"Hey yuta! You okay?!" Maki yelled,
"Mustard leaf!!"
"Get ahold of yourself yuta!!" Panda yelled
"You guys.." Yuta murmured, suddenly sitting upright
"Your wounds!"
"Maki..Inumaki!"
"Ah! Panda your arm!"
"No worries, we're in a better shape than you" maki said
"Where's Saeri??" He gasped, his classmates shrugging
"Isn't she inside" Maki frowned
"No! She was fighting, and she..she merged with her curse kinda! It was scary but cool! Then we took down suguru geto but she's not here!"
"You idiot!" Maki yelled "why'd you let her fight??" She punched him, panda hitting her over the head
"I'm sure she's fine"
"Unlike these guys my arm can be replaced" Panda spoke "thanks for saving us"
"Yuta." Rika spoke, interrupting the first year's moment
"Oh right! Sorry to keep you waiting rika" Yuta smiled
"What's wrong yuta?" Panda
"Uhm...in exchange for her powers, I agreed to go with her."
"Whaaat?!" Inuamki yelled, coving his mouth in surprise
"You mean death what are you thinking?!" Maki yelled as her and Inuamki pulled yuta way from the disintegrating rika
In place of the curse stood a young girl
"Huh?" Yuta blinked "rika?"
"Congrats" Gojo clapped "you've broken the curse" next to he stood Saeri who wore her usual cold expression, but her eyes were red, almost like she'd been crying
"Who are you? And Saeri why are you with that guy?" The first years spoke
"Seriously?" She deadpanned
"You're good looking teacher satoru gojo?" Gojo deadpanned
"I thought yutas theory was interesting so I looked into his lineage, rikas was completed a long time ago but yutas was quite the search. And we found it!"
"Apparently you're the decendant of michizane suguwara. Which makes us suuuuper distant relatives!!! Yay!!"
"Who?" Yuta blinked
"One of Japans big three vengeful spirits" Maki spoke
"Yay!! Yay yay!!"
"A big shot jujutsu sorcerer"
"Tuna"
"Yay yuta!!"
"What's up with him?" Maki muttered
"He's grieving" Saeri shrugged
"Yuta!" Gojo yelled "you were right, rika wasn't cursing you. You cursed rika"
"The curses severs the bonding tying sevent to master, if the cursed doesn't desire punishment then the curse breaks."
"Judging by the way things look, you already know that"
"So..it's my fault" Yuta cried "turning rika into a curse, hurting so many people..because geto was after me, so many people nearly died"

"Yuta, thank you." Rika spoke "for giving me time, for letting me be by your side. I've been happier these six years than when I was alive"
"Bye now yuta, be well" Rika smiled
"And don't come over soon okay?"
"Okay.." yuta sniffled

"You've been spending less time at school" Maki hummed as her and Saeri sat on one of the stone steps together sharing a drink
"Yeah, satorus not doing so good" Saeri admitted "So I'm staying at home in order to be there for him."
"And what about you?" Maki frowned
"What about me?"
"You lost your brother" maki reminded her "I may not have liked the guy at all but at one point he was your everything, you're bound to feel some type of way about him dying" Maki stated
"I'm fine honestly maki" Saeri hummed "our relationship was different from you and mais, I don't hold any positive feelings towards him" She stated, almost sounding like she was trying to convince herself that
"I know it's different" Maki mumbled "but I don't want to see you upset. You're my best friend"
"And you're mine" Saeri smiled "and I'm telling you that I'm fine, honestly"

"Yup, that's suguru" Nanami muttered as him, Utahime, Mei Mei and shoko sat in the morgue looming over Sugurus body whilst waiting for satoru
"It truly is a shame" Mei Mei sighed as nanami adjusted his gasses, Utahime whiping away a small tear whilst shoko put on her gloves
Their attention was averted to the door as it opened, only to reveal Saeri who was staring at the ground as if it was the most interesting thing on the planet
She was shaking from head to toe, covered in sweat yet still unable to cry even when she lifted her head up slightly to see Sugurus body
"Saeri, are you sure you want to see this?" Nanami questioned as he gently held the shaking girls hand
"I'm fine." She muttered
"Satoru isn't coming" She stated "he said he doesn't want the body to be creamated but that he leaves it in the care of jujutsu tech" She relayed, fiddling with her thumbs
"That's fine Saeri" Utahime said, giving the girl a tight hug
"Is he paying you for having to relay this information?" Mei Mei questioned, Utahime using her leg to kick her
"Your obsession with money needs to be studied" Shoko sighed, placing a hand on Saeri shoulder
"What do you want Eri? D'you want him to be cremated or not?" She asked, Saeri taking in a deep breath
"I..don't want him to be cremated!" She stated, bawling up her firsts, afraid her answer might offend them
"Then we won't" Shoko nodded
"They won't cremate his body" Saeri spoke as she took off her shoes and entered her and satorus place, the strongest sorcerer having been reduced to a ice cream eating mess
"Your temperatures going down" She hummed as she placed her hand over her caretakers forehead
"I'm sorry Eri" Gojo muttered "you shouldn't be having to fill in my place for these types of situations" Satoru sighed "you're grieving too"
"It's fine satoru" Saeri smiled "you've look after me all these years for nothing in return so let me return the favour" She declared, giving him a slight hug, Satoru pausing for a moment
"Your smile is just like his" Satoru noted, his voice barely audible to Saeri who just managed to catch it, her face dropping
"Sorry satoru! I didn't mean to upset you! I'll stop smiling!!" She said in a frantic tone
"No it's not a bad thing!" Satoru reassured her
"And why would I want my precious Eri to stop smiling??" He smiled
"that would destroy me!"

"Nooo" Shoko said in an unenthusiastic tone as Gojo continued to throw snowballs at her, the two second years running around collecting sticks in order to win the best snowman set up by Haibara and nanami
"Can't they work quietly? I can't hear my own thoughts" a five year old Saeri tutted, her and suguru working on their own designs
"Saeri, if they continue to mess around then we have a higher chance of winning" Geto nodded "let's focus on our work"
"Yes Suguru!" Saeri said with a determined nod
"Not too shabby, if I do say so myself" She smiled as she looked at a the giant poorly made snow bunny from her favourite cartoon she'd completed
"Woah!!" She gasped as she looked at Sugurus sculpture of the bunny's friend
"Huh, perhaps adding some muscle definition would make a bolder statement" Suguru pondered out loud
"My big brother has such talent!" Saeri thought as she admired his work "I knew I'd never be able to hold a candle to him!" She shook her head, going back to sculpting
"At the very least, I have to try and make his look good, I can't let my bad sculpture distract the others from his amazing one!"
"Your sculptures looking great Eri" Suguru smiled, catching his little sister attention "were definitely gonna win" he said with a thumbs up
"Really?? You think so?" Saeri grinned
"You can't even deny they're siblings" Nanami sighed
"Two peas in a pod" Haibara chuckled
