Scene starts from Arise Enterprises
In conference hall
Abhay and Rishi were discussing some important deals with their other clients & Mr.Khanna was also present there
Rishi- "Aap sbke ideas sunne ke baad we have decided to choose Mr.Khanna's company for investing.....thank you all for your time better luck next time"
With this all other clients left the room only Abhay, Abhay's secretary, Rishi and Mr.Kapoor were left
Mr.Khanna smiled and said "Thank you so much AS for choosing my company to invest"
Abhay- "Wait a min....hold on Mr.Khanna itni bhi kya jaldi hai ek baar Contract papers toh dekh lijiye..."
Abhay's secretary handover the paper's to Mr.Khanna and after reading them the colour of his face faded away and he looked at Abhay with shock
Mr.khanna- "But this is not possible aapne aisa kuch nhi kaha tha ye nhi ho skta you can't do this"........
Abhay laughed and said-"Now it's not your decision to make Mr.Khanna We'll not only invest in your company but own it completely you'll not have any rights on your company now-on-wards.
Mr.Khanna-"You can't do this"
Abhay-"You don't have a choice Mr.khanna, mein kya kr skta hu aur kya nhi agar ye mein batane per aa gya na toh aapke liye aacha nhi hoga chup-chaap bina kisi natak ke paper's sign kr dijiye, warna aapke jitne bhi raaz hai na poori duniya ke saamne khol dunga aur shayad ye aapke liye aacha nhi hoga.You have just 10 sec to decide and your time starts now"
(With that, He started stopwatch )
Mr.Khanna was furious but he can't take risk ,his reputation is at stake so he signed the papers immediately.
Mr Khanna - "Yeh bilkul aacha nhi kiya tumne AS , iska badla mein leke rahunga ,mere connections bahut uppar Tak hai dekhte jao tum , tumhe barbaad na kar diya na toh mera bhi naam Digvijaya khanna nahi....."
with that he just left fuming
Abhay eyed his secretary and he just nodded his head and moved out of the cabin
Rishi looked stunned at Abhay and said-"Contract papers kab banwaye tune aur ye krne wala hai bataya kyun nhi pehle humne toh sirf Mr.Khanna ki company ke 55% share khareedne ki baat ki thi na?"
Abhay smiled and said-"kal raat hi bol diya tha maine Aman ko (Abhay's secretary)ye papers banwane ke liye kyunki mujhe kahi na kahi idea tha woh insaan kuch na kuch gadbad karega and actually he was planning to use our money for his own benefits isiliye maine usko hi bada jhatka de diya"
Rishi smiled listening this and said-"Aisai nahi tu No.1 Businessman award Jeet Raha hai lagataar 5 saalo se.....(his smile dimmed a little) per Mera dost kahi kho gya hai yaar sirf businessman ki tarah Dimaag se sochta hai tu Dil toh jaise hai hi nhi tere pass .. Aisa lgta hai jaise kahi ghum ho gya hai woh purana wala Abhay woh 15 saal purana wala Mera dost jise mein jaanta tha jo har waqt sirf muskurata tha duniya se bifikar apne aur apne apno ke liye jeeta tha ...aaspass sirf khushiyan baatna (spread)jaanta tha ...I miss my old friend ho sake toh mujhe mera yaar mera Abhay lautade "
Listening to this Abhay's smile faded away.He stand up from his chair and said is stilled voice
Abhay -"Bahut kaam hai mujhe mein apne cabin mein ja rha hu aur bahar Aman hoga usko mere cabin mein aane ke liye bol de" with that he left for his cabin .... Rishi just shook his head and said "Nahi dekha ja rha hai tujhe aise ghut-ghutke jeete Abhay ... khudh ke liye toh tu jeena bhool hi gya hai Abhay..choti maa (Anupriya) ke jaane ke baad toh jaise tere pass jeene ki koi wajah hi nahi bachi....family hote hue bhi tu akela hai bilkul.... khudh ka Ghar hote hue bhi tu uss ghar mein nahi rehta khaash koi chamatkaar ho jaaye aur tujhe woh pyaar mile jiske liye tu itne saalo se tadpa hai"
Otherside in Malhotra Mansion
All 3 brother's were seated at Breakfast table having their breakfast
Ruhaan- (While sulking)"Aise koi uthatha hai Mera toh jaise heart hi bahar aa gya tha aapka baacha kitna dar gaya tha aapko pta hai bhai"
To which Omkara rolled his eyes and said- "Aapko na nawab Sahab bhai he theek kar skte hai woh kya hai na aap laato ke bhoot hai baaton se thodhi maante hai chup-chaap se breakfast finish kijiye aur phir padhne baithiye Board exams hai aapke aur agle hafte se finals start hai"
Ruhaan made a sulking face listening this and with peeked eyes looked towards his bhai for some reaction
While having his breakfast And without seeing at his brother's direction
Aarav-"So Mr.Ruhaan Malhotra Aaj se jabtak aapke exams khatam nhi ho jaate tb tk no screen time that includes tv,your mobile and even your video games"
Listening this Ruhaan looked shocked and Omkara tried to hide his smile .
Ruhaan -"No Bhai you can't do this to me yaar please....this is not fair"
Aarav-"Shaam ko Hospital se aane ke baad maths ke 3 chapter ka test lunga mein...so better you prepare yourself for it"
Ruhaan while making a crying face -"Bhai 3 chapter bahut zyada hai aur aap jaante ho na maths kitni week hai meri aap dono bhi ghar per nhi honge aur agar mujhe koi doubt hua toh kisse poochonga mobile to dedo kamsekam"
Aarav ignoring him got up to go Ruhaan looked at his Big-B for help
Omkara- Bhai suno toh baccha hai...(stopped seeing his bhai glaring at him )
Aarav -"Omi tune already uski bahut help kardi hai kal raat ko ....you are already in trouble for that don't invite more trouble for you....bahut zyada pyaar aa rha tha na apne iss chote Bhai per der raat tk jaagne diya use toh aaj Aap jaagiye I have assigned you full day duty at hospital....get ready fast and reach before the reporting time or get ready for increasing your duty hours"
Omkara paled listening this and ran to get ready for hospital and reach on time fast as he could as he don't want more trouble for himself now and huffing Ruhaan also went upstairs
Aarav shook his head and smiled seeing his younger brother's paled look after listening his punishment but what he could do though he felt pity for being strict towards them but as an elder brother its his duty to keep them on track.....with this thought he felt for his "Life&CareHospital"
