Chapter 18: The True About Vision Hunt Decree
At the training area
"We're gonna do it here? And what's this mechanism for?" Paimon asked
"Think of it as a catalyst that can reproduce the Raiden Shogun's combat moves. I made it from my own memory, which means it should be perfectly accurate — unless of course, her skills have declined. It'll give you a chance to figure out her moves in advance and come up with a counter strategy. That should be a big help, don't you think?
The aim is to try not to get hit by the attacks. Since you've escaped certain death at her hand once already, I presume this shouldn't be more than you can handle?" Yae Miko asked Lumine
Lumine nodded as she started training
-15 Minutes later-
"Phew, what a workout..." Paimon said
"It was a little challenging." Lumine agreed
"So how come you know so much about the Raiden Shogun?" Paimon asked in curious
"Also, how did you know about The Six Beings?" Boboiboy asked
"Hmm, you mean me? Perhaps it's because... I'm the Electro Archon's familiar." Yae Miko revealed which made them surprised
"Huh? Like Dvalin is to Barbatos? Is that why you knew about the Six Beings?" Boboiboy(Light) asked
"Hehe, it sounds like you'd be more persuaded if you saw me in my fox form?" Yae Miko said which made Lumine curious
"I'd like to see that..." Lumine said in curiosity
"In your dreams." Yae easily smiled
"Ugh..." Paimon groaned
"More curious than my appearance is the fact that she and I don't see each other anymore, wouldn't you say? "A nation to last for all eternity" is a dream that she and I both share. But I don't think that's the same thing as complete stasis.
At some point, she started going down a path that became increasingly difficult for me to join her on. You know, Ei never said goodbye to me before she stepped into the Plane of Euthymia.
Perhaps it's just my wishful thinking, but I think she did this deliberately, as her way of keeping our friendship eternal. By neither saying goodbye nor seeing me again, our relationship will remain forever how it was... in her mind, at least."
"The Raiden Shogun is the wishful thinker here." Lumine said
"She has taken a very one-sided view." Boboiboy added
"Since we've embarked on two very different paths to eternity, I can either continue to maintain the status quo or do whatever it takes to bring her back on track, regardless of the cost...
I have chosen the latter because... if stubbornly isolating herself in the Plane of Euthymia is her idea of eternity... Then my duty as her eternal familiar is to drag her back out of her own head and into the real world." Yae Miko said
"Aw, Miko... you sound like a really great friend." Paimon commented
"Heh, I'm only telling you this so you can properly understand my plan. Could you possibly spare the sentimentality for the time being? Anyway, that's enough chit-chat. Time for Anti-Raiden Shogun Training Phase 2."
"There's a part 2!?" Paimon cried out as Lumine let out a small groan. Boboiboy patted her back to comfort
-More 15 minutes later-
"Phew... we're finally done. How did we do?" Paimon asked
"You did quite admirably. I could see your determination and your hard work." Yae Miko said "Alright next up for the final training."
That made Lumine groan
"Final Training? There is more!?" Paimon asked
"Oh you will not face against Anti-Raiden Shogun Training." Yae Miko said as she stood next to Boboiboy "Your final training will be him."
That made them surprise
"Huh!? You want me to fight Boboiboy!?" Lumine said
"Well, of course. This will be good for you. Boboiboy, do you mind?" Yae Miko asked
"Ok, Elemental Power! Boboiboy Thunderstorm!" Boboiboy changed to Thunderstorm
"Alright, Lumine. Just think of Boboiboy as Raiden Shogun. The training begins." Yae Miko said as the music plays

So they started fighting and training more. Lumine started to keep up with his speed so she could keep up with Ei

After finishing training, Paimon started asking an odd question
"Does anyone hear it?" Paimon asked as they looked at her in confusion
"Hear what?" Lumine said
"Paimon don't know. Paimon just heard the music during the final training. It's the same music Paimon heard back from Monstadt when we were training with our friend." Paimon scratched her head
She heard that music back when they were training with the girl who always said "Vengeance will be mine!"
They looked at her
"I didn't hear anything." Yae Miko said
"Same." Boboiboy agreed
"Paimon guess Paimon heard wrong." Paimon said and then turned to Yae Miko
"So do you think we're ready to beat the Raiden Shogun now?" Paimon asked
"How do I put this... you're no match for her at all." Yae Miko said which surprised them
"Wait, what!? So all of this was a complete waste of time!? You asked Boboiboy to train her and in the end, she's still no match for her!?" Paimon said in disbelief
"Let me ask this. Boboiboy, during the battle with her. Did you do something or boost your Thunderstorm element to keep up with Ei?" Yae Miko said
Boboiboy started to remember the battle. Turned out his full power was boosted up when he was in anger. That why's he overpowered her
"During the battle, when I battled her on full power, I managed to keep up with her. I think I let my anger boost up my Thunderstorm element and overpower her."
"That's why I should not let you battle. Ei could take that advantage to win against you." Yae Miko said
"That's why you chose me to fight her? But what do you mean I'm no match for her after I trained with Boboiboy?" Lumine demanded to know
"Hehe. You are the most important part of the plan. I know what I'm doing. You don't think I'd leave you with no chance to win at all, do you? Speaking of... Lumine, what do you think of the resistance army's chances?"
Lumine looked a little grim "To be honest...They're no match for her either."
"Hah, you're absolutely right. Perhaps they occasionally best the Shogun's Army in open battle, but when they face the Raiden Shogun herself... Considering even their Visions have been taken from them and embedded in the Statue, they are ultimately quite helpless."

"Uh-uh-uh, it seems that you're forgetting, this is the Grand Narukami Shrine... Use of force here is strictly forbidden. Before you proceed, which of you would like to face criminal charges for dishonoring the Shogun, hmm?" Yae asked with a threatening smile
Thunderstorm suddenly felt the aura and then jumped in fear beside Boboiboy
"...Ugh. Guuji Yae... please tell me you are not sheltering a wanted criminal here?" Kujou Sara said
"We are just friends, I don't see what sheltering has to do with it. Tell your subordinates to leave, we have things to discuss." Yae Miko said
"All of you, outside." Kujou Sara commanded them
"As you wish." Sue said as the two of them left
"Guuji Yae, I'm a little curious — does it not also dishonor the Shogun to hide a wanted criminal at her grand shrine?" Kujou Sara wanted to know
"Hehehe... You are the same as ever, Kujou Sara. No one can match you when it comes to loyalty to the Shogun." Yae Miko commented
"As a servant, loyalty to the Shogun is my duty. And as a warrior, I dedicate my life to following the way of the Shogun." Kujou Sara said
"Even though she will one day... seize your Vision, too?" Yae Miko asked
"The Vision Hunt Decree is the Shogun's chosen course, and I shall not question it." Kujou Sara answered without a second thought
"*sigh* It's tragic... such wholehearted devotion, rendered meaningless by circumstance. Have you been kept in the dark? Or are you the only one left in the light?" Yae Miko asked
"Lady Guuji, I need you to be direct. Tell me exactly what you mean." Kujou Sara said
"The Vision Hunt Decree is a trap. Part of a Fatui plot to bring Inazuma to its knees. And your masters, the Kujou Clan of the Tenryou Commission — they are the ones keeping the truth from reaching the Shogun."
"You're saying the Kujou Clan... betrayed the Shogunate?"
"Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying."
"Guuji Yae, your allegation is not only dangerous but ridiculous. The Tri-Commission has served the Shogun since ancient times and remains absolutely loyal to this day. Ever since I was adopted by the Kujou Clan, I have seen and heard nothing but pure devotion toward the Shogun. At every level of the Tenryou Commission — especially from the head of the clan, Kujou Takayuki...

Kujou Sara said
"Three days... come back here in three days, and I will show you the evidence." Yae Miko held three fingers out to her and continued

"Wonderful. Then I'll see you in three days. I look forward to it very much." Yae Miko said with a smile as Kujou Sara left
"That was so scary. Paimon wasn't expecting to run into Kujou Sara here...But Miko, you mentioned evidence of the Tenryou Commission's betrayal. Is that all in hand and good to go, or...?" Paimon asked
"Why are you always asking so many questions? Of course not. I just had to say something because I clearly wasn't convincing her." Yae Miko said
"Huh... not entirely unexpected." Paimon commented
"As plans go, changing the deity's mind is a huge gamble to begin with. We can't expect to be in control of every last detail when we're facing off against a god, can we?" Yae Miko said
"Okay, but what are we gonna do though? We only have three days!" Paimon said
"If we want to get our evidence, we're going to need some help. Now... come with me. We must awaken the professional."

Yae Miko led the group somewhere until they stopped at a place with a toy tanuki which suddenly transformed into a human the moment it sensed them.
The group except Yae Miko jumped in surprise
"Ah! That toy tanuki just turned into a human! What's going on? Paimon's never seen one of these before!" Paimon said in fear
"Not a tanuki... I'm a mujina... *snore*..." Sayu said "I'm so tired... If I don't get enough sleep... it'll stunt my growth..."
"Um, is this the "professional" you were talking about? Heh... She doesn't look very professional at all." Paimon commented
'Why does she remind me of someone?' Lumine looked at her and then realized who she talking about 'Oh right.'
The image of Ice sleeping appeared in her thought
"Hehe... She is a member of the Shuumatsuban, a genuine, bona-fide ninja." Yae said
Paimon looked awed "Wow, a ninja! So was that one of those legendary ninja transformation techniques? Anyway, what's the Shuumatsuban?"
"It belongs to the Yashiro Commission. A secret unit under Kamisato Ayato. Now, Kamisato Ayato and the Yashiro Commission are neutral parties, so I have no right to give orders to the Shuumatsuban. However, convincing their most chronically lazy member to help us is well within my abilities."
"Ah..." Sayu yawned a little
"Here's what I need you to do: Go into town and find evidence of the Tenryou Commission's betrayal. It would not be appropriate for me to be seen there myself." Yae Miko told Sayu
"You make it sound so simple, but..." Paimon said

"The Yashiro Commission!" Lumine said
"Hehe... Now you're following me. The Shogun's army haven't given up on their search for you yet, but with the help of this Shuumatsuban ninja, I'm sure you'll be able to rendezvous with your friends." Yae Miko said and then continued
"Don't forget we're on a tight schedule here. Be sure to bring back the evidence in good time."
The three nodded and went back to Komore Teahouse

"Thoma! Thoma, you there?" Paimon shouted "It's us, we're back!"
"You three, what brings you here? Did you meet with the resistance? How's the battle going? Is it safe for me to come out yet?" Thoma asked
"Not just yet... We saw people patrolling on our way here." Paimon answered
"So it's still not over... I guess you came here because you have something to discuss? I'll get someone to call for Miss Kamisato, bear with me for one second."

Once Ayaka arrived, they informed them of the current situation
"I see. You have been through a lot since we last met. I understand, you need evidence of the Tenryou Commission's betrayal. Let me think... Now that you mention it, there is one thing that has always concerned me. The Shogun's Army has been at war with the resistance for a long time now, but not once has the Shogun ever inquired about it.
I used to think that she simply didn't care, but looking at it now, perhaps the problem all along has been with the Tenryou Commission's reports to the Shogun." Ayaka shared
"What do you mean?" Paimon confused
"The Tenryou Commission presides over domestic military affairs. If they ever had any intention of concealing information in their reports, we would have no way of knowing.
Meanwhile, the Shogun would incorrectly conclude that the vision hunt decree poses no threat, and would stick to her decision. If we had access to their reports, it would confirm everything." Ayaka explained

"But as I recall, the only person authorized to access that kind of official documentation is Kujou Takayuki. It's heavily guarded too. Even with Sayu's help, swiping a document from under their noses is no easy task."
"If only there was a way we could distract the guards just for long enough. Hmm..." Ayaka said and held her chin to think
A moment later, the lightbulb shows up on Boboiboy's head "Ha! I know! Yoimiya!"
"Yoimiya's fireworks!" Thoma realized
"That's a very Thoma-sounding suggestion...But it's a reasonable one. The statue of the omnipresent god is right by the Tenryou Commission. If someone set off fireworks near the statue, they certainly wouldn't ignore it.
While they were preoccupied with that, Sayu could infiltrate the Tenryou Commission and take the report, as well as any other evidence she might find..." Ayaka said
"Great! It feels like I'm getting closer and closer to being a free man again."
So the group sits at a table with food and begins to eat while discussing the plan
"Ah... It feels like it's been an eternity since we last sat down and talked like this." Thoma said
"It's not been quite that long..." Lumine corrected
"Well, it certainly felt like it to me... I've been looking forward to seeing you again every day since I got here! This teahouse used to be my favorite hiding place, but now... I've honestly lost track of how long it's been since I last set foot outside of here. Oh, man! I want to go to the hot springs so badly!"
"Poor Thoma..." Paimon said in pity
"Hehehe. That's awesome." Boboiboy gave them a thumb-up
"Let's focus on the issue at hand. The sooner the Vision Hunt Decree is abolished, the sooner Thoma will be free. This was a reunion of sorts, but there's no time to catch up. We'll celebrate properly when it's all over." Ayaka said
"Oh, let's play the hot pot game again!" Thoma suggested
"You're still thinking about that!?" Paimon exclaimed in shock
"The Tenryou Commission is heavily guarded. Be careful when you get near. Let's meet back here afterwards." Ayaka told them
"Alright. First, let's go to Hanamizaka to find Yoimiya."
So the three stood up and left to find Yoimiya

They arrived at Yoimiya's shop and they found her
"Yoimiya, we need an extra-large firework! The super, duper big kind!" Paimon asked
""Extra-large firework"? Hee-hee, you sure came to the right person. As it happens, I made this really souped-up one just a couple days ago. But it's so powerful that I haven't found anywhere I can test it out yet... may as well give it to you. Let me know how it turns out.
Don't forget, move well away from it after you light the fuse, and try to avoid burning your clothes. Also, it's best that you cover your ears..." Yoimiya advised them and gave them a big firework
"Eh, why does Paimon feel so nervous all of a sudden..." Paimon felt nervous
"Hahaha, don't worry, it's just a firework, come on. What's the worst that could happen!" Yoimiya calmed them down
"We'll give it a try... Thanks, Yoimiya." Boboiboy took it and they paid her
The three waved goodbye to her as they waited for nightfall

"Hmm... Pretty much how I thought..." Sayu said with a tired voice "There are loads and loads of people... If one of them spots me, I'll get caught...We need to get rid of them, or I won't be able to sneak inside..."
"We'll just have to trust Yoimiya." Lumine said
"After I get the document, let's meet back at Komore Teahouse, okay? Also, if I do get caught... please come rescue me..." Sayu asked their help before she got caught
"Is this really a good idea...?" Paimon hesitated before shaking her head "Uh, a—anyway, let's make our way to the statue! Careful does it, watch out for guards and don't get caught!"
With a goodbye, the group went off to set off the fireworks which immediately attracted everyone's attention
"What kind of firework is this!? By the look of it, Paimon's ears are gonna get blown off! Oh, Yoimiya... you are officially nuts... Uh-oh, they're all coming this way! Lumine, quick, run!"
The group quickly dashed off, entering the teahouse just in time
"Well? How did it go?" Ayaka asked nervously
"I'm not sure... We lit the firework and ran away..." Lumine said
Ayaka shot them a gentle smile. "Well done. Let's wait for news from Sayu."
After some time...
With that, they all waited until the door opened again and Sayu came in, panting.
"*panting*... I know exercise helps you grow, but this was a little too much exercise... I feel so dizzy... Everyone is spinning...
No, I can't sleep yet. There was something important I was supposed to do first... Oh, right, yeah. I got it! I didn't know how to find the document you guys were talking about, so I just swiped a whole bunch of stuff that looked suspicious."
Sayu said and then took out the document and the letter "Here you go... I'm going to sleep now..."
She handed them the document along with the letter and left
"Milady, what are we looking at?" Thoma asked immediately as Ayaka opened them and read
"This sealed envelope must be an official report that the Tenryou Commission is preparing to present to the Shogun. In addition, we have... correspondence with the Fatui. It seems that Guuji Yae was right. They have been fomenting unrest behind the scenes."
"Lumine, Boboiboy, this should be ample evidence. Please take them to Guuji Yae. I trust she will have a plan for the next step. I will also gather some people to try and root out the rest of the Fatui in Inazuma." Ayaka said and gave them evidences
"Still, mind yourself when you face the Shogun. I still get goosebumps just thinking about her drawing that blade..." Thoma said

"If Paimon remembers correctly, it should be time for our meeting with Yae Miko soon. Let's pack up our things and get ready to head to the Grand Narukami Shrine." Paimon said as they left to meet Yae Miko

With that, the two left with the evidence in hand to visit the shrine. When they arrived, they saw Sara talking with Yae Miko
"Lady Guuji. Here I am, as promised. Rest assured I came here alone and told no one about this trip." Kujou Sara said
"I knew you would keep your promise, after all... I'm sure you've barely been able to take your mind off it these past few days — have you managed to get any sleep at all?" Yae Miko asked her with a warm smile
Sara looked a little nervous "I—I... You're quite mistaken. I would never doubt the leaders of my clan. So. Where is your proof?"
"Here." Lumine and Boboiboy approached them and showed them the evidence
Yae Miko looked delighted "Ah, how wonderful. Everyone's keeping their promises today."
"You wouldn't believe what we had to go through to get our hands on this stuff." Paimon told her
"Hand them to Sara. She can examine them for herself." Yae Miko told them as they gave the document to her
"What is this?" Kujou Sara asked as she took the document. And she was shocked at these
"...I see this document bears the official seal of the head of the Kujou clan. And it doesn't look like a forgery...I don't understand... Not a single word about the resistance, Sangonomiya, or the situation on the front line...What about the soldiers who gave their lives on the front line, or the hardship endured by the people? Do they deserve no mention!? Utter disregard for human life. Why would they want to hide it?"
Kujou Sara is lost in thought because of this information
"For the sake of the Vision Hunt Decree, of course. Don't you think the Shogun might reconsider her policy if all of the things you just mentioned appeared in this report?" Yae Miko told her
"So the Tenryou Commission... They are deliberately deceiving the Shogun?" Kujou Sara felt her blood bolt up
"Yes. Now... who else do you think might be benefiting from the Vision Hunt Decree?" Yae Miko said
"We also have a confidential letter here." Boboiboy said as he took out the letter
"This is a letter from the Tenryou Commission to the Fatui. The head of the Kujou Clan kept this a secret from the Shogun, too." Paimon explained
Kujou Sara:...
Kujou Sara has nothing to say. You can tell she is very furious
"Well? The things you wanted to see, but also wished not to see, are here before you. Surely... you aren't planning to turn a blind eye to them?" Yae Miko said

"Last time you entered the Plane of Euthymia, it was in front of the Statue of the Omnipresent God, correct?" Yae Miko asked
Lumine nodded "Correct."

"Take this with you as a farewell gift." Yae Miko said as she handed Lumine a floating omamori
"Huh? This is...? " Boboiboy asked
"The omamori from the Grand Narukami Shrine are very potent indeed. I thought I'd put one aside for you."
"Thank you...I will treasure it." Lumine took it
"Hehe, if you find yourself at your wits' end, take it out and see what happens. Maybe your prayers will be answered, and all your problems will disappear in the blink of an eye. "Cut it out, Fox Lady. This isn't the time or place to be poking fun at Lumine." Paimon said

So the group left and followed Kujou Sara

They saw Kujou Sara and caught up with her to go to Tenryou Commission Headquarters. Kujou Sara is surprised at this
"You followed me here? You've got guts, I'll give you that. Since you are witnesses, I suppose I can shield you from arrest — at least until I have received an explanation from Takayuki. But... if it turns out that you have been deceptive in this matter, then not only will you be arrested immediately, but you'll also be charged with one more crime. Do I make myself clear?"
Kujou Sara said in a serious tone
"Perfectly clear." Lumine smiled
"Yes, Ma'am!" Boboiboy did a TAPOPS salute which caught her off guard
"Hmph. Good."
"Lead the way"
So they went to the Tenryou Commission headquarters but were stopped by the guard. "Apologies, Ma'am, orders from the top. No one is allowed to enter!"
"Out of my way! I need to speak to him. I won't tell you twice!" Kujou Sara said firmly, engaging in a fight with the soldiers. Lumine and Boboiboy joined in with her
"Boboiboy Thunderstorm!" Boboiboy changed to Thunderstorm and pulled Thunderstorm Double Blade Staff

Once they were all defeated, Takayuki showed up "Stop! Sara, have you gone insane!? How dare you disregard my orders!"
"M—Master, I..." Kujou Sara stuttered, obviously not prepared for the confrontation as much as she acted
"Go on, ask him! Don't let him intimidate you!" Paimon gave her some courages
"Don't worry. We're here for you. Ask him." Thunderstorm said in a serious tone
Kujou Sara calms down and starts asking him
"...Master Takayuki, I've seen the report to the throne and the letter to the Fatui... Please, tell me why!"
Kujou Sara pulls out the document and the letter
"So this is how my documents went missing from headquarters? You stole them..." Takayuki said
"Should I take your words to mean that... these documents were not forgeries? They were really penned by your own hand? Please tell me, Master, I need to know... Has the Tenryou Commission really... betrayed the Shogunate!?"
Kujou Sara demanded to know
"Hmph... Yes, I have dealings with the Fatui. And yes, the report you saw was penned by my hand." Takayuki revealed which made her even mad along with a shock
"Heh, he just came right out and admitted it..." Paimon said in amusement
"The diplomats from Snezhnaya promised a very generous reward indeed... and all they requested of me in return was to see that the Vision Hunt Decree is upheld. For too long, the Kujou Clan's position has been coveted by so many. There is no shortage of clans who would tear us down at the first opportunity.
So, when the chance arose to gain the backing of another powerful nation and crack down on our enemies at the same time... It appeared to me to be an excellent deal. I simply saw no need to inform you, Sara."
Everyone felt disgusted at this. Kujou Sara felt furious. Elemental Brothers are very very angry, especially Thunderstorm. His hands are clenched as the red lightning comes out from his hands
"But... you worship the Shogun. How can you betray her after all this time and act like it's nothing!?" Kujou Sara said angrily
"Betrayal? How can you call this a betrayal? The Fatui may think they are using me, but the reverse is true. What could they possibly hope to achieve?
When the lightning strikes in Inazuma, they shall fall to their knees and tremble, paralyzed by fear and trepidation. After all... None can contend with the supreme power of the Almighty Raiden Shogun and the Musou no Hitotachi!"
This causes Thunderstorm to feel something is about to snap
"His intention wasn't to betray the Raiden Shogun..." Lumine realized "He's just over-confident in her power."
"Yeah... he doesn't worship the Raiden Shogun herself, but her power as a warrior — especially the Musou no Hitotachi. In fact, he seems to be way too into it..." Paimon added
"But Master... what about loyalty? Ever since I was adopted by the Kujou Clan, you taught me the importance of loyalty from servants to their superiors... But it's clear to me now that you wanted my loyalties to stop with the Kujou Clan. So you were scared that I would betray you one day? You hypocrite! Preaching about virtue just to mask your own wretched selfishness!"
Kujou Sara said
"Selfishness? I am but safeguarding the eternity of the Kujou Clan. I'm quite sure the Almighty Shogun would be sympathetic to that, as would the former head of our clan." Takayuki said like this was nothing to him
Paimon voiced out her thoughts "Hate to say it, but his ego is getting in the way. If he thinks the Kujou Clan is a match for the Fatui, Paimon thinks he's in for a nasty surprise..."
"There is no point trying to argue with him." Lumine shook her head "Let's see what Kujou Sara thinks."
"I've doubted the Vision Hunt Decree in the past. I asked myself, is this truly the correct thing to do? Even though it goes against what I know in my heart to be right? But I chose to obey the Shogun. For as long as she leads the way, who among us is qualified to judge between right and wrong when we have not yet reached the end of the path?
But now I realize that the path of eternity is one without end, while this path... it has long since been defiled by your selfish ways. So, I'm going to tell the Shogun the truth about all this. If nothing else, my conscience will be clear!"
Takayuki sighed. "Stubborn and futile... Report to the Shogun if you so wish. The Kujou Clan's position is now unshakable, and nothing you can do will change this. The Shogun is at Tenshukaku receiving a Snezhnayan diplomat — the Harbinger by the name of "Signora.""
Lumine and Thunderstorm's eyes widened in shock. "Signora!"
"Signora's the one behind all this? Ugh, not her again! Way back in Ritou, Lady Hiiragi said something about the meeting with an arrogant-sounding woman... We should have known." Paimon said in shock
"A diplomat from Snezhnaya? Well! If she thinks she's leaving Inazuma in one piece, she's got another thing coming!" Kujou Sara said and was about to leave but she just heard him mutter something
"As long as we have the Musou no Hitotachi, the people of Inazuma have nothing to fear. A self-evident fact, yet Sara is blind to it... Hmph."
Suddenly, the spear was thrown right next to his face, which surprised everyone. They turned to Thunderstorm, who just threw Thunder Spear. He doesn't look mad but looks furious
(Like this. Ignore the outfit and the kitchen knife)
"B-Boboiboy?" Lumine was surprised
"Enough is enough! I have had enough of your ego! I would never think that some people thought of their Gods as tools because of their powers! I didn't think there some would do something selfish and make their nation suffer because of selfishness!" Thunderstorm said angrily
"W-who do you think you are!? A mere boy like you can threaten me!" Takayuki pointed at him but Thunderstorm gave him a death glare which made him scared
Thunderstorm walks slowly towards him as Takayuki is trembling in fear and walks backward slowly
"Who gave you the idea to think that Raiden Shogun's Musou no Hitotachi is so strong that everyone can fear her, huh!? Let me tell you something. What if there is someone who has a greater power that is powerful than Raiden Shogun?"
Thunderstorm pulls out Thunder Dual-Blade
"Y-you're bluffing. N-no one can be powerful to win against Musou no Hitotachi." Takayuki doubted as he fell to the ground
"Ask Raiden Shogun if I am bluffing because I was so close to defeating her." Thunderstorm said as he raised his dual-blade
"Wait! Boboiboy stop!" Lumine was about to stop him. Thunderstorm swung his sword to give him a slash but it only slashed the wall from behind him
Takayuki lets out sweats a lot and trembles in fear because of how scary Thunderstorm is
Thunderstorm puts his sword away and turns around to leave with the group. Thunderstorm turns his head to say "Don't even think everyone is a mere tool. I hate that kind of people."
Thunderstorm changes back to Boboiboy. Lumine and Paimon run up to him
"Boboiboy. Are you ok?" Lumine asked him in worry
"I'm fine. Just a bit mad." Boboiboy calmed them down
"Phew. Paimon thought you were going to kill him. You almost gave us a heart attack."
Kujou Sara didn't face them. She is lost in thought. She is grateful for standing up for her
"Thank you..." Kujou Sara muttered and left in a hurry
"Sara stormed off... Do you think she's gonna go barge into right now?" Paimon asked
"Either way, we have a score to settle with Signora." Lumine said
"You can say that again! Alright then! Let's do this!" Paimon agreed as they nodded and followed Kujou Sara
The group headed towards Tenshukaku, only to see unconscious soldiers all around which made them worry.
-Inside Tenshukaku-
When they entered, they noticed the Raiden Shogun and La Signora were talking and Kujou Sara's unconscious on the floor.
"The way people charge in here as they please... So uncivilized. If I didn't know this was Tenshukaku, I might have mistaken it for some kind of street market. Have you learned your lesson now?" Signora asked
The group went up to them and saw Kujou Sara
"Oh no, what has she done to Kujou Sara..." Paimon gasped
Boboiboy checked on her and found a few injuries
"The right to punish Inazumans for their crimes is mine alone. Not yours, Signora." Raiden Shogun answered
Signora pursed her lips. "...Then I apologize, Almighty Shogun."
"Signora!" Lumine called out
"I know, I know, you can't get me out of your mind. But you really don't need to call my name all the time. Don't go thinking I'm surprised to see you here. I'm well aware that you hate me, with the way you follow me around like a dark shadow. Didn't expect you brought him here as well"
"You're trying to seize control of Inazuma..." Boboiboy revealed
"Ah, so you came to expose my crimes in front of the Shogun? Hehehe... I'm just a Snezhnayan diplomat. I'm afraid I have no idea what you're talking about." Signora said like she was innocent or not involved with them
"She doesn't take us seriously at all..." Paimon said
"For all who have lost their Visions..."
"For all who have been harmed by Delusions..."
"Stop talking about people and things that I care nothing about. They were nobodies to begin with, and their names will be forgotten. But now, at least, they get to be building blocks in the grand revolution to realize eternity...
Is that not the greatest honor they could hope for in their tiny little lives? Almighty Shogun... do correct me if I'm wrong?"
Raiden Shogun said nothing as the group grew angrier.
"For Venti's gnosis... and for the people of Liyue you imperiled..."
"That's ancient history. You certainly love to hold a grudge." Signora rolled her eyes. "The Tsaritsa's dream is the noblest and purest thing in all the world. These other mundane details you insist on mentioning... They're just necessary sacrifices. That's all."
"It's time for us to put a stop to this." Boboiboy said in a confident
Signora scoffed "You? Stop me? Hahaha...For what it's worth, I've grown tired of seeing you around as well. But I didn't have you down as someone quite so foolhardy. Before you go saying something you can't take back, remember that you're Inazuma's most wanted criminal... I suggest you consider your circumstances very carefully. Charging into Tenshukaku uninvited and lecturing me in front of the Shogun wasn't the brightest move. Don't you think it's time you stopped digging? I'm not sure you realize quite how much distance there is between us, both in status... and in strength."
"Well then. I (We) challenge you...to a duel before the throne!" Boboiboy(Along with Elemental Brothers) challenged her
Signora looked shocked as Raiden Shogun nodded "Proceed."
"My, you're full of surprises today... So you've learned to make the law of the land work for you too, hmm? I'll admit that I never expected to be in a situation where the two of us were on equal footing. You are aware... that the loser must die? Are you sure this is what you want?"
Signora walked up to Boboiboy and looked at his eyes
"Boboiboy..." Lumine said in worry. Paimon too
"Hehehe... then I will deign to share this last dance with you... till death do us part. If I win, I shall take your Elemental Powers since I heard Raiden Shogun can drain elements' energy. Is that ok to you, Almighty Shogun?" Signora laughed as Raiden Shogun was silent a little and nodded slowly
"Fine. If I win, tell Fatui and Tsaritsa to stop bothering me and my friends." Boboiboy said his last wish
"Hehehe. Alright, I will." Signora accepted
So Boboiboy and Signora stand in the middle of the room
"A lesson on Harbinger power and elegance? Hah... as you wish." Signora smirked as she brought her catalyst to summon an ice shield around her. Under her feet is a symbol of Cryo
Not only that, she makes the whole room cold. Boboiboy can feel it
"Haha, you trembling... Is it the cold, or just cowardice?" Signora said as she sent ice shards to attack him
Boboiboy jumped away and then used his elements "Boboiboy Blaze!"
With his Blaze element, he won't get cold from Signora
"Multiple FireBall!" Blaze summoned some fireballs and threw them at her
Signora summoned ice shards and the frozen wheel toward his fireballs.
Signora then summoned the storm of ice shards and threw them at him. Blaze dodged them and
"Blazing Fire Punch!" Blaze released a fist of fire toward her
Signora created the spear of ice and threw it at his fire fist. It caused an explosion
"Heh. It's that all you can give me." Signora said as if she was mocking him
"GRRR. Fire Breath!" Blaze breathed out the fire toward her. Signora blocked his fire with her shield but that didn't last long
It broke her shield
"Take this! Flaming Fist Barrage!" Blaze ran toward her and then unleashed his rapid fiery fists at her. It injured her a lot
Signora created a shockwave to knock Blaze away from her and then teleport away from him
"Tsk tsk, you've got some nerve laying your hands on me." Signora clicked her tongue
"Whatever. Fire Chakrams!" Blaze summoned two fire chakrams. He was ready to fight
Signora summoned some icy spears and then threw them at Blaze. Blaze used his chakrams to melt or slice the icy spears
"Have some flowers." Signora threw three ice flowers around Blaze
"Huh?" Blaze looked around him but noticed they would explode, so he jumped away. The ice flowers exploded
"Fire Chakrams Throw!" Blaze threw his chakrams at Signora
Signora sent the giant spear of ice again to knock his chakrams but they went through her spear and gave a cut on her chin
Signora touched her cheek and saw the blood. She can tell that chakrams are super hot and it hurts her a lot
"Heh... You gave me good injuries and a cut. You got some nerve to do that to me. I will not be defeated by a mere wannabe god." Signora said in a venom tone as she relocated to the center of the arena gathered some ice around her and created a Frozen Cocoon
"Huh? What is she doing?" Blaze was confused as he noticed some homing icicles, ice shards, and ice flowers launching at him.
Blaze kept dodging them one by one
"Flaming Fist Barrage!" Blaze jumped in front of the cocoon and gave it multiple fire fists
Blaze kept punching until the cocoon started cracking and heating up
"Huh?" Blaze backed away until the cocoon started exploding which knocked Blaze away "Wwwaaahhhh!"
Blaze fell on the floor as he stood up and saw the fire on the floor "What the? Fire?"
Some fire butterflies flew past him and flew toward Signora
The smoke slowly disappeared and revealed her in a different form. Signora laughed evilly
Crimson Witch of Embers, Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter
"What the?" Blaze was shocked at this
Signora then let out a roar. Blaze covered his face from the scream
"The pale flame smolders... Pale flame, lay waste to this frozen shell and witness my suffering. In fires of sin and retribution, your soul will be incinerated!" Signora shouted
"Twin FireBalls!" Blaze threw two fireballs at her
Signora then summoned a flaming whip and encountered his fireballs
"What!?" Blaze dodged his attacks. And it caused some fire on the walls
Signora cloaked herself, leaving Embered Earth on her trail. She uncloaked in front of him and used the flaming whip to attack him
"Huh!? Wwwaaaahhhh!" Blaze didn't manage to dodge her explosions
Blaze grunted in pain as he stood up
"*laughs evilly* Is that all you got, boy? Where is your true strength? Is this how you can defeat me from before? Not impressive." Signora mocked him
Blaze looked around and he could tell the building was on fire
"Is she planning to burn the building? I need to call him out!" Blaze said as he started changing "Boboiboy Ice!"
"Ok. I did not expect this much fire." Ice couldn't believe what he saw and he put his hand down on the floor "Freezing Ice!"
Ice started freezing the floor with a huge ice so the building was not on fire anymore
He then saw Signora start attacking with the flaming whip
"Ice Wall!" Ice summoned the wall of ice to block her whip
Ice jumped away then "Ice Bow! Take this!"
Ice started shooting some ice arrows at her. Signora summoned some small hellfire butterflies to block all the arrows
Signora roared and then released the big dark fireball toward him
"Ice Shield!" Ice summoned a big shield of ice to block the fireball
Ice is struggling and he can feel the heat of this fireball. It almost as same as Blaze's fireball
Ice put his right hand toward and then "Freezing Ice!"
It caused some smoke
Signora unfurled her wings and then summoned rains down waves of molten rocks at him
Ice kept dodging them. Yeah, those molten rocks have caused the building on fire again
"This is intense! Is she really trying to burn this place down!? I don't how long I can put out this fire! I need to finish this!" Ice turned back to Boboiboy
"Boboiboy Dual Split!" The yellow circle appeared with Quake's and Ice's logos
They jumped out and they were ready to fight
"Oh, so you decided to fight me by split. Hehehe, what a coward. You aren't playing fair at all. Such a weakling." Signora mocked
"No. This is still 1V1! Our true power!" Both of them started powering up and fist-pumped "Boboiboy Fusion!"
The rock along with the ice covered them up and revealed him in new clothes "Glacier!"
"What!? WHAT!? YOU CAN MERGE YOUR ELEMENTS!?" Signora was shocked
"Huh? Didn't Childe tell you about this?" Glacier was confused and thought Childe had already told the Fatui about his fusion power
"What!? That Eleventh Harbinger knew about this and didn't tell us!" Signora looked furious
The image appeared on Glacier's thought. It was a Chibi Childe smiled holding out two fingers and said "I will keep the secret."
"Well, it doesn't matter! You don't even know how to use it!" Signora summoned the big dark fireballs toward him
"Ice Wall!" Glacier summoned the big ice rock to block it
"Ice Gargantuan!" Glacier punched the ground and started freezing the whole building along with Signora. Also, Glacier avoided freezing Lumine, Paimon, and Raiden Shogun
Yeah, Lumine and Paimon are trembling in the cold. And Raiden Shogun doesn't feel anything
Oh, Ice Golem appeared and hugged Signora tight
(Note: I chose it as the same size as Earth Golem because Glacier's Golem is huge, maybe taller than Osial so I made him summoned the same size as Earth Golem)
"*struggles* Let go of me! Get your filthy hands off me!" Signora then started melting but
"Take this! Glacier Punch!" Glacier punched her, which knocked her over and caused her to transform back
"So strong..." Signora murmured as she clenched her injure where she got punched "But... But how..."
She could feel how strong the punch was
Lumine and Paimon walked up to him from behind
"Are you alright?" Lumine asked in worry
"I'm ok. Thanks for worrying about me." Boboiboy smiled
Lumine and Paimon smiled in relief
Raiden Shogun walked down from her throne, walking past the group and towards Signora.
"I am a Snezhnayan diplomat." Signora panicked as she stood up "You know what happens if you lay a finger on me...I swear, if you strike me, I will make sure... The Fatui will make sure that your precious Inazuma..."
That didn't help anything
"Stop! I order you! And you! Filthy rats... All of you!" Signora charged at her but Raiden Shogun executed her with the Musou no Hitotachi. She turned into ash
Once that was done, she turned to Lumine and Boboiboy who looked shocked and nervous. "You two are the enemy of eternity... But as the victor, I acknowledge your honor. Therefore... I shall allow you and your friend to leave Tenshukaku alive."
So the group left in a hurry to avoid her
Extra:
"Boboiboy Fusion!" Both of them fist pumped
But it ended up broke Ice's hand
