IN THE HARROWING YEAR OF 1943, THE SPECTER OF DEATH LOOMED OMINOUSLY... As the thunderous roar of planes shattered the tranquil skies of the training center in Florida, one aircraft in particular seized the attention of the Colonel. In his efforts to assemble a formidable squadron from diverse corners of the nation in preparation for the impending war, he was startled to discover that among the recruits stood a woman of remarkable prowess. The defiance of the longstanding conventions of gender roles within warfare came as a profound shock to him, as he analyzed the lady.
Never before had he seen, in the history of major conflicts, a female venture into such a domain. To discriminate based on gender surely seemed very stupid to the man whose only purpose was to create a mighty army. Without much doubt, he confidently strode up to the woman, who came across as a loudmouth, by the way she was slandering all her colleagues. Roaring with laughter, they all seemed to get along fine, which meant that as far as teamwork was concerned, she shouldn't have too much problem.
Little did he know, his decision would go on to save millions of lives...

★Before you proceed, keep in mind that all the characters in this book are around the ages of 18-35. The y/n I have in mind is around 21-24, Bucky is around 24-27 and so is Buck, but I'll let you guys decide. I wasn't too sure about their real ages... Just imagine whatever you want as long as they're all legal yk.
★The major plot for this book will be a based on Masters of the Air series, but with my own execution and additional events.
