- Third Person POV -
Jeonghan took a deep breath standing in front of his new room with Seungcheol beside him.
"What are you waiting for? Go in already." Seungcheol nudged Jeonghan's arm.
"Wait is my face, okay?" Jeonghan took hold of his face pushing back his long hair. "Does it look obvious that I cried?"
"What did you expect? You cried for an hour straight, of course, you'd look terrible!" Seungcheol did not hold back. "Your eyes are all red and puffy."
"You're not supposed to agree, asshole!" Jeonghan grabbed Seungcheol's collar angrily and shook the life out of him.
"What?! You want me to lie?!"
"That's not how you cheer someone up!"
"Just tell them it's all allergies!"
Just that moment the door creaked open.
Creak!
Jeonghan and Seungcheol froze.
"Welcome home!" Everyone inside welcomed Jeonghan with bright smiles.
Mr. Lui was there with his son and wife. Mrs. Boo was there. Jisoo and Seokmin were there too.
"Woah! The whole block is here!" Seungcheol chuckled as Jeonghan let go of him.
"Huh? What's all of this?" Jeonghan's eyes ferried over everyone.
Welcomed... Jeonghan was being welcomed to his new home.
"You should've told us you were moving in today!" Mrs. Lui took Jeonghan's hand with a bright smile.
"We would've helped out earlier." Mr. Lui chuckled.
"Yeah. They just came one after another." Jisoo smiled. "They were a big help in assembling the furniture."
"What do you think?" They asked in unison.
It was perfect.
His bed lay in the center with his table and bookshelf to the right and the window and cupboard on the left. And a rug was laid out luxuriously on the floor.
"It looks great! Thank you all so much!" Jeonghan was overjoyed.
"You can look around later. We should all have dinner first." Mr. Lui walked past Jeonghan.
"We brought potluck!" Mrs. Lui exclaimed.
"It's not much but it could pass as a housewarming dinner." Mr. Lui smiled.
They walked through the door as Jeonghan was left with Seungcheol.
"They're good people" Seungcheol kept a hand on Jeonghan's shoulder.
"Hm?"
"I told you, if you need someone to talk to, I'm ready to listen. But if you don't feel like talking to me, you can always reach out to them, okay?"
Jeonghan started to grow trust for Seungcheol.
"A-Ah... Yeah."

"I'll get you some rice!"
"You should taste these!"
"Have some more!"
"My grandkids love these!"
A few more people from the neighborhood had joined.
They surrounded Jeonghan wanting to feed him all the delicacies.
Seungcheol watched everything unravel in front of him with a smile he was glad to see Jeonghan fit in.
"Cheol, remember this?" Seokmin walked up to Seungcheol with the photo in his hand.
"What? This old thing is still here?" Seungcheol took the frame remembering all the time the four of them had been together.
"Brings back memories, huh?"
"Yeah!" Seungcheol kept the frame on the table and pulled out his phone.
"What are you doing?" Seokmin asked.
"I'm showing it to Mingyu. He'll love this!" Seungcheol took a picture of the photo but with only him and Mingyu standing beside each other.
"Mingyu? Is he even awake at this hour?"
"It's morning there so he's probably at work already."
"Wanna talk to him?"
"Nah! Just tell him I said hi!" Seokmin did not particularly like Mingyu.
"Going back to Jisoo already? Invite me to the wedding, alright?" Seungcheol smirked.
"Dude, don't jinx it!"
Ping!
"Ah, that was fast!" Seungcheol had gotten a text back from Mingyu.

"Wait right now?! Seungcheol pressed the green button accepting the call as Jeonghan approached him.
"Cheol!" Jeonghan called out with a plate full of food in his hand.
"Hey, what's up?"
"You haven't eaten yet. Right? Come on help me with this." Jeonghan pushed the plate to Seungcheol's arm.
"No, not yet." Seungcheol blinked.
"They keep filling my plate and it's so hard to refuse. I don't want to seem rude." Jeonghan smiled.
"Haha! They're like that sometimes." Seungcheol chuckled.
Mingyu watched it all silently with a straight face.
"You can have this. I haven't touched it yet." Jeonghan shoved a potato into Seungcheol's mouth.
"Mmph!" Seungcheol chewed feeling something weird. "What the hell? It's all just potatoes!"
"It's really good!"
"Then why'd you pick around it?!"
"You already agreed so no takebacks."
Mingyu watched.
"Fine, I'll do it but you have to get me a drink." Seungcheol sighed holding the plate in his hand.
"Sure, is Iced Tea, okay?" Jeonghan walked away.
"Yes."
"Cheol..." Mingyu called from the phone.
"Oh, right, sorry Gyu."
"Who was that?" It was Mingyu's first question.
"Jeonghan. He's renting Seungkwan's room, so we helped him with moving in. And get this, he also opened a vet clinic next to mine. And his last name is Chio! Crazy, right?"
"Oh? He seems like an interesting guy. Can't wait to meet him next month." Mingayu smiled.
"Next month? You're coming home next month?!"
"Yeah." Mingyu smirked. "Surprise!"
