The morning sun cast a harsh light through the curtains as Jimin forced himself to wake up, his body still sore from yesterday's altercation with Bumseok.

Despite the pain, a newfound sense of determination flickered within him.

He refused to cower in fear any longer.

As he entered the kitchen, Jimin met Bumseok's cold gaze with a defiant glare of his own.

He would no longer be intimidated by his abusive boyfriend's threats.

"Who were you talking to last night?"

Bumseok's voice sliced through the air, filled with suspicion and anger.

Jimin squared his shoulders, refusing to back down.

"None of your business," he shot back, his voice laced with a steely resolve.

Bumseok's eyes narrowed, his fists clenching at his sides.

"You dare to defy me? Again ?" he growled, advancing towards Jimin with a menacing aura.

But Jimin stood his ground, unflinching in the face of Bumseok's rage.

"The next time you lay your hands on me," he declared, his voice trembling with suppressed fury, "I swear you'll regret it."

For a moment, silence hung heavy in the air as Bumseok's eyes bore into Jimin's with a mixture of shock and anger.

But Jimin refused to waver, his resolve unwavering.

With a frustrated grunt, Bumseok turned on his heel and stormed out of the room, leaving Jimin alone with his thoughts.

Though he knew the confrontation was far from over, Jimin couldn't help but feel a sense of empowerment coursing through him.

As he prepared to face another day in his tumultuous relationship, Jimin vowed to never again allow himself to be a victim of Bumseok's abuse.

He knew the road ahead would be difficult, but for the first time in a long while, he felt a glimmer of hope that he could reclaim control of his life.

The first light of dawn filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows of Jungkook's lavish penthouse apartment, casting a soft glow over the sleek, modern furnishings.

With a groan, Jungkook stirred from his slumber, his mind still foggy from a restless night.

As he slowly blinked his eyes open, the first thing his gaze landed on was a bottle of premium vodka sitting on the sleek marble countertop of his kitchen island.

The sight of it brought a wave of frustration crashing over him, a bitter reminder of the countless nights he had spent drowning his desires and frustrations in alcohol.

Jungkook's thoughts drifted to Jimin, the object of his unrelenting desire.

He couldn't shake the image of those captivating eyes, the curve of those enticing lips, the way Jimin's presence seemed to ignite a fire deep within him.

But as much as he longed for Jimin, he knew their connection was fraught with complications.

The pressure from his family to uphold their image, the expectations placed upon him as the heir to their business empire—it all weighed heavily on him, suffocating him with its suffocating embrace.

With a frustrated growl, Jungkook reached for the bottle of vodka, his fingers wrapping tightly around its neck.

He knew it was a temporary escape, a fleeting respite from the turmoil raging inside him.

But in that moment, it was all he had.

Taking a long swig of the potent liquid, Jungkook felt the burn of it as it slid down his throat, momentarily dulling the ache in his chest.

But as he set the bottle down with a hollow thud, he couldn't shake the feeling of emptiness that lingered within him.

Dragging a hand through his tousled hair, Jungkook stumbled towards the expansive windows, the pounding headache intensifying with each step.

He flung the curtains open with a dramatic flourish, the cool morning air washing over him like a balm.

Leaning against the window frame, Jungkook let out a frustrated sigh, his gaze fixed on the sprawling city below.

The weight of his desires, his frustrations, his responsibilities—it all seemed too much to bear.

But as the sun rose higher in the sky, casting its golden rays over the city, Jungkook felt a spark of determination ignite within him

. He may be trapped in a world of expectations and obligations, but he refused to let them define him.

With a steely resolve, Jungkook straightened his posture, his jaw set in determination.

He may not have all the answers, but he wouldn't let anyone—not his family, not society, not even his own desires—hold him back.

...

As Jimin stepped out of the house into the crisp morning air, he couldn't shake the sense of relief that washed over him, momentarily lifting the weight of his tumultuous relationship with Bumseok off his shoulders.

Lost in his thoughts, he barely noticed a guy's approach until they collided, sending papers scattering across the sidewalk.

"Oh, I'm so sorry," Jimin exclaimed, bending down to help gather the scattered documents.

The stranger smile was disarming as he crouched down beside him, his eyes sparkling with a hint of mischief.

"No harm done," he replied smoothly, his voice velvety and smooth like warm honey.

As they picked up the papers together, the charming guy's gaze lingered on Jimin's features, and a faint blush crept onto Jimin's cheeks under his intense gaze.

But before Jimin could react, the stranger spoke again, his tone casual yet strangely direct.

"Sorry if this sounds forward," he began, his voice low and confident.

"But I couldn't help but notice you. There's something intriguing about you."

Jimin's heart fluttered at the unexpected compliment, his dimples deepening as he flashed Minho a shy smile.

"Thank you," he murmured, his cheeks flushed with embarrassment.

"But I'm actually seeing someone. i mean i have a boyfriend"

But the stranger seemed undeterred by Jimin's response.

With a sly grin, he produced a business card from his pocket and pressed it into Jimin's hand.

"Just in case things change," he said with a wink before rising to his feet and strolling away, leaving Jimin feeling both flustered and strangely exhilarated.

As Jimin watched him disappear into the distance, a warm flush spread across his cheeks, and he couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement in his chest.

Despite himself, he found the strangers boldness endearing, and the thought of their chance encounter brought a smile to his lips as he skipped home, his heart lighter than it had been in days .

Moreover he's striking appearance to jungkook was so noticeable.

Meanwhile, across town, Jungkook wrestled with his frustration, the memory of Minho's confident smirk lingering in his thoughts.

Despite his annoyance, Jungkook knew better than to act rashly.

He prided himself on his ability to remain composed, even in the face of provocation.

Entering the office, Jungkook's gaze landed on Minho, who lounged in his chair with an air of self-assurance that grated on Jungkook's nerves.

Suppressing the urge to confront Minho outright, Jungkook reminded himself to stay focused on his work, knowing that patience would serve him better in the long run.

As the day wore on, Jungkook found himself preoccupied with thoughts of Jimin, the memory of Minho's friendly overture leaving a lingering sense of unease.

Though he trusted Jimin implicitly, Jungkook couldn't shake the feeling of protectiveness that washed over him, a primal instinct to shield Jimin from any potential harm.

But as Jungkook glanced at his phone, a message from Jimin appeared on the screen, a simple yet reassuring reminder of their connection.

With a sigh, Jungkook allowed himself a moment of solace, the warmth of Jimin's words offering a brief respite from the tension that simmered beneath the surface.

...

Jungkook being suddenly being called by his dad entered his office with a controlled stride, his expression a mask of calm determination.

His father sat behind the imposing desk, his features stern and unyielding, while Minho lounged against the doorframe with a smirk playing on his lips.

"Jungkook," his father's voice was a command, demanding his attention.

Without a word, Jungkook took a seat opposite his father, his posture relaxed but his eyes sharp with focus.

He knew what this meeting was about – another attempt to coerce him into marriage, into conforming to the family's expectations.

"Why won't you just do as I ask?" his father's frustration was evident, but Jungkook remained unfazed, his composure unwavering.

"Because I have my own plans, Father," Jungkook replied smoothly, his tone measured and deliberate.

"And they don't include a loveless marriage."

His father's expression darkened at the defiance in Jungkook's tone, his jaw clenching with barely contained anger.

"You are being selfish, Jungkook," he retorted, his voice tight with tension.

"You have a responsibility to this family, to uphold our traditions and secure our legacy."

Jungkook met his father's gaze evenly, his resolve unyielding.

"My responsibility is to myself, Father," he countered, his voice unwavering.

"I refuse to sacrifice my own happiness for the sake of tradition."

The tension in the room was palpable, the air thick with unspoken resentment.

Jungkook's father leaned forward, his voice low and intense.

"You think you know what's best for you, Jungkook," he said, his words laced with frustration.

"But you're naive. You don't understand the consequences of your actions."

Jungkook's jaw tightened, but he maintained his calm exterior, refusing to be provoked.

"I understand perfectly, Father," he replied evenly.

"And I accept the consequences."

Before his father could respond, Minho interjected with a smirk, his voice dripping with malice.

"Perhaps Jungkook simply hasn't found the right person yet," he suggested, relishing in the tension between them.

Jungkook's lips curled into a knowing smile, his eyes glinting with mischief as he turned his gaze on Minho.

"And perhaps you should mind your own business, Minho," he retorted, his tone laced with subtle mockery.

"This doesn't concern you."

But Minho only grinned, unfazed by Jungkook's taunt as he leaned back against the doorframe, content to watch the drama unfold.

Jungkook remained silent, his gaze fixed on his father's stern visage.

He couldn't bring himself to reveal the truth, to admit the real reason behind his reluctance to settle down.

Not when it would risk everything he held dear.

He wasn't ready to sacrifice everything for a guy .

A guy that was on he's mind 24/7,that he couldn't distance himself from even though he had a boyfriend , a guy he might have fell inlove with.

No he isn't, he is a very calculative guy he needed to be sure he was ready to risk everything .

Jungkook instead of rising to the bait, he forced himself to remain calm, to keep his emotions in check.

"I assure you, Father, that's not the issue," Jungkook replied evenly, his tone betraying none of the turmoil churning within him.

His father's expression hardened at the defiance in Jungkook's voice, his disappointment palpable in the air.

"If you won't comply with our wishes, Jungkook," he warned, his voice cold and cutting,

"then perhaps it's time we consider other options. Like bumseok who is just as good as you"he said sitting back

"Dad, don't be ridiculous, now" he chuckled, shaking his head.

" you know I'm better than him." He continued laughing , almost teasing he's dad .

With a final nod to his father, Jungkook rose from his seat with deliberate grace.

"I will make my own decisions, Father," he declared, his voice ringing with quiet determination.

"And I will not be swayed by your attempts to control me."As he turned to leave, he caught his father's eye and offered a wink, a silent challenge in his gesture.

His father opened his mouth to speak, but Jungkook was already walking out the door, his father's calls fading into the distance.

As he passed Minho, Jungkook leaned in close, his voice a whisper that carried a hint of teasing mischief.

"I'll always be one step ahead, Minho," he murmured, a smirk playing on his lips before he disappeared down the hallway.

Jungkook's footsteps echoed through the empty corridors as he made his way out of the office building.

His mind was a whirlwind of emotions, his heart heavy with the weight of his father's expectations and the looming threat of Minho's ambitions.

As he stepped out into the cool night air, Jungkook's phone buzzed in his pocket, startling him out of his thoughts.

With a frown, he pulled it out, expecting another message from his father or perhaps another irritating reminder from Minho.

But the message that flashed across his screen was neither.

Instead, it was a simple text from an unknown number, the words sending a shiver down his spine:"We know what you've been hiding, Jungkook."

Jungkook's breath caught in his throat as he stared at the message, his mind racing with fear and uncertainty.

Who could possibly know his secrets? And what did they intend to do with that information?

A sense of paranoia gripped him as he glanced around, half-expecting to see someone lurking in the shadows, watching his every move.

But the street was deserted, silent except for the distant hum of traffic.

With a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach, Jungkook realized that he was no longer in control.

Someone else held the reins now, someone who knew far too much about him for comfort.

As he hurried home, Jungkook couldn't shake the feeling of dread that clung to him like a shadow.

And as he stepped into his apartment and locked the door behind him, he couldn't shake the chilling certainty that his life was about to change in ways he could never have imagined.

But a simple message from jimin calmed him down he switched of he's phone and went to bed

"I hope you dream alot , especially about me"
