That night Klaudia heard noises from inside the house, she believed someone was lurking outside of the house but she wasn't sure. She climbed out of bed to close all of her curtains in the house, and then started to check the cameras she had installed, Klaudia "that's when she finally noticed there was someone outside, specifically by her back door that went to the yard. That's when something broke one of the windows, all that was heard was glass shattering, Klaudia "baby wake up, Avery please wake up", Avery "mommy", Klaudia "shhh baby, just stay quiet", Klaudia lifted her daughter and went to hide in her master closet. She shut the door and locked it, Klaudia sat in the corner of her closet in the dark with her daughter between her lap, Klaudia "just stay quiet mami", Klaudia heard footsteps outside of her room, which frightened her even more, Avery "mommy where are you going", she whispered, Klaudia "to distract the intruder", Avery "no momma", she cried, the intruder hit Klaudia above her face, the glass pierced through her skin, blood poured down her face, Klaudia loss consciousness immediately, Avery was terrified, but didn't make a sound or say a word, so within a few minutes the intruder had finally vanished from their house. Avery ran over to Klaudia who wasn't moving, Avery "mommy, mommy. Mommy wake up", she said shaking her mom's body, "momma. Mommy please wake up, don't die mommy. Mommy", Avery was more than scared, she started panicking, and didn't know what to do. Avery took her mom's phone from her pocket and dialed emergency services. "9-1-1 how can I help you", Avery "my mom is hurt, really hurt. Someone broke into our house and hurt her", "is your mom moving", Avery "no she's losing blood, she loss consciousness", "sweetie can you tell me your mom's name and your name", Avery "my name is Avery and my mom's name is Klaudia", "okay. Help is on the way, stay put. Can you do that for me, can you stay put", Avery "yeah", "just stay on the line with me until emergency services get there", Avery "okay", "do you hear anything, any sirens", Avery "yeah", "that's them", Avery ran downstairs to open the front door, "hi there. Sweetheart where's your mom", Avery "she's upstairs", Avery took the paramedics upstairs to where Klaudia was, the paramedics began to check her and then lifted her onto a stretcher and got her in the ambulance, "is there anyone you can call", Avery "can I please call at the hospital", "sure", a paramedic lifted her into the ambulance and she sat beside her mother, holding her hand the entire way to the hospital. At the hospital. "Sweetie is there anyone you could call", Avery "yeah. But I'm not leaving my mom", "you can stay, I'm not saying you have to leave her. You can stay with her", Avery took out her phone, going through her contacts list and searched for her mom's boyfriend's phone number, and she called him. The first two times she called, the phone went straight to voicemail, but she decided to call for a third time, and that's when he picked up the phone. Chris "Avery. Is that you"? Avery "yeah it's me", Chris "it's nearly four in the morning, why are you calling so early sweetie", Avery "mommy's in the hospital, she's right here next to me but she's not awake yet", Chris "hospital, what do you mean? Why are you two in the hospital", Avery "someone broke into our house, whoever it was hurt my mom. She needed a couple of stitches on her forehead", Chris "I will be there shortly, I'm gonna get ready and come to you girls", Avery "are you bringing Royalty with you", Chris "I was gonna have her stay with my mom, did you want me to bring her", Avery "yeah", Chris "okay. We'll be there shortly", Avery "okay", she hung up the phone, then climbed into the bed and laid beside her mother.

Avery left the hospital room and ran to Chris when she finally saw him, Chris "hey baby, how are you feeling", she shrugged her shoulders and brushed off the question, Chris "it's okay baby you don't have to answer that", they got back to the room. Klaudia "babe, what are you doing here", Chris "oh my gosh. Look at your face, your beautiful face, what did he do to you", Klaudia "baby I'm fine", Chris "how could you say that right now your in a hospital room right now", Klaudia "well I'm in this hospital right now because of her, she was brave enough to call for help. Mommy loves you so much", Avery "I love you too mommy", Chris "did they catch the guy that did this to you", Klaudia "I'm not sure", Avery "he vanished before police and paramedics arrived", Chris "we'll they better catch his ass, he could have really hurt the both of you", Klaudia "baby I'm okay. You don't have to be upset, I know you are upset and you have every right to be because I'm your girlfriend and I got hurt. But I'm okay and I'm gonna be okay", Chris "your so precious to be and I don't want you or Avery to get hurt", Klaudia "you too are so cute", Klaudia "I wanna get out of here", Chris "I don't know if I could ask them if they will discharge you any time soon", Klaudia "okay. Can you maybe ask", Chris "yeah. But your either coming home with me or I'm staying at your place so I know the two of you are safe", Klaudia smiled cutely. Chris "um hi are you Klaudia's doctor", "yes, I am", Chris "hi, I'm her boyfriend. I just wanted to know when she's gonna be discharged from the hospital", "um maybe in another hour", Chris "okay", "we are just checking her stats, and all that. She'll be discharged within the next hour", Chris "okay. Thanks", they headed to the room. Klaudia "oh my gosh stop baby your gonna make me laugh too hard, that hurts", Chris "what are you two giggling about", Klaudia "she was ticking me and now I can't stop laughing", Chris "the doctor told me you should be discharged from the hospital in about another hour", Klaudia "yay, I hate hospitals and really wanna go home", Chris "we'll be outta here soon baby", Klaudia "okay". About an hour later, Chris was taking Klaudia home, Klaudia "you can't stay with me. You need to go home to your daughter", Chris "my daughter is with her mom, Nia wants to get her better and then she can come back to stay with me. But Nia wants to have her fever go away. So I'm staying with you", Klaudia "okay", Chris "when we get inside you have to eat something so you can take your medicine", Klaudia "okay. Sweetie go to your room and watch tv, I'll be okay", Avery "okay", she said going to her room. Chris "you okay", Klaudia "I need some water", Chris "okay". Klaudia's phone started ringing, Klaudia "oh my gosh. What the fuck do you want Anthony? Didn't my boyfriend already explain to you that I didn't want to speak to you. That I wasn't interested in speaking with you. What the fuck is your problem", Anthony "I want you back, I'm really sorry for what I did to you and I shouldn't have done that to you. Please take me back and forgive me", Klaudia "you want me to forgive you for fucking cheating on me, with not one not two but twelve different girls. Hell no, I have too much self respect for myself to sit here and allow myself to be in another relationship with someone who cheats", Anthony "come on. I'll be better. What movie do you wanna watch", Avery "I wanna watch the conjuring", Klaudia "oh gosh, does it have to be a scary movie", Avery "please momma. Chris is here so he'll keep you safe when you scream lol", Klaudia "haha very funny. Fine I'll allow it", Avery "yay", Chris "why don't you like horror movies", Klaudia "it's just not my thing, i never really been into them", Chris "okay. Do you like scary movie", Klaudia "that one I could handle because it isn't scary, it's more on the funny side, we just can't watch that with Avery because it's not appropriate for her age", Chris "no worries, we could watch it another time", Klaudia "yeah", Avery played the movie. Throughout the movie, Klaudia had screamed so many times, both Chris and Avery were cracking up. Once the movie was over, Chris "you okay", Klaudia "that was not funny. You two were literally laughing because I was frightened", Chris "babe, it isn't that deep", Avery "mommy", Klaudia "just give me a moment", she said walking to her room. Chris "why don't you get ready for bed, it's getting late",
Avery "but", Chris "you need to rest and so does your mom. Go up to bed", Avery "okay. Fine. Goodnight Chris", Chris "goodnight sweetheart", Avery changed into her pajamas, brushed her teeth and then went to bed. Chris stood in the doorway of Klaudia's room, gently knocking on the door, Chris "can I come in", Klaudia didn't say a word, Chris "listen I'm sorry we laughed at you but why did you take it to the heart. It wasn't even that serious baby", Klaudia "because I don't like that, it just wasn't very nice and I didn't appreciate being made fun of because I'm not into scary movies", Chris "listen my love. It won't happen again, I'm really sorry. Do you forgive me"? Klaudia "say sorry again", she said pouting her lip. Chris "I'm sorry, I really am sorry", Klaudia "I forgive you", she said covering her face with a pillow, Chris "ready to go to bed", Klaudia "yeah. But I have to take my medicine first", Chris "oh yeah. Here", Klaudia "thanks", she said taking the pills and drinking water right after. Before going to bed the two of them watched scary movie part one and part two. After the second movie, they were fast asleep.
