It had been 1 months since Rose saw the house and they had already moved everything and were now living in the house.
Rose was starting school today and she was really excited.
Rose sweetheart I'm leaving in 5 minutes - Addison yelled from downstairs

Addison and Rose went into Addison's car and drove off to the school.
Derek was already at the hospital he had started his shift a few hours ago.
Meredith was always glancing over at Derek but she had kinda kept a distance from him.

Derek and April walked into a patients room.

Ms. Filbert has a brain tumor and dr. Shepherd is going in from the side to try and remove it all - April said

Derek walked out the room followed by April.

Derek was walking down the hallway where Addison had just gotten out the elevator.

She seemed fine.. just a little nervous - Addison said with a smile
April had walked off because she couldn't stand watching them both together because April was falling for Derek.

Rose had gotten to know some people in her class but she had just gotten her cafeteria food when Sofia called for her.

Everyone in the school kinda already knew now that Ethan and Rose were together.
It was about 3:30pm.
Rose and Ethan had just gone home and picked up Jordan.
They were on their way to the vet now.

In 2 weeks I'll have the final test to see if I pass - Ethan said with a smile

They were driving on the green light but out of nowhere a speeding yellow car drives right into them.
The car flips two times.
Ethan and Rose both get hit in the accident, and they have both lost consciousness.
The people that saw the accident had called for an ambulance.
The driver of the yellow car was also unconscious.
After about 5 minutes the ambulance had arrived at the scene.
They get all the victims into the 3 ambulances and set of to the hospital.
Rose's phone had been smashed in the car.
Rose had gotten conscious again back in the ambulance, and that's when all the pain had hit her.
Rose started screaming in pain.
The paramedics was giving her morphine so she had calmed down.
Where we going? - Rose asked with a low voice
Mercy west hospital - A paramedic says
Take me to Seattle Grace Mercy West - Rose said slowly before blacking out
All three ambulances had arrived at Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital.
Miranda and her interns were already waiting on them.
Stevens, O'Mally you two take the first one - Miranda said
Avery, Kepner take the middle one - Miranda said
Yang, Grey take the last one with me - Miranda said
The first ambulance was Ethan while the second one was Rose and the last one was the driver.
Derek and Addison were both just sleeping together in the on call room.
Derek was paged to the ER but he was sleeping so he didn't see his pager.
April had gone out to find Derek.
April opened the on call room door and saw them both just sleeping peacefully.
April closed the door and started knocking hard on the door.
Addison woke up by the knocking.
What is it? - Addison asked with a sleepy voice
We need dr. Shepherd in the ER - April said
Addison woke Derek up, Derek walked out the room and down to the ER following by April.
Addison also walked out the room and up to the NICU.
Derek walked into the first trauma room.
What do we have? - Derek asked Jackson
Jane doe.. she was in a car accident.. her head is bleeding and there may be some damage to the brain - Jackson said
Have you paged dr. Torres about the leg - Derek ask while taking gloves on
She's on her way - April said
Derek faces the patient lying on the bed and that's when it hits him.
Oh my god - Derek almost screamed
What's wrong dr. Shepherd - April asked
Avery page the other Nero surgeon that's on call - Derek said
Jackson walked out to the pager and paged the other Nero surgeon.
Callie burst through the doors.
April told Callie about the patient and Callie had started on the leg.
Why aren't you doing anything dr. Shepherd - Jackson asked
Derek put his hands on his face and goes all silent.
Get her a head CT and a MRI scan - Derek says
The other Nero surgeon comes through the doors 2 minutes later.
Dr. Shepherd your here why do you need me then? - dr. Lino asked
I can't be on this case - Derek said in complete shock
Derek walked out the room and took his gloves off.
April walked out to Derek.
Is everything okay? - April asked
Derek walked over to the garbage can and threw up.
You're off my service for the day - Derek said
Did I do anything wrong? - April asked with a worried look
No.. now go back in and be with dr. Torres - Derek said
Why am I getting off your service? - April asked
That's my daughter in there.. she laying on that bed - Derek said before walking off
Richard was informed from April that it was Rose and Richard was shocked.
Richard had found Addison in the NICU and he had told her.
Addison ran to the elevator where Derek was standing in.
I was just about to find you - Derek said with red puffy eyes
She's here - Addison said while crying
Derek hugged Addison.
She's okay.. Callie is with her - Derek said
They both walked down to the ER.
Rose was back again and she was confused on what was going on.
Ma'm do you know what happened - Jackson asked
I was in a accident I think.. what hospital am I at - Rose asked
Callie looked up and saw that it was Rose.
Rose.. is that you? - Callie asked
Callie.. I think I am at the right hospital - Rose said with laughing a little
You know her? - dr. Lino asked
This is dr. Montgomery-Shepherd and dr. Shepherd's girl - Callie said
Rose had blacked out again.
Addison and Derek bursted though the doors.
Addison ran over to Rose.
How's it looking - Addison asked with tears falling down her face
She has a bleeding in the brain but we can fix that with some pills - Dr. Lino said
Her leg need to have surgery.. she might lose the leg if we don't move fast - Callie said
Go then - Derek said with red puffy eyes
They rushed Rose up to OR 2.
Richard walked through the doors.
I heard.. i don't want you both to do any medical I this condition.. I'll pray that she'll be okay and you'll both wait in the lobby not in the gallery - Richard said before walking out the trauma room
My little girl - Derek said
She can't die - Addison said
Derek hugged Addison.
They both walked up to the OR gallery dispute what Richard said.
They had both stopped crying but they both had red puffy eyes from the crying.
Derek walked to the bathroom where he saw that Ethan was getting into surgery with dr. Burke.
When Derek got back he sat down next to Addison.
Ethan is in OR 3 Burke's with him.. it's something with his heart - Derek said
I'm gonna call his parents - Addison said while getting up
