I have unpublished my previous work towards self help. There was too much info needed that wasn't included to support my research, I had begun to incorporate more research into my work today, however, my laptop has died on me. I can get a revised version out later, the revision will include more information about why and how these things are important, along with, support from experts on productivity. I have read three books on psychology and am currently working on reading more, those books are Slow Productivity (Newport, 2024), How To Raise A Healthy Gamer (Kanojia, 2024), and Atomic Habits (Clear, 2018). I will often recommend and site these for reference in my work going forward. My previous attempt was quickly written and after reviewing, I found many useful mistakes. Hopefully, you will be patient with me, as I am very busy and confident at the same time, this will however get done.
