As God Serena continued his grand entrance, his gaze swept over the assembled group, finally coming to rest on Siegrain and Y/N. With a smirk playing on his lips, he sauntered over to them, his movements dripping with arrogance.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" God Serena's tone was mocking, his gaze lingering on Siegrain and Y/N. "Seems like the Council is letting anyone in these days. What's next, inviting street performers to join our ranks?"

Siegrain's jaw clenched, his usual composure slipping for a moment. He bit back a retort, his expression darkening as he fought to maintain his calm facade.

Y/N, on the other hand, felt a surge of annoyance rise within him. He wasn't about to let this flamboyant showman belittle him. "And who might you be?" Y/N retorted, his voice laced with sarcasm. "The court jester?"

God Serena's grin widened, clearly enjoying the banter. "Oh, how delightful! The new Wizard Saint has a sense of humor! What a charming addition to our esteemed group," he remarked, his tone dripping with condescension.

Makarov sighed, shaking his head at the ongoing spectacle. "This is going to be a long meeting," he muttered under his breath, already feeling the strain of dealing with such colorful personalities.

Seigrain's frustration grew, his lips tightening into a thin line. "Mind your manners, God Serena. You are not in your personal court now," he retorted, his voice firm but controlled.

God Serena waved a dismissive hand, unfazed by Seigrain's rebuke. "Oh, lighten up, Siegrain! I was just having a bit of fun," he replied, his tone still laced with mockery. "After all, what's a meeting without a little entertainment?"

Y/N rolled his eyes, resisting the urge to retort. He didn't want to escalate the situation any further, but he couldn't deny the irritation bubbling beneath the surface. Taking a deep breath, he turned his attention back to Makarov and the rest of the Wizard Saints.

Makarov cleared his throat, hoping to steer the conversation back to a more productive path. "Shall we proceed with the meeting, then?" he suggested, his voice carrying a note of finality.Jura nodded in agreement. "Indeed. There are matters to discuss, and time is of the essence," he added, his tone serious and to the point.

Warrod glanced around the room, a twinkle of mischief in his eye. "Before we start, does anyone need a snack?" he joked, holding up a bag of seeds.

Wolfheim groaned, his patience wearing thin. "Warrod, now is not the time for your antics," he chided, casting a disapproving glance at the eccentric Wizard Saint.

Warrod chuckled, undeterred by Wolfheim's reprimand. "Just trying to lighten the mood," he replied with a shrug, tossing a seed into his mouth.

God Serena chuckled, shaking his head at Warrod's antics. "Well, this promises to be an interesting meeting, indeed," he remarked, a mischievous glint in his eye.

As Makarov attempted to steer the conversation back to more pressing matters, God Serena couldn't resist the opportunity to stir the pot further. With a smirk playing on his lips, he leaned forward, his gaze fixed on Makarov.

"Speaking of entertainment, Makarov," God Serena began, his tone dripping with sarcasm, "I heard about your little falling out with Jose. Quite the scandal, isn't it?"

Makarov's expression darkened at the mention of Jose's excommunication from the Council. It was a sore subject, one that still weighed heavily on his heart. He knew better than to let God Serena's taunts get to him, but the insult to his guild's reputation was a bitter pill to swallow.Seigrain shot a warning glance at God Serena, silently urging him to tread carefully. But God Serena was unfazed, reveling in the opportunity to provoke a reaction from Makarov.

"You know, Makarov," God Serena continued, his voice laced with malice, "some might say that Fairy Tail has lost its edge ever since you took over as guild master. Perhaps you're not as fit to lead as you think."

Y/N felt a surge of anger rise within him, but before he could react, he felt a branch gently touch him. Warrod's magic, as if a warning not to cause a scene. Y/N knew that engaging with God Serena would only escalate the situation further, and he couldn't afford to let his emotions get the better of him.

Makarov clenched his fists, his jaw set in determination. He knew better than to let himself be drawn into a fight, especially in front of the other Wizard Saints. But the temptation to put God Serena in his place was almost too much to bear.

"Enough, God Serena," Makarov growled, his voice low and dangerous. "We're here to discuss matters of importance, not to indulge in petty squabbles."

God Serena's smirk widened, his eyes gleaming with mischief as he turned his attention to Y/N and Siegrain. "And speaking of new Wizard Saints," he began, his tone dripping with disdain, "what happened to the quality of Ishgar wizards? It seems like they'll let anyone into the Council these days."

Y/N's jaw clenched, his hands curling into fists at his sides. He could feel the heat of anger rising within him, but he forced himself to remain calm. He knew that engaging with God Serena would only play into his hands, but the urge to put the arrogant Wizard Saint in his place was almost overwhelming.

Siegrain shot Y/N a warning glance, silently urging him to keep his temper in check. He knew better than anyone how dangerous it could be to let God Serena get under their skin.Makarov, meanwhile, bristled with barely contained rage. He could feel the weight of God Serena's words like a slap to the face, each insult a painful reminder of the challenges facing Fairy Tail.

"God Serena, enough," Makarov growled, his voice low and dangerous.

But God Serena was undeterred, his smirk never faltering. "Of course, Makarov," he replied, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "After all, we're here to witness the appointment of a new Wizard Saint. But forgive me if I expected a little more... quality."

The insult hung in the air like a dark cloud, casting a shadow over the room. Y/N could feel the tension thickening, each word from God Serena like a dagger to the heart.

But before things could escalate any further, Warrod stepped forward, his voice calm and steady. "Enough, God Serena," he said, his tone firm but measured. "Your words serve no purpose here. Let us focus on the task at hand."

God Serena's smirk faltered for a moment, but he quickly regained his composure. "As you wish, Warrod," he replied, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "But mark my words, Makarov. Fairy Tail's days as a force to be reckoned with are numbered."

With a final, disdainful glance at Makarov, God Serena turned on his heel and strode out of the room, leaving a trail of tension and unease in his wake. As the door slammed shut behind him, the room fell silent, the weight of his words hanging heavy in the air.

Hyberion let out a resigned sigh, a clear indication that this sort of behavior from God Serena was not an uncommon occurrence. "Let's continue the meeting," he said, his voice calm and collected, as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened.

The tension in the room slowly dissipated as everyone returned to their seats, ready to proceed with the business at hand. Y/N felt lost, the weight of God Serena's words heavy on his mind. He kept his head down, deep in thought, trying to process everything that had just transpired.Lost in thought, Y/N barely noticed as the meeting came to a close. He felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up to see Makarov offering him a sympathetic smile.

As the meeting progressed, Hyberion turned to Siegrain, Y/N, and Jura, his gaze lingering on them for a moment.

"Siegrain, Y/N, Jura, if you wouldn't mind stepping outside for a moment," he said, his tone polite but firm. "There are some matters we need to discuss in private."

Y/N exchanged a puzzled glance with Siegrain and Jura, but they followed Hyberion's instructions without protest. As they stepped out of the room, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the air. He couldn't help but wonder what secrets the other Wizard Saints held, and what it meant for the future of Ishgar.

As Y/N, Siegrain, and Jura stepped out of the meeting room, they found themselves enveloped in a heavy silence. The weight of God Serena's words still lingered, casting a shadow over their thoughts.

Y/N grinned, breaking the tension with his usual lighthearted demeanor. "Well, that was a show, wasn't it?" he exclaimed, a playful glint in his eyes.

Siegrain nodded slowly, his expression unreadable. "Indeed," he replied, his voice smooth but tinged with an undercurrent of deceit.

Jura let out a resigned sigh, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips. "He always did know how to make an entrance," he remarked, shaking his head.

Y/N shot Siegrain a playful wink, oblivious to the manipulative undertones in his demeanor. "Did you see the look on gramp's face?" he asked, his tone filled with amusement.

Siegrain's lips curled into a sly smile as he caught Y/N's gaze. "Yes, quite the spectacle," he replied, his tone dripping with insincerity.

Jura shot Siegrain a wary glance, sensing the hidden motives behind his words. "Let's not dwell on it," he interjected, his tone firm but gentle. "We have other matters to attend to."

As the three of them parted ways, Jura headed back to his house, leaving Y/N and Siegrain alone in the courtyard.

Siegrain turned to Y/N, his gaze piercing. "You know, Y/N, freedom is a precious thing," he began, his voice low and persuasive. "But it's also a fragile one."

Y/N cocked his head, his curiosity piqued. "What do you mean?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine interest.

Siegrain's smile returned, but it was cold and calculating. "I mean that sometimes, to achieve true freedom, one must be willing to make sacrifices," he replied cryptically.

Y/N's eyes widened with excitement. "Sacrifices? Like what?" he asked eagerly, his mind racing with possibilities.

Siegrain's gaze hardened, a hint of darkness flickering behind his eyes. "The kind that tests one's loyalty, one's resolve," he explained, his tone sending a shiver down Y/N's spine.

Y/N furrowed his brow, trying to make sense of Siegrain's cryptic words. "I'm not sure I understand," he admitted, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

Siegrain's smile twisted into a predatory grin. "You will, Y/N. In time, you'll come to understand that in the pursuit of freedom, there are no easy choices, only difficult decisions," he replied ominously.

Y/N nodded slowly, a sense of foreboding settling over him. "I'll keep that in mind," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

With a final, cryptic glance, Siegrain turned on his heel and strode away, leaving Y/N standing alone in the courtyard, his mind swirling with thoughts of freedom, sacrifice, and the uncertain path that lay ahead.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the courtyard, Y/N couldn't shake the feeling that he had just brushed against something dark and ominous, something that would shape the course of his destiny in ways he couldn't yet comprehend.

Y/N and Makarov made their way back to the guildhall, the evening sun casting a warm glow over Magnolia. Makarov walked beside Y/N, a proud smile on his face. He couldn't help but feel a surge of pride for his grandson, who had handled himself with dignity and maturity during the meeting.

"Y/N, you handled yourself admirably in there," Makarov said, his voice filled with genuine pride.Y/N beamed at his grandfather's praise. "Thanks, Gramps. It means a lot coming from you," he replied, his voice tinged with gratitude.

As they reached the guildhall, the doors swung open, revealing Erza, Natsu, Gray, and Happy, all wearing wide grins.

"Y/N!" Natsu shouted, bounding toward him. "We're going to Akane Resort! You're coming with us!"

"Yeah, it's gonna be a blast!" Gray chimed in, his excitement evident.

Erza smiled warmly at Y/N. "We wouldn't dream of going without you, Y/N. You're coming, whether you like it or not."

Y/N hesitated for a moment, feeling the weight of his responsibilities. "I don't know, guys. I have a lot of work to catch up on," he said, trying to protest.

But Erza, Gray, and Natsu wouldn't take no for an answer. In a whirlwind of motion, Erza, with her unparalleled strength, quickly tied Y/N up with her luggage.

"You're coming, whether you like it or not," Erza declared with a mischievous grin.Natsu and Gray grabbed Y/N's arms and dragged him towards the waiting car, their excitement uncontainable.

Cana and Mirajane chuckled as they watched the scene unfold, waving goodbye to Y/N. "Have fun, Y/N! We'll hold down the fort while you're away!" Cana called out.

With a mix of laughter and protests, Y/N was kidnapped by his friends, whisked away to Akane Resort for a well-deserved vacation. Makarov watched them go, a smile playing on his lips, feeling proud of his grandson and the family he had found in Fairy Tail.

Unbeknownst to them, the tranquility of their trip would soon be disrupted by the looming shadow of the Tower of Heaven.
