Ok so I didn't get to update yesterday night because my phone got taken away
Anyways I weighted myself multiple times in the night cause I couldn't sleep
It was always at 79.7kg
I weighted myself in the morning today and am 79.3kg rn
I weighted myself in the afternoon and I'm 78.7 kg
I binged
I wasn't gonna beat myself up for it but I panicked and tried purging it and started throwing up blood whoops 😅
I hate myself
I weighted myself right after binging and it's 81.1kg
Currently having a mental breakdown
