Poem 1

As she stood on the bank,
Watching the waves come in and go out,
She sat down and thought,
“How could I be this lucky?”,
Lucky she was in fact, 
To have an opportunity,
To sit on the bank and watch,
The wave of Life go in and come back out, Almost as if the ocean is breathing.
