"Thank you so much, Jisoo! I can't believe she'll be having kittens soon!" A woman exclaimed checking out of the clinic with her cat after her monthly check-up.
"Can't wait to see them!" Jisoo smiled and handed her a bag. "Have some cat treats, we give them out for free."
"Thanks!" The woman smiled warmly taking the bag. "Drop by our café next time, okay?"
"Sure! As long as there's good food we'll be there!" Jisoo chuckled waving bye to her.
"Okay! See ya!" The woman pushed past the doors with her car.
"Han, remember when we were worried about adjusting to this new place? The people here really do make you feel at home." Jisoo blinked looking to his side where Jeonghan was supposed to be. "Han?"

Jeonghan escaped into his office nervously sitting on his chair near the window with a cup of coffee in his hands.
He stared out the window looking at Seungcheol's clinic waiting for his arrival.
Creak!
Jisoo peeked into the room with a smirk immediately understanding what was going on. But he thought of playing around before he got to the point.
"Oh, you're here already in here. Wanna grab a quick lunch while there are no patients in line?" A smile played on Jisoo's lips.
"A-Ah yeah, I just wanted to get some fresh air..." Jeonghan stuttered as his head snapped to look at Jisoo.
"Fresh air?" Jisoo internally laughed tilting his head trying to keep a straight face. "Han, the window is closed. That window, the only window facing the clinic next door, is broken remember? We can't open it... Him driving you home every day since the accident is still not enough for your daily dose of Cheol?"
"WHAT?! N-NO! I mean, I was just..." Jeonghan's face painted red as he began slamming the window with all his strength. "...I was thinking how nice it would be to have some fresh air in here!"
"That's why I'm trying to fix it!" Jeonghan laughed nervously and with the last slam the window flew open. "See? All I needed was a little..."
"...Cheol." Jeonghan froze at the sight of Seungcheol's face staring at him from above the fence.
"What's up, my dude?" Seungcheol smirked.
"Uhh... Just window problems." Jeonghan gulped. "Ummm... I didn't expect to see you out here..."
"Well, I was actually on my way there when I saw you at the window so..."
"T-Then..." Jeonghan stuttered biting his lower lip before he exclaimed rather loudly. "Why don't you join us for lunch since you're already here?!"
"Oh man, I'd love to but I'm actually preparing to leave in a bit." Seungcheol scratched his head. "I just wanted to drop by to tell you that I won't be able to drive you home later."
"Ah! No problem!" Jeonghan froze unfortunately his brain was... Another story...
'Why did I say that? Han, why can't you keep your mouth shut? What happened to take your time? Help. I need to crawl into a bathtub. This is all your fault. "No worries! I'll drive your patient home for you, doc!" Jisoo winked giving a thumbs up to Seungcheol as he leaned on Jeonghan. "Where are you headed?"
"I have a friend coming home so I'm picking him up from the airport!" Seungcheol exclaimed.
"Oh, I'm assuming it's Mingyu? Seok told me about him." Jisoo smiled.
"Yup! It's him!"
"Have a safe trip then!"
Jeonghan sipped on his coffee.
"By the way, Forehead... Lunch sounds like a great idea! Let's do that soon, okay?" Seungcheol grinned. "My treat!"
"Just because you're paying doesn't mean you get to have the forehead pass!" Jeonghan bore his fangs hissing like a cat.
"Pffft... Laters!" Seungcheol gave Jeonghan a finger heart and walked away.
"Hey! Drive safely, coconut!"
"Gotcha!"
Just like that Seungcheol walked away and Jeonghan tinted pink.
"Heh~" Jeonghan bit his lower lip feeling happy.
"I don't mean to burst your bubble, but he probably meant lunch with all of us." Jisoo fake coughed to get Jeonghan out of his world.
"Y-Yeah. I knew that..." Jeonghan shyly sipped in his coffee.
"Your face says otherwise." Jisoo teased.
"Jisoo not another word, please." Jeonghan sighed giving up.
"Oh, I just remembered something! All your social media accounts are deactivated, right?"
"Yeah..."
"No plans on returning?"
"I'm planning on making a new account when I have the time. Why?" Jeonghan leaned back into his chair as Jisoo created some distance between them.
"Well, Yeon-ee also has a new account and she sent me a friend request the other day."
"I see, why don't you accept it? It's not like you have any beef with her or anything." Jeonghan looked away unbothered.
"I just get the feeling that she's trying to contact you."
"If that's the case, the only reason I could think of is that it has something to do with the old clinic but even that can be settled with the help of a third party. There's really no reason for us to get in contact again, she most likely feels the same way judging by how she gave the ring back." Jeonghan's voice was calm yet cold and feelingless as if he was avoiding his anger. "Maybe she just wants to get in touch with you again, Jisoo."
"Eh? I don't know. What if I don't want to?"
"Haha! Then that's on you! I won't decide for you."

Inside the blustering airport, Seungcheol stood in front of the arrival gates.
"He should've landed by now..." He tried calling Mingyu over and over again only to get no response. "I wonder where he is."
Poke!
Someone poked Seungcheol's cheek from behind him.
"Oh wow, you look eighteen again with that haircut. I thought I went back in time for a second there." The person smirked seeing Seungcheol's head snap around to look at him.
"Mingyu!" Seungcheol exclaimed.
"C'mere! I've missed you so much!" Mingyu stretched his hands out for a hug with a smile.
"Wait, that's all your stuff?! Did you bring your whole house?!" Seungcheol's eyes fell on Mingyu's luggage. "There is no way all of that is going to fit in my car!"
"I was making sure I had something for everyone back home..." Mingyu still had his hands outstretched for a hug that Seungcheol did not respond to. "...I underestimated the sheer number of kids and grandkids that came up while I was away. But don't worry about it! We can always rent a car or two!"
Mingyu was rich rich!
"Pfft! Oh, yeah. I forgot mister big shot here has money to burn." Seungcheol scoffed.
"Yup! And you're always welcome to burn it with me! Now please just give me a damn hug. This is getting very embarrassing very quickly."
Seungcheol rolled his eyes and hugged the tall tree.
"There we go! Oh man, when I first left you smelled like a trashy college party." Mingyu laughed. "Now you smell like antiseptic and rubber gloves which is so much better!"
"That's the best compliment you could come up with, nerd?" Seungcheol raised an eyebrow.
"I'm just happy to see you again, shorty."
"Haha! Same." Seungcheol did his best to remain calm as he broke the hug and punched Mingyu's shoulder. "I'm glad you're back, Mingyu."
"Glad to be back, Cheol." Mingyu beamed.
