking up with me?!"
tim: "you deserve better, so much better."
lucy: "then do better!"
tim: "im sorry."
tim pulls lucy in and kisses her forehead.
she pulls away and goes to get kianna and tamara.
lucy: "lets go."
kianna: "mom are you okay?"
lucy ignores kianna, as their about to leave tim stops lucy
tim: "let me take kianna."
lucy: "no, you dont get to break up with me and then decide who gets our daughter."
kianna: "what.. YOU GUYS BROKE UP, NO!"
tim: "its for the best kie."
kianna: "LIKE HELL IT IS"
before anyone could say anything else, kianna ran to the car.
