Todoroki was quite frustrated at his failure to get the provisional license, he believes that he isn't really mature enough. He's aware that what he did would've caused people their lives if it was an actual villainous fight. Inasa was the one who started it though, but yet he failed to reason with him. They literally were on the same page cause both of them hated Endeavor a lot.
Todoroki sighs just knowing how infuriated his old man probably is. He feels as if he needs to improve, at this rate he'll be just an ice version of his father. But how will he exactly improve?
Todoroki pondered as he gazes to the night sky. He was laying on top of the roof of the dormitories.
He's aware that he'll most likely bump into one of the Dreemurr's they frequent this spot anyways, apparently the three of them loves staring at the night sky. He couldn't really blame them, it was a captivating sight.
Then suddenly as if a light bulb lit up in his head, he got an idea. Why not ask Stretch to help him with his troubles, he seems quite mature and can probably instruct him on ways to improve. He was most likely to be much mature than the other two. Plus, to Todoroki all of the Dreemurrs seemingly came from troubled backgrounds or something, Stretch seems to already know his stand. Additionally they seem quite close with Aizawa, are they perhaps Aizawa's secret love child or something?
He quickly messaged Stretch, which number he ended up obtaining because it apparently slipped as he had written it on paper and shoved into the phone case.

'Well that was quick, he'd usually take 30 mins to reply' Todoroki thought to himself. Suddenly a orange light blitzed through, ah speak of the devil.
"So what do you wanna talk about?" Stretch says as he took a box of cigarettes from his pocket
"I have a question, was I really immature for fighting Inasa back?" Todoroki asks as he sat down the edge of the building, dangling his legs of the edge
"Yep, you could've at least talked to him. You both hate Endeavor anyways" Stretch says as he took one cigarette from the box he had and then put the box back
"Y'know you really shouldn't be smoking in U.A" Todoroki says as he eyed Stretch lighting it up with a lighter and placing it in his mouth
Stretch just shrugged and payed no mind as to what Todoroki had said. The wind howls, giving a cool breeze to the two. Soon Stretch also sits down at the edge of the building
"I want to see that old man's infuriated face upon learning that i did not pass" Todoroki says as he chuckles to himself
"He probably had his face scrunched up n' everythin" Stretch says letting out a low chuckle as he adds "Next time he annoys you, do me a favor; give him a middle finger."
"I'll definitely do that" Todoroki cheekily replies, etching it in his mind
"Anyways, why'd cha' call me here. Surely it ain't for us to casually trash-talk your old man" Stretch says as he immediately got straight to the point.
"Well it's cause i have a selfish request."Todoroki admittedly says to Stretch
"Kay' bring it on" Stretch says
"Can you train me for a bit. I wanna see on where I can improve" Todoroki says as he looked at Stretch
"Sure I'll agree, as long as you treat me to food" Stretch says as he sneakily placed some sort of deal. He's not gon train someone for free anyways
"Deal" Todoroki replies
"Wanna ask tho, where'd you even get that idea?" Stretch questions curiously as he breaths out smoke
"From my brain." Todoroki says and then adds "Anyways, it was because I saw Shift helping Bakugo a bit and he made quite the noticeable improvement in just a short amount of time"
"Now your wondering if I could do the same? Admittedly I'm not as good as Shift, that asshole deals with children way more often and that's probably where they got that" Stretch says and then adds "They probably see Bakugo as some kind of pomeranian because of how feisty that guy is"
"For some reason I can clearly imagine that scenario" Todoroki says dumbfoundedly
"Anyways let's drop the chit-chat. And start" Stretch says knowing damn well he'll be busy as fuck
In the end Stretch actually managed to help Todoroki in improving by instead focusing on small doses of his quirk as he's usually often using it in large quantities although fire was trained in an opposite way compared to the ice. Stretch also told Todoroki that he shouldn't fully rely on his quirk and at least work on his physique. He himself should be the weapon not the quirk. He also taught to mix his physical shit with the quirk so that he doesn't stand idly like some kind of bystander.
Sure enough, this type of training would be the most beneficial.

Time skip
(Around a day or two later)

"Have you three picked an intern already?" Aizawa asks as he sips his coffee
"Nope, we dunno what to pick." Stretch answers with a shrug
"Do ya have a recommendation?" Shift questions as they stopped their game
"Hawks wouldn't probably accept at the moment. I heard he's busy." Aizawa says as he looked up pondering for quite a bit. He's aware that they wouldn't quite fit with best Jeanist as he's up-tight meanwhile Endeavor is disliked by them
"Sooo, got any in your mind?" Shift questions curiously as they placed their phine down
Sans just fell of the chair because he attempted to sleep on it. It worked but he fell while asleep
"Told you to stop sleeping at the chairs" Stretch says to Sans
Ignoring the commotion around him, he deduced that working with Crust is their best bet. Soe he says "Just how about interning with Crust?"
"Crust? Who's that?" Shift questions as they try to remember who Crust is
"He's No. 6 at the moment and might be able to accept you three. He does accept interns anyways" Aizawa says
"Sure we'll give his place a shot" Shift says
"To be honest you three should split up and choose different heroes... Wait no, don't. That's basically spreading chaos" Aizawa says as he immediately retracted what he just said
"Well that's true" Sans says in agreement and then adds "Welp we should get going now."
"Not with your ketchup stained shirt, at least pick a better one" Stretch scolded
"Kay" Sans says as he shortcuts being too lazy to walk
Sans shortcuts back after wearing a new shirt as he saw Shift enter their room. Then all of the sudden a roach started flying towards Shift
"Ahh! Why the hell is there a roach at my room" Shift says as their eyes glowed red. Immediately spurring into action as they hit the darn roach with a knife. Afterwards they hurriedly get the spray, in case there was more to come
"Oh, when we were away. Tem made a mess. That probably attracted a roach to the house." Aizawa says casually as he continues to read the newspaper he picked up
"How huge of a mess did Tem even made?" Stretch questions nervously as he looks at Shift being going batshit insane
"Well Tem dragged a container of food from the outside and took it in through a window. The food made a trail cause it spilled. The mess was in the kitchen." Aizawa explains not really bothered how Shift is basically jumping everywhere
"Oh, so that's why Shift's room is basically just beside the kitchen anyways" Sans says casually in acknowledgement
"kill it, kill it, kill it...." Shift mutters while holding a knife on their left hand and a bug spray in the other all while frantically searching each corner of the area.
"Don't worry about it that much Shift. I'll just call in experts to get rid of the roaches. Best to not go home for the day."
"Okay.. But if any of those darn chemicals kill the plants in my room...." Shift says while slowly calming down from the initial fright
Aizawa stayed silent as he opts to continue reading his newspaper while Shift simply left the house considering how much Shift dislikes bugs, especially spiders.
Stretch and Sans was about to leave not until Aizawa asks "One question. How many plants are in Shift's room?"
"A lot" Both of them answers in union
"Mind you, there are also vines there" Stretch says while leaving with Sans out of the house.
After they left they quickly went to the portrayed information on where Crust could be and sheepishly entered the infrastructure. The design of this said infrastructure was quite open as it's probably more accustomed to receiving guests as the hero owning this said structure is team-oriented. Obviously before they even set foot there they did contact the hero. You wouldn't want to waltz yourself in private property, now do you?
Once they entered they were warmly greeted at the reception they sat down a bit as some people alerted Crust about their arrival. It was obvious that they were expecting their arrival. Then, they were escorted to the office of the hero. They were aware that they would probably be most likely tested if they were to open the door.
Welp either way they swung the door open and immediately was greeted by an attack. Shift being the one who twisted the knob, easily sliced the detached sheild that flung at them. They smiled at Crust to get an amusing reaction out of him. As Crust was about to send another attack he felt two hands rest upon his shoulders. He turned around to see Stretch and Sans already being there. Albeit Sans had to stand on a small chair to execute this seamless movement. Well that's what's to be expected if the guy was literally 6.4 ft tall.
"Hello there! Welcome. You three surprisingly caught me off guard. The three of you expected an attack. What gave it away?" Crust gleefully says as he gave up his attack
"Eh, the reception took long and it was to be expected. Our last intern did the same" Stretch admittedly says
"An eye for details, I see! What outstanding perception." Crust happily as he swiftly took the papers and signed them.
"Well you three are quickly accepted" Crust says as he gave a thumbs up
"So, who's who?"
"I'll give a greeting... Knife to meet'cha im Shift or crimson. That's Sans and that's Stretch" Shift says as they pointed to the person the introduced
"Okay, so I will just fill you three the information you'll need for our patrol. Here's the route we'll take" Crust says as a detailed hologram of tge area they'll patrol show up in his desk "Make sure to keep your eyes peeled! We have this heartfelt task to protect the people."
"One question, is this area included?" Shift asks as they pointed out to an sector where the path seems to be bugged
"Yes! It's just that the hologram bugged" Crust answers as they were reminded to fix their gadget next time.
"Well thanks for your clarification" Stretch says as they mentally tried to remember the entire route.
"Better to be off for the day! We have a patrol tommorow. Don't be late!" Crust says
Sans the entire time was carefully observing the entire thing. Not really bothering to talk unless he does need to. He easily mentally noted that Crust is quite the emotional man

Time Skip
(the next day)

The patrol went as what they expected. The usual avoid people that will recognize them and focus on the patrol kind of thing. They were focused on patrolling all of the sudden an scream was heard
"There's a heist, northwest." Sans says while turning around.
"Stretch nodded and looked to Crust as he extended a hand. Initiating a shortcut to the said location..
They immediately showed up. Easily defeating 3 in one go. Obviously Crust took the initiative to free the terrified victims, he trusts that the three can fend themselves for a minute.
"Tch, did you say that there were no heroes nearby?!" One of the robbers says infuriating
"There was none!!" The other cried
"The how'd they arrive this fucking quick?! Useless shit!" The one with the rpg snarls
"Y'Know you really shouldn't underestimate people..?"Shift says as they twisted their head in an eerie manner behind one of the remaining robbers and slashed it.
"Fuck! Retreat! Retreat! Leave the goods for now" Another shouted, probably the leader
"It's it too late for that?" Shift questions as they hit the guy with the hilt of their knife. Easily knocking the guy our
One villain was holding a rpg and aiming it towards them. This made Sans realize something, he looked around the others and his guess was most likely true...
Shift and Stretch kept on the onslaught. Easily overpowering the left over three robbers
The enemies were quickly subdued. Only taking a minute in total to execute. They wrapped the robbers in the same rope they used to wrap the poor civilians.
"Is everyone okay?" Crust worriedly questions
The civilians took a sheepish nod assuring that none were injured despite being taken as hostages.
Crust just expressed a sigh of relief. Then he turned to the three who were looking around seemingly trying to solve some sort of puzzle. He was astonished that they managed to take care of the robbers that quickly. Looks luke he didn't need backup he's a team oriented hero after all. A good attacker is always required to be with him, although it seems that their information weren't really lying...
The principal of U.A. already gave a share of information about these three and it was obvious that they have experience with these kinds of things. It's honestly surprising but also worrying the reality of the world already showed itself to them despite the age.
"Good job there! Nicely done. I'll contact the police you three get a 30 min break. I'll wait for the police to arrive. Their quite far from here.
"M'kay" Shift says as they plopped plopped down
Stretch left to go outside probably to smoke again
Sans meanwhile tugged at Crust's shirt trying to get his attention which he did get.
"What is it?" Crust questions as he looked to Stretch and Sans who was behind him
"I just noticed something earlier. These people were most likely given weapons for a really-really cheap price. They don't even know how to wield it properly" Stretch says in a low tone making it that so only Crust would be able to hear what he said
"You believe that there's a weapon dealer behind the scenes?" Crust says for confirmation
"I think so.." Sans sheepishly says while leaving Crust to go sleep in the corner

The whole ordeal earlier was done. The pol8ce had arrived and all was fine. They ended up resuming their patrol much earlier than anticipated. During the said patrol the went to the bugged out earlier from the hologram. It was suspicious to say the least. There was an alleyway there, it had a suspicious green color painted on the walls the entire had some plants in the edge and a neatly placed tree in front. The sidewalk obviously had thees every 2 meters but this alleyway blended with the background. The only thing that made it catch their attention was tge fact that this was the bugged out sector.
They signaled Crust to go in this alleyway that he almost passed by. Upon further inspection Sans concluded that the color was most likely 'go away green' it's the same shit that Disney uses.
"isn't this the bugged out section in the hologram earlier?" Shift questions for confirmation although they were already aware of it.
"I'm certain it is" Stretch says.
"Good work on memorizing the route" Crust compliments in a low voice
The three simply nods in acknowledgement
Upon entering the said alleyway they see a guy with a plague mask and L.O.V talking to one another they had a crate full of weapons with them. Sans immediately uses a shortcut to the roof tops to see much clearer. It was difficult to hear their conversation Crust litterally couldn't hear a thing yet he kept quiet knowing not to give their location away. He just silently called the cops and backup.
They crouched down to hear the conversation.
Stretch couldn't really hear a thing he was way too tall to be able to hear a thing. Sans definitely heard their conversation a bit but relied on their mouth movements to discern what they're saying. But, Shift takes the cake. Their senses were the best among them and heard chunks of the conversation. They may not be as good as Sans with reading facial movements they managed to piece it together. Stretch being the most sensible from the three looked around for clues and held both Sans and Shift's foot incase they fall, they're quite close to the edge after all.
A minute in the Villains left through a misty portal leaving no traces behind.
"Crust! The villains already left." Stretch says as they looked towards Crust
"They already did? What did they say?" Crust replies as he hastily retracts his request for backup
"They said something about an ultimate weapon that will rid the heroes of their abilities. An weapon that can remove a person's quirk" Shift says cautiously and questions whether would it work for them
"That's concerning! I can't even imagine such a terrible thing. Did they say anything else about it?!" Crust worriedly questions
"They said that the prototype is done an their looking to create the final output" Shift replies as they shoved their hands in their pockets
"Well gotta inform the heroes about this quick!" Crust exclaims
The police came to the scene and so did some heroes who still showed up even though the request was already retracted. Crust relayed the information that they managed to obtain to the others.
The police took notes and they ended continuing their patrol nothing odd happened only a few villains running amok, nothing else.
