- Third Person POV -
Previously before Seungcheol saw Jeonghan...
Jeonghan entered his room. He did not take a bath because he still needed to get his clothes from his room.
He turned the lights on and pulled down the red jacket's zipper when the chain caught his eyes as it peeked out of the pocket.
"Yeon-ee's ring..." Jeonghan felt his throat go dry as he looked at the chain handling it carefully.
He walked over and then placed it on his desk looking down. He gulped as his heart pounded.
He didn't know what to do. He wanted the ring back.
No... He needed the ring back.
His breath shortened as he started biting on his nails.
He clenched his fist angry at himself for losing the ring.
He was hurt carrying his conflicted feelings as he began to cry silent tears.
But... It wasn't going to do him any good.
And... He knew that.
"R-Right, I have to change." His voice croaked as he wiped his tears turning around.
In a way he wanted to ignore and part with the chain so that it did not remind him of her but... He loved her too much.
He walked pulling open his closet with trembling hands.
He clenched his teeth realizing his broken state.
Even though having the ring back was a sign of rejection, it made him feel safe.
Save from the feelings he suffered.
But he remembered sobbing...
"Jeonghan, let go..." Yeon-ee faced away from Jeonghan. "It's over we're though."
Jeonghan trembled as the arm he desperately grabbed slapped him away.
Yeon-ee had never called Jeonghan by his full name.
He gasped.
No... He still hoped that he could get back with her if he got the ring back.
Yes... If he got the ring back.
His lungs caged in and shortened his breath with each step he took after grabbing the chain and walking out of the house.
"Han?" Mrs. Boo looked at him with worry as she saw his lifeless and suffering face walk out of the house. But there was nothing she could do.
He walked and walked and walked...
Trembling.

Seungcheol on the other hand...
"Sorry Mingyu but I have to go..." Seungcheol turned around throwing away his devilish tie.
"What?! Why?!" Mingyu was appalled by his abrupt decision.
"Just tell them it's an emergency. Maybe you can re-schedule it?"
"You're making up excuses again."
"It's not like that..."
"Really Cheol? What if they decide to just not go through with it?"
"Tsk!! Fine! Believe what you want to believe, Mingyu. I'm leaving!" Seungcheol ran out of the house.
"Wait! Cheol!" Those were Mingyu's last words as Seungcheol cut the call.

Jeonghan walked one step after another as his chest heaved and the tears flowed endlessly.
"Han!" Seungcheol exclaimed standing a safe distance behind Jeonghan so as to not alarm him.
Jeonghan stopped in his tracks, but something yelled at him to run.
"It's late..." Seungcheol walked closer. "...Where are you going?"
Jeonghan walked picking up his pace.
Step! Step!
"Are you okay?" Seungcheol kept up with him still walking behind. "Do you want to sit down and talk?"
Jeonghan's heart thundered in his ears, and he did not answer.
"Han..." Seungcheol took a big step forward as his hand grazed the red jacket.
Jeonghan snapped turning around.
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" The tears streamed down his face. "I NEED TO GET IT BACK!"
Seungcheol froze gulping.
Jeonghan realized that he'd just yelled at him.
"S-Sorry... I-It's just..." Jeonghan sobbed covering his face with both hands. He lugs caged in as though there was an empty void at its center.
"It's okay don't apologize." Seungcheol held up his hands. "Just tell me what to do, Han."
"It's the ring... I-I have to find it..." Jeonghan trembled. "I c-can't lose that too."
"I see. Well, it's too dark to go looking for it right now." Seungcheol was being reasonable. "I'll help you look for it first thing in the morning."
"B-But..." Jeonghan curled squatting as he cried.
"It's not going anywhere, I promise." Seungcheol smiled as he got on one knee in front of Jeonghan.
"O-Okay..." Jeonghan bit his lips as he couldn't feel air seeping into his lungs.
"Cheol, I c-can't breathe..."
"Take deep slow breaths. Don't resist it. Just ride it out." Seungcheol smiled and then reached his hand out to bring Jeonghan's hands down so that he could see his face. And he still looked like an angel no matter what. "Don't worry. This only lasts for a few minutes. It'll be over soon."
"You're gonna be fine." Seungcheol caresses Jeonghan's hands. "Now why don't we get you home first?"
Jeonghan nodded as he stood up with Seungcheol's help before walking with him.
"After you've calmed down, we can figure out how to get the ring. How about that?" He smiled.
"Y-Yes..." Jeonghan sniffed feeling warm inside.
