The next two days passed as usual and today was the day of hearing
Mini woke up in the morning and went to check upon Neil who was already awake and was making breakfast.

Neil: Haan wo choti madam ko aaj breakfast me special cutlets chahiye the to uski prepration ke liye jaldi uth gaya tha.
Mini: Par aaj to hume court jaana hai na..tum chutanki se keh dete ki tum uske liye cutlets kal bana doge..

Mini was touched seeing the bond between Neil and Arya. She thought that though Neil was not Arya's father he loved her as much and was equally concerned for her.

Mini: Rehne do.. apni choti madam se hi poch lena..Mai tayyar hone jaa rahi hu phir hume court ke liye nikalna hai
Neil: Okk
Mini went to her room and got ready meanwhile Neil sent Arya to the bus stop with Rani
Mini came out and had breakfast with Neil and they both left for court

Judge: Karwayi shuru ki jaaye
Neil's Lawyer: Judge sahab jaise ki last hearing me humne bataya tha ki Miss Isha kitna recklessly spend karti hai aaj hum unke khilaf saboot lekar aaye hai
He presents the passbook as evidence to the court
It was shown on big screen such that the everyone presennt there could see.
Judge: (looking towards Isha's lawyer) Aap apne defence me kuch kehna chahenge?

Both Mini and Neil saw the case moving towards Isha's side

Khatri enters the witness box
Khatri: Judge sahab ye Neil jis mohalle me rehta hai mai uska president hoo.. Sahab ye baat to bilkul sahi ki Neil ka dimaag bada hi garam hai usne kai baar mere saath ladai ki hai yahan tak hi hathopai (physical fight) bhi ki hai. Iski maa bhi aise hi thi usne bhi hamare bhole thanedaar ko fasaya tha...
Neil could not tolerate this anymore. He could not bear anything said about Mini. He got up from his seat and was going towards Khatri with rage in his eyes. Mini quickly grabbed his hand and pulled him back
Isha's Lawyer: Your honour dekha aapne kasie Mr. Neil mere witness ko harm karne ki koshish kar rahe the.. Ab to ye bilkul saaf hai ki Mr. Neil ek bohot hi hot tempered insaan hai

Neil's Lawyer: Your honour gussa aana ek human trait hai.. hum sabko aata hai..aur ek insaan kab tak hi tolerate karega.. Mr. Khatri ne jo ilzaam Miss Mini par lagaye wo bohot personal hai aur aise kisi ki personally target karna to theek nahi hai na.. Miss Mini Mr Neil ki dost hai aur hum sab apne doston ko save karna chahte hai unhe protect karna chahte hai.. bass isliye Mr. Neil apna aapa kho baithe.. Your honour mai aapko kuch aur bhi batana chahta hu jo ki humne ab tak nahi bataya
Judge: Accha bataiye
Neil's Lawyer: Your honour iss case me ek aur bohot hi important pehlu hai jo ye hai ki Miss Isha ne mere cleint Mr. Neil Oberoi ko cheat kiya hai. Unhone Mr. Neil Oberoi se shadishuda hone ke bawajood unke hi dost Mr Ritwik ke saath unko cheat kiya aur extra marrital affair chalaya. Aur hamare pass iska thos saboot hai. You honour with your permission mai Mr. Neil ki house help Saraswati ji ko court room me bulana chahunga

Neil: Sir maine aapko Isha ke extra marrital affair ke baare me bata to diya hai par mai chahta hu ki jab tak aapko aisa na lage ki case hamare haath se bilkul nikal gaya hai tab tak aap is baat ka zikr court me mat karna
Lawyer: Par aisa kyu Mr. Neil.. Ye to ek bohot string point hai jisse ye case ek hi hearing me khatam ho sakta hai..
Neil: Mai jaanta hu Sir.. Par jaisi bhi hai Isha meri beti ki maa hai.. agar uss par aise allegations lagenge to society uss par bohot saare sawal uthayegi aur sirf us par nahi meri beti ke wajood par sawal uthenge jo ki mai hargiz hone nahi de sakta.
Mini: Sir Neil is right.. jab tak ho sakega hum ye baat court me nahi uthayenge
Lawyer: I must say that aap dono bohot hi mature hai.. apki jagah koi aur hota to aisa bilkul nahi sochta

Sahab Isha didi ne mujhe bilkul mana kiya tha ki mai Neil baba ko batau ki Ritwik bhai aaye the.
Neil's Lawyer: Your honour iske saath saath hamare paas kuch cctv recordings bhi hai jo ki mai court ko present karna chahunga
He showed the Judge videos of Ritwik and Isha together.. All these were shown privately so that none's image was hampered
Judge: Saare sabooton aur gawahon ko madhya nazar rakhte hue court Miss Isha ko guilty ghoshit karti hai aur ye faisla sunati hai ki Mr. Neil apni beti se jab chahe mil sakte hai aur Miss Isha aur Mr. Ritwik ko 2 lakh each ka fine lagati hai. (Guyz mujhe nahi pata ki aise cases me kya punishment hoti hai to maine randomly likh diya) Sath hi mai Mr. Neil aur Miss Isha ko ye court divorced ghoshit karti hai. The court is adjourned for the day.
Judge left
Both Mini and Neil had tears of happiness in their eyes
Neil just hugged Mini tight as if there would be no tomorrow
Neil(whispered in Mini's ear): I can't thank you enough Mini.. Ye tumhare bina bilkul possible nahi ho paata. Thank you so so much
Mini: Its not needed Neil.. just know that mai humesha and forever tumhare saath khadi hu
They parted in a few secs
Both of them thanked their Lawyer and came out of the courtroom
They were called in a small office to sign the divorce papers. Isha was also present there
Neil: Tum ek acchi wife to nahi ban paayi Isha par I hope and I wish from the bottom of my heart that ki tum ek acchi maa banogi
Isha just nodded as she had nothing to say now
Both Mini and Neil left for haveli.
