We cut inside The Bus to the living room area just outside the Command Center. They are all standing there talking and drinking coffee, Ward is there as well and May walks up.
May: Cruising altitude reached, bearing 90 degrees just over the north pole.
Coulson: Thank you.
He addresses the other agents.
Garrett: Apologies for the song and dance but we brought you here as a precaution.
Sitwell: A precaution against what?
Coulson: The Clairvoyant. If there is someone out there who can read minds, at least up here we're as far away from him as possible.
Tony; So what you were up against was a weirdo who looks into peoples mind
Wanda: I take offense to that. I can do that.
Tony: You are weird
Wanda: And your a douchbag -rolls her eyes smiling-
Sam; Wow. You've been hanging round Nat too much.
Nat: What? That's not me.
Tony: Really Natashlie? You aren't influencing her.
Nat: I wouldn't say that.
Steve: See you are.
Sitwell and Blake share a disbelieving look.
Natasha: ew Sitwell.
Steve: I still remember when you kicked him off the roof.
Coulson; You did what?
Natasha: he was fine! Sam had to ruin it.
Sam: Hey. We needed information. You also can't just kick a guy off a roof.
Skye: But then he wouldn't died of natural causes?
May: how is that natural? Pushing someone off a roof?
Skye: gravity is natural. Think about it. If gravity wasn't a thing he wouldn't die.
The agents of SHIELD team just roll their eyes and sigh
Garrett: Figure maybe the northern lights will knock a few bars off his psychic wi-fi.
Blake: Coulson you know S.H.I.E.L.D.'s stance on psychics, they don't exist.

At this Ward and May share a brief look.

Garrett: All we know for sure is the Clairvoyant has been a step ahead of us, stealing plays from our playbook.
Coulson: And it's pissing me off. I take it you've all read Agent Garrett's latest report?

Clint; Yeahh nothing really pisses him off

Trip: Agent Garrett and I have been tracking him the last few weeks.
Garrett: We think the Clairvoyant's super-solider bodyguard came after us for a reason. We're getting close.

Garrett and Coulson share a look.
Garrett: We've narrowed the list to 13 candidates.
Blake: Narrowed it how? From what?
Coulson: Agent Garrett has been taking a second look at S.H.I.E.L.D.'s gifted Index, specifically the rejects.
Skye: Rejects?
May: People who have been rejected from the index
Fury: People who don't make the cut
Garrett: Individual's S.H.I.E.L.D. interviewed who are believed to have psychic abilities but were ultimately dismissed.
Sitwell: So you think we've encountered the Clairvoyant before?
Coulson: Think how many cases we've encountered across the globe, how many cases we vetted. It's more than possible, it's probable.
Blake: I need more coffee.
Skye: That's so real. Hey Person in the walls can I have some coffee. Black cofee.
Me: Yes you may

Skye: Oh well. See this is what I go through living with a doctor

Hand: Let's assume what you're saying is possible. What then? If we're going up against an actual clairvoyant, how do you suggest we combat that?
Garrett: By compartmentalizing the information.
Coulson: A member of my team is an expert at pattern recognition and analysis, finding needles in haystacks.

Steve: yeah 100% true

Natasha laughs slightly
Clint: You made Nat laugh! That's an accomplishment.
Natasha: You make it sound like I'm some emotionless person.
While he's been obviously talking about Skye, May shoots Ward a glance.
Coulson: She'll prioritize the candidates on Garrett's list, locate them, then pair us off into random teams.
Skye: Ooo that sounds like funn. I get to choose your teams.
Garrett: That way only one person knows the full scope of the mission.
Skye: -fake gasps- and I'll get to know the whole mission. Me only. How much better could this get.
Some people laugh at her sarcasm.
Hand: You do understand that this person you're referring to, she'd need to be a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent to be granted that level of access.
Coulson: I'm glad you brought that up.
Cut to Skye in the lab, once again Simmons is drawing blood out of her.
Skye: Guys, I swear, I am fine. How much blood are you gonna draw before you believe me?
Simmons: Your recovery, it's honestly, quite remarkable.
Fitz: Strange.
Skye; God you two are so annoying
Simmons: You love us really
Skye: Debatable. I'm joking. I'm tired.
Sam: How are you tired after drinking coffee?
Skye: I don't know. I get tired after drinking it. It doesn't wake me up
Bucky: Your strange
Skye: I'm really not. Your strange. Is that not normal?
May: No. you're supposed to wake up after drinking coffee.
Skye: Oh. I always thought it made you tired. I used to drink it every night to help me sleep.
Natasha: Couldn't you have gotten sleeping pills
Skye: No they didn't work. It wouldn't be the fact I couldn't sleep it was that I was scared to sleep.
Clint: Why
Skye: That's a topic for another day guys.
He's holding a vial of her blood and is turning it this way and that looking at it.
Simmons: We know Coulson had a very different recovery experience, so we understand why he's hesitant about sharing our findings with others.
Fitz: Yeah, but something like this drug, it needs to be studied. It has the potential to save so many lives.
Simmons: We'd like to send a blood sample of yours to some colleagues to do a molecular breakdown. Maybe if you spoke to Agent Coulson –
Skye: Yeah, I don't think that's a good idea. If Coulson thinks it's important that this stays between us, then we should trust him. Right? He's the boss.
Simmons: So you're saying we should obey the rules.
She gives them an unsure nod of her head.
Fitz: Who are you, and what have you done with Skye?
Skye: That's so rude.
Simmons; You hate obeying the rules
Skye: No I don't
Ward: yes you do
Fitz: You hate rules
Simmons; You despise rules.
May: You hate them
Coulson: You refuse to listen to my orders and do your own thing.
Skye: Ugh. Yous are so mean to me.
Tony: Sounds a bit like Natasha and Steve
Natasha: What do you mean?
Tony; Your always on your own little missions
Steve: No we aren't
Clint: even I can't argue on that.
We can hear the doors open behind them, Skye turns when Ward speaks.
Ward: Skye, upstairs. Top brass wants to see you.
Skye: omg your learning from me. The nicknames. -fake gasps-
He walks out and she gives his back a confused look then she looks to Fitz-Simmons.
Cut to Skye standing amongst all the Agents in the living room area.
Skye: Pairing off makes total sense. Just one thought though, what if we make it a double blind?
Hand: How so?
Skye: Well, I'll give one person from each team the potential Clairvoyant's coordinates and I'll give the other one the identity. That way no one person knows the full specs of the op until you get there.
Hill; Your good
Natasha: yeah I woudnt have thought you were a rookie.
Tony: I like the way she thinks.
Wanda: So do I
Tony: Omg your finally agreeing with me on something
Wanda: Oh god. I wanna take that back now.
Tony; you can't
Coulson is giving her a proud smile as Garrett grins at her.
Garrett: I like how you think.
He looks to the other agents.
Garrett: I like how she thinks.
Ward; That's a surprise. He doesn't like many peoples opinions
Fury: No he doesn't. You impress him Skye.
Skye: Wow. Wouldn't have thought that. I don't impress a lot of people. People find me annoying. -fake coughs- ward
Skye: One question, how am I supposed to access all the classified files without someone in the room? I don't have clearance.
Coulson: Now you do.
He holds up a wallet with her badge inside.
Coulson: Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D., Skye.
Skye: No way.
Simmons: Omg I'm so happy for you
Natasha: Congrats kid.
Skye looks from the wallet to Coulson with large surprised eyes as he smiles at her. She takes the wallet and after he nods his head she opens it and sees her badge inside. She looks up at all the faces then over to see May (with a rare large smile) and Fitz-Simmons enter the living room area, they both have large smiles as well.
May: I told them to come up.
Skye smiles largely to May and Fitz-Simmons. Garrett and Trip are smiling, Hand and Blake remain passive.
Hill; May is smiling?!
Natasha: Omg your 100% attached now.
May: You two need to get over that
Skye: I –I don't know what to say.
She looks at Coulson.
Skye: Thank you.
Coulson: Don't thank me. You've passed every required S.H.I.E.L.D. exam with flying colors.
Hand: For a level 1 agent.
Peter: She's so rude for some reason
Garrett shoots her a look at this.
Yelena: Me too
Peter: That was the look I just gave the Tv.
Coulson: You've assisted us on multiple field missions, put your life on the line. You earned this.
Skye: Yeah I'm still not over the fact I got shot. God. That was a sight of a million
Garrett: Hell, you took two in the gut. More than Sitwell here's ever done.
Sitwell looks away from Garrett rolling his eyes a bit. Coulson and Skye share a small smile for a moment.
