I wrote this 2 years ago but I still like it so here you go:)

I talk to the waves,

As life washes on,

Bye and past me,

Further and further on.

I talk to the waves,

Telling them my miseries,

Oh what a pain it is,

I talk to the waves,

Waltzing on their beaches,

Dancing for a crowd,

With maturity light years ahead of my peers.

Of my hubris and dumb mistakes,

When I begged,

And cried my amazing guise,

More than a superman,

More than a god.

I talk to the waves,

When I'm battled and bruised,

Ridiculed and humbled,

And nothing more than a boy.

I talk to the waves,

Even when I'm gone.
