Lando and Matilda sat on the sofa, a random movie on in the background as Matildas laptop sat in front of her. Her little brothers face plastered on the screen due to them being on facetime. It was midday and Lewis was on his lunch break at uni, holed in the accommodation with his headphones on.
"so you guys are doing a lie detector test, live? when?" the uni student stated. her brother was, admittedly, the book smart of the two. he was studying criminology and law in university and had actually went to college - unlike matilda who was already earning money through social media
"tonight, i said that already" matilda jokingly rolled her eyes
"yeah but when, i'm going to mums later so she'll probably put it on" lewis asked
"we're going to the studio at seven so after then" lando confirmed
"calm, i guess i'm staying at mums tonight then"
"you can literally drive lew" matilda scoffed
"yeah but you know mum, she'll get the vodka out and then i won't be able to drive" the boy put him middle finger up at the screen, eyes widening as one of his roommates enter the room
"alright you've got half an hour to eat and get back to campus, goodbye fuck face" matilda giggled. two faint masculine voices were heard from her brothers side of the call 'yo lew is that your fit sister' 'matilda!'
"alright by milly" her brother rolled his eyes, quickly hanging up as the girl laughed
